RESUMO

Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of frustration situation and attribution style on adolescents' implicit and explicit aggression under the framework of general aggression model. Methods:Using the multi-dimensional attribution scale, thirty adolescents with internal attribution and thirty with external attribution tendencies were selected as research objects.A mixed experimental design of 2(frustration vs no frustration) × 2(internal attribution vs external attribution)was adopted. And the frustration situation task, Buss-Perry aggressive questionnaire and single category implicit association test were used for the research. The experimental program of SC-IAT was rendered with E-prime 1.0.SPSS 17.0 software was used for descriptive statistics, double facter variance analysis, simple effect analysis and post-test. Results:The effects of frustration situation on individuals' explicit and implicit aggression were statistically significant ( F(1, 58)=6.78, P<0.05, η2 = 0.11 and F(1, 58)= 17.59, P<0.01, η2 = 0.23). The explicit aggression (83.43±15.05) and implicit aggression (-0.06±0.35) in the situation of frustration were higher than those in the condition of no frustration (80.54±12.40) and implicit aggression (-0.33±0.49). The effects of frustration situation on explicit and implicit aggression of subjects with different attribution styles were statistically significant ( F(1, 58)=4.90, P<0.05, η2 = 0.08 and F(1, 58)= 8.68, P<0.01, η2 =0.13). The frustration situation had a great influence on explicit aggression of the subjects with internal attribution ( D<0) (frustration: (82.90±12.98), no frustration: (77.56±10.16), while significant influence was observed on the implicit aggression of the subjects with external attribution ( D>0) (frustration: (0.07±0.35), no frustration: (-0.40±0.45)). Conclusion:Frustration situation influences explicit and implicit aggression of adolescents, and attribution style plays a moderating role in it.Both explicit aggression and implicit aggression can be explained by the general aggression model.

RESUMO

The cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome is a common clinical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome. The animal model of cold ongeal and blood stasis syndrome is the basis for exploring the essence of TCM cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome, and the premise of follow-up TCM clinical research. This paper summarized the preparation method, theoretical support, and evaluation method of animal models of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome in recent years and analysed the strengthens and weaknesses of different models. At present, the common animal models of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome mainly include etiological model, etiological and pathological composite model and disease-syndrome combination model. The etiological model was mainly prepared by cold exposure, which could be divided into whole-body freezing, ice bath and local frostbite. The etiological and pathological composite model was mainly prepared by cold stimulation combined with epinephrine injection. The common disease-syndrome combination models included the coronary heart disease model of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome, primary dysmenorrhea model of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome, endometriosis model of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome, and arteriosclerosis obliterans model of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome. The three models have both advantages and disadvantages. Specifically, the disease-syndrome combination model had the highest consistency with clinical practice and was more reliable and practical. However, the disease types of this model were specific, and the combination method of disease and syndrome was controversial. The evaluation indicators of the animal models of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome focused on the characterization of the syndrome and the physico-chemical indicators related to blood flow, such as blood rheology, coagulation function and microcirculation. In addition, some scholars explored the evaluation indicators from the aspects of vasomotor function, endocrine and energy metabolism. The objectivity and specificity of the current model evaluation methods needed to be further improved. The research of animal model of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome should be based on clinical practice and oriented by clinical demand. Only by establishing animal models that are highly consistent with the characteristics of clinical disease and syndrome can we better reveal the essence of cold congeal and blood stasis syndrome and promote the modernization of TCM.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the influence of tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside ( TSG ) on the neuron proliferation in epileptic rats and the related mechanisms. Methods 54 healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operated group, epilepsy group and epilepsy with TSG treatment group. The epilepsy group was established by stereotactic brain trace injection with kainic acid ( KA ) . TSG solution ( 3 mg/kg ) was injected intraperitoneally at 6 hours after the epilepsy group established, and then q.d.for consecutive 42 days. The sham-operated group and epilepsy group were injected with normal saline. The influence of TSG on cell proliferation of rat hippocampal dentate gyrus BrdU-positive granular cells was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results Compare with the epilepsy group, the amount of glial fibrillary acid protein ( GFAP)-positive astrocytes was significantly reduced and dentate gyrus BrdU-positive cells were significantly increased in the TSG group ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusions Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside ( TSG) promotes neurogenesis of neural stem cells and neurons, and inhibits the growth of hippocampal dentate gyrus astrocytes in epilepsy rats.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effects of Yushen Heji on expressions of Heme Oxygenase (HO-1) and HO-2 in kidney of diabetic rats;To explore its mechanism in diabetic nephropathy. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, control group and treatment group. Models were duplicated by subcutaneous injection STZ. Control group and treatment group were given gavage with related medicine, while normal group and model group were given gavage with the same amount of distilled water. Eight weeks later, the urine of rats was collected to detect the 24 h Upro and Ucr;the rats were sacrificed to detect the levels of CO, BUN and Scr;the kidneys were harvested for observing the expressions of HO-1 and HO-2 by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with normal group, the contents of BUN, 24 h Upro and Scr all increased in model group;Ccr and plasma CO decreased;the expressions of HO-1 and HO-2 in kidney tissues were obviously reduced (P<0.01). Compared with model group, the contents of BUN, 24 h Upro and Scr all obviously decreased in treatment group and control group;Ccr and plasma CO increased;the expressions of HO-1 and HO-2 in kidney tissues obviously increased (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with control group, the contents of 24 h Upro decreased in treatment group;plasma CO increased;the expressions of HO-1 and HO-2 in kidney tissues obviously increased (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Yushen Heji has therapeutic effect on diabetic nephropathy rats, which may related with HO/CO system.
