RESUMO

Objective To analyze the current status of nursing clinics in China in the past decades in order to provide reference for the development of nursing clinics and advanced nursing practice in the future. Methods Analyzing articles published from 2007 to 2016 from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese VIP periodical service platform,Wanfang databases by using the bibliometrics and content analysis. Results A total of 184 articles were found by using the key words of"nursing clinic"or"nurse clinic".The increasing trend was obvious after 2013.83.2%(153/184)of the articles describes the nursing clinics were conducted in the hospital.78.3%(144/184)of nursing clinics provided education, guidance and counseling for the clients.87.5%(161/184)of the articles clearly describes the competence of the nurses in the nursing clinics. The majority of the articles reported using non-experimental design. The top subject of nursing clinics research was chronic diseases (54.5%, 85/184), in which diabetes accounts for 70.6%(70/85). Conclusions An increasing trend of development of nursing clinics in China. The urgent need for the development of nursing clinic in primary medical institutions.More kinds of service should be provided for the clients, not only health education, guidance and counseling. To expand the research field of nursing clinics is needed.

RESUMO

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) are very two important pathogens that have coursed huge economic losses in swine production in worldwide. In this study,a vector pCMV-TJM containing the full-length cDNA clone of PRRSV attenuated strain TJM-F92 was firstly constructed by PCR method. Then a gene sequence containing Afl II/Mlu I e restriction enzyme sites and a transcription regulatory sequence for ORF6 (TRS6) was inserted be- tween ORF7 and 3'UTR, yielding a expression vector pCMV-TJM-TRS. Subsequently, a plasmid pCMV-TJM-Cap was constructed by cloning of PCV2 ORF2 gene into the unique sites Afl II /Mlu I of pCMV- TJM-TRS plasmid DNA. Then three recombinant PRRSV, rTJM, rTJM/TRS and rTJM/Cap, were rescued by transfection of pCMV-TJM, pCMV-TJM-TRS and pCMV-TJM-Cap into Marc-145 cells, respectively, and confirmed by the genome sequence, restriction enzyme digestion, Western Blot and IFA. They all had the molecular markers which was different from the parent virus. The growth characteristics of the rescued viruses were similar to that of parent virus. rTJM/Cap could also express efficiently PCV2 Cap protein in Marc-145 cells. At passage 8, it still had PCV2 ORF2 gene which examined by RT-PCR. It indicated that the full-length cDNA clone of PRRSV attenuated strain TJM-F92 and recombinant PRRSV rTJM/Cap expressing PCV2 Cap protein were successfully constructed. It made an important foundation for studying on the pathogenic mechanisms of PRRSV and PRRSV-PCV2 vaccine in the future.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo investigate application value of parametric image processing in contrastenhanced ultrasound imaging in diagnosis of ovarian masses. MethodsFifty cases with ovarian masses underwent routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging using a new dedicated parametric image processing software SonoLiver to analyze patterns of vascular formation and blood stream perfusion in the ovarian mass tissues on a digital video recorder in real time, compare their morphological characteristics of time-intensity curve (TIC) and dynamic vascular patterns (DVP) curve, and analyze quantitatively all indicators generated by SonoLiver.ResultsIn ultrasound imaging of the 50 cases, there were 24 cases (86%) displaying mainly blue lowly-enhanced imaging in those with benign masses and 15 cases (68%)displaying mainly red highly-enhanced imaging in those with malignant masses, with statistical significance (P <0. 01 ). There was significantly different characteristics of TIC and DVP between patients with benign and malignant masses. In 23 cases with benign masses, their DVP were significantly higher above the baseline than in those with malignant ones ( P = 0. 000), and in 15 cases with malignant lesions, their DVP were much shorter below the baseline than in those with benign ones, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The intensity of contrast medium, the time to reach its peak intensity and average transit time were all significantly higher in those with malignant masses than in those with benign ones (all P < 0. 05 ). But, no statistical difference in the time of initial increasing between the two groups was found (P > 0. 05). ConclusionsThere is significant difference in TIC and DVP of ultrasound imaging between benign and malignant masses, which if combined with contrast enhanced ultrasound parametric image processing can provide a more visualized quantitative information of benign and malignant ovarian masses with SonoLiver software.

RESUMO

This study investigated the anti-HSV-2 effect of alumen through in vitro and in vivo experiments. Viable cell counting was employed to assess the toxicity of alumen on Vero cells. The inhibition rate of HSV-2 was defined as the cytopathic effect (CPE) of the cells infected with the virus. Alumen suppositories of different concentrations were vaginally applied to the guinea pigs which were then infected with HSV-2 via a vaginal route. The clinical symptoms were observed and the local virus titer calculated. The results showed that alumen had an in vitro anti-HSV-2 effect by means of antiviral duplication, direct killing of the virus, and antiviral adsorption. Alumen suppositories of different concentrations could reduce or completely inhibit HSV-2 infection in guinea pigs. It was concluded that alumen had an in vitro anti-HSV-2 effect through multiple approaches and it could suppress in vivo vaginal HSV-2 infection of guinea pig to some extent.
