The construction of teaching faculty is not only a core element to carry out medical education in municipal general hospitals,but also a weak link.Constructing a performance evaluation system of teaching faculty has important significance in promoting teaching reform and innovation,and improving teachers' enthusiasm for teaching as well as their teaching quality in municipal general hospitals.Taking the Affiliated Dongguan People's Hospital of Southern Medical University as an example,this paper focused on the construction of teaching faculty and aimed to provide references for municipal general hospitals to build a performance evaluation system through the promotion of a series of measures such as teaching ability assessment,quantitative assessment of teaching work,teaching quality evaluation,and teaching contribution assessment.

Objective:To observe the relationship between lymphocyte phenotype and clinical presentation in cancer patient receiving immunotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy.Methods:42 patients were enrolled into the study.Among these patients,22 received stimulated normal peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBLs) as well as chemoradiotherapy,and 20 patients received chemoradiotherapy only as control group.Immunotherapy was administrated biweekly,totally 8 times.Results:22 patients receiving immunotherapy had lymphocyte phenotype change which was also in accordance with symptom improvement,but didn't reach statistical significance.Among 22 patients receiving immunotherapy had 15(68.18%) had lymphocyte phenotype change which was in accordance with symptom improvement,including elevation of CD3 + 3,CD + 4(P

Objective To study the relationship between diabetic angiopathy and blood lipid, and study the role of blood lipid on diabetic angiophy. Methods The concentrations of TC, TG, lipoproteins apolipoproteins and fasting blood glucose were determined in 50 patients without angiopathy, 56 patients with angiopathy and 53 healthy subjects. Results TC, TG, LDL, Apo - B100 in two group were higher than those in healthy subjects ( P ＜ 0. 05 or 0. 01 ), HLD were lower than those in healthy subjucts( P ＜ 0. 05 or 0. 01 ). TC, TG,LDL, Apo - B100 in patients with angiopathy were higher than those in patients without angiopathy( P ＜ 0. 01 ), HLD were lower than those in patients without angiopathy( P ＜ 0. 01 ). FBS was positivaly correlated with TC, TG, LDL, Apo - B100, and nesgatival corrlated with HLD (r=0.22, 0.32, 0.28, 0.21, -0.26, P ＜0.05) in two group patients. Conclusion FBS was correlated with blood lipid. Obstruction of blood lipid metabolism was an important faiot of type - 2 diabetes mellitus with angiopathy.
