RESUMO

BackgroundPsychological problems such as depression and anxiety are common in pregnant women, and many studies have found that body image disturbance is closely related to depression and anxiety symptoms. Still, there is large variability in previous findings. ObjectiveTo review the researches on the relation of body image disturbance to depression and anxiety in pregnant women, and to provide a reference for interventions targeting maternal body image disturbance and depression and anxiety symptoms. MethodsOn January 10, 2023, well qualified literature focusing on the relationship between body image disturbance and depression and anxiety symptoms in pregnant women were searched in PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP databases, Wanfang Data Database and China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc) from inception to January 1, 2023. The research content, factors influencing body image disturbance and relevant findings were extracted and summarized for analysis. ResultsA total of 14 articles were included in this review. The body image disturbance in pregnant women was manifested predominantly by an excessive concern about body weight and shape, and was affected by demographic characteristics, sociocultural factors, obstetric factors and other factors. Furthermore, body image disturbance significantly predicted the occurrence of depression, and proved a close relationship with anxiety symptoms. ConclusionBody image disturbance seriously affects the physical functioning and psychological status of pregnant women and may further exacerbate the symptoms of depression and anxiety.

RESUMO

Objective:To construct medical students' employment quality evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), for providing basis to scientific and objective evaluation of medical students' employment quality. Methods:Two rounds of consultation with 21 experts were conducted to construct medical students' employment quality index and evaluation standard by Delphi method, and the weight of each index and evaluation standard determined by AHP. Excel 2007 and SPSS 21.0 were used to analyze the results of expert consultation. The enumeration data were expressed as frequency and percentage. The mean and coefficient of variation were used to describe the importance scores of experts on indicators at all levels. The positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination degree of experts were calculated, and the Kendall coordination coefficient ( W) test was carried out. Yaahp 6.0 is used to analyze the pairwise comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicator. Results:The authority of expert consultation was ranged from 0.77 to 0.94, and the positive coefficient of experts was 100.00%. The evaluation system of medical students' employment quality was determined, which involved 3 first-class indexes, 9 second-class indexes and 35 third-class indexes, and the weight coefficients of each index were calculated by AHP.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of medical students' employment quality is reasonable, which can be used to provide reference standard for medical students' employment quality evaluation, and has certain application value.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND:The biological function of human periodontal ligament stem cells is a hot area of research in the treatment of periodontal disease. Human periodontal ligament cells are one of the end cells derived from human periodontal ligament stem cells;meanwhile, it can also provide supports to the development of human periodontal ligament stem cells. However, few studies are reported about the difference of biological characteristics between human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells. OBJECTIVE:To compare the differences of biological characteristics between human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells. METHODS:The human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells were isolated and purified using tissue explant method and cellclone method, respectively, and then were observed under light microscope to compare the differences of morphology. cellproliferation curves of human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells were drawn respectively with cellcounting kit 8 assay. Flow cytometry analysis was used to detect their cellcircles and their surface markers expressions. The alkaline phosphatase gene, proliferating cellnuclear antigen gene and Scleraxis gene of human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells were detected by Real-time PCR assay.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells showed a notable difference in morphology under the light microscope observation. During the first 5 days, the cellproliferation curve of human periodontal ligament stem cells was lower than that of human periodontal ligament cells, but 5 days later, the curve of human periodontal ligament stem cells was significantly higher than that of human periodontal ligament cells. The cellcircles of human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells were 41.1%and 23.9%, respectively. The surface markers of human periodontal ligament stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells were similar, but their expression rates had significant difference. The expressions of alkaline phosphatase gene, proliferating cellnuclear antigen gene and Scleraxis gene of human periodontal ligament stem cells were significantly higher than those of human periodontal ligament cells. The above results suggest that human periodontal ligament stem cells have much stronger potential ability than human periodontal ligament cells in osteogensis and cellproliferation.
