RESUMO

Through the analysis of 3 maintenance of Bmag interlocking fault of Varian Clinac Ⅸ Linear Accelerator,it is found that the full wave rectifier diode breakdown in the bend magnet power supply,the improper setting of the bend magnet interlock,and the failure of the modulator CB3 air switch can cause the bmag interlocking.Through the replacement of accessories,adjustment parameters,etc.,so that the fault is resolved.

RESUMO

Objective To compare the effects of 6MV and 10MV-X-ray intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) on non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) . Methods We randomly selected 20 patients with NSCLC, 6MV and 10MV X-ray were used respectively for each NSCLC patient with IMRT plan design, the ADAC Pinnacle 8.0f treatment planning system was applied to provide the convolution/iteration algorithm, for the same target IMRT plan design with two kinds of energy. By comparing the dose volume histogram (DVH),PTV parameter (Dmean, Dmin and Dmax), conformal index (CI) and homogeneity index (HI),we analyzed the metrology parameters . Results 6MV and 10MV radiation therapy plan DVH, PTV parameters,CI,HI and isodose line was similar,no statistically significant differences. But target dose homogeneity and the degree of target coverage in high dose of 6MV plan was better than that in 10MV plan. Endanger organs (OAR) such as normal lung tissue, heart, esophagus and spinal cord had basically same dose amount. Conclusion 6MV X-ray plan may be the better choice of radiotherapy on NSCLC.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the change of cerebral microcirculation before and after clipping of intracranial aneurysm using CT perfusion (CTP)imaging.Methods CTP images of 70 patients diagnosed intracranial aneurysm by CTA were retrospectively an-alysed.They were divided into four groups according to have or not intracranial arterial spasm:A group:Preoperative CVS,postop-erative CVS (4 cases),B group:Preoperative CVS,postoperative nCVS (13 cases),C group:Preoperative nCVS,postoperative CVS (20 cases),D group:Preoperative nCVS,postoperative nCVS (33 cases).CBV/CBF/MTT were measured in four groups be-fore and after surgery,and analyzed statistically.Results (1)The postoperative CBV/CBF/MTT was compared with the preopera-tive data.There were statistically significant in CBVA/B/C/D/CBFA/B/D/MTTA/B during the surgery (P 0.05).(2)There were statistically significant in the△CBVBC/BD/△CBFAB/BC/BD/△MTTAB/BD (P 0.05).Conclusion CTP can early and accurately predict the change of cerebral microcircu-lation after surgery.

RESUMO

Objective Summarize the nursing experiences of abdominoscope for patients with ovarian cysts. Methods Enough preoperative evaluation, careful perioperative nursing and observation were used in 150 patietns with ovarian cysts when cured by abdominoscope. Results All the patients had accepted succesful operation, there were no intensive complication among the patients. Conclusions Proper nursing measures should be developed with therapeutic laparoscopy, nursing cares according to the operation can effetive shorten the course of rehabilitation for patients.
