RESUMO

This study introduces the design and application of home wireless electrocardiograph(ECG) machine based on Internet. The world's first three-lead dry electrode mobile electrocardiograph machine has been developed, on the basis of the successful development of dry electrodes. Moreover, it is not only chips filtering, but also wireless, as a result it is applied to ECG monitoring and diagnosis of patients. Compared with traditional electrocardiograph machine, the machine is very convenient and comes into the home, ECG Machines is connected to mobile phones by Bluetooth, wireless upload, therefore we recommend to achieve remote monitoring and early warning and reduce sudden death, to achieve Internet medical by using Internet technology, people can be self-test. It is playing an increasingly important role and it is an inevitable machine to improve the success rate of diagnosis, monitoring and first aid.

RESUMO

Objective To find out about the charateristics of bone mineral density(BMD)and its influencing factors among 2079 recruits. Methods Recruits of Armed Police Force in Tianjin were selected as subjects.Their BMD was measured with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA).A normal group and low bone mineral density group were selected according to the results of bone mineral density and the methord of 1:1 case-control analysis.Questionnaires were used to investigate their dietary nutrition and lifestyles.One-way ANOVA,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of BMD.Results In total,2079 military recruits underwent a DXA scan.Normal bone mineral density accounted for 44.78%,and T value was -0.36 ±0.62.Medium bone mineral density made up 50.51%, and T value was -1.57 ±0.38.Low bone mineral density accounted for 4.71%,and T value was -2.82 ±0.39.Single factor analysis suggested that body weight, BMI, movement time, sports venues, spending too much time online all had influences on bone mineral density.Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that high animal diet(OR=3.435), spending too much time online(OR=1.246)were the risk factors for bone density.Dairy consumption(OR=0.296)and movement time(OR=0.549)were positively associated with bone mineral density. Conclusion There is a low bone mass in the recruits. We suggest that scientific and standardized management, popularization of knowledge, healthy diet and living habits are necessary to promote good bone peaks.

RESUMO

Objective To look for suitable short-term weight loss and long-term maintenance method for army cadres. Method A total of 142 patients with simple overweight and obesity were randomly selected as the research subjects, and were followed up for 2 years, 130 of them were valid for analysis, 97 were male, and 33 female, age 27-59 years, average(47.41±7.55)years. SPSS 16.0 was used for analysis. Repeated measurements analysis of variance was used for data analysis, K-related samples nonparametric test was used for enumeration data. Result The army cadres population weight intervention management model was divided into three stages. They were respectively intensified weight loss stage for 6 months, the consolidation of weight loss for 6 months, and self-management stage maintained for 12 months, totally 24 months. Variance analysis results showed that after two years of focused intervention and health management, the body mass index(BMI)fell from(27.42 ± 2.81)kg/m2 to(24.69 ± 2.63)kg/m2 (F=2 649.945, P<0.05), waist circumference decreased from(91.09±8.24)cm to(85.26±7.76)cm(F=1 207.248, P<0.05). Nonparametric test results showed that after two years intervention management the behavior patterns concerning physical exercise became better. Exercisers increased from 33.8%to 73.3%(H=68.448, P<0.05); proportion of smoking decreased from 38.5% to 20.0%(H=33.692, P<0.05); drinking alcohol decreased from 50.8%to 20.8%(H=59.128, P<0.05);high salt diet decreased from 39.2%to 23.1%(H=31.722, P<0.05);high-fat diet decreased from 46.2%to 27.7%(H=41.571, P<0.05). Conclusion The practice showed that the short-term intensified weight loss, long-term maintenance, exercise and psychological intervention, changed the cadres population from passive to active on the weight control and self-management with remarkable effects, therefore such intervention is worthy of promoting.
