Objective:To investigate the current practice environment of male nurses in Qinghai province, and understand the professional environment and turnover intention of male nurses, provide ideas and theoretical basis for continuous improvement of the working environment of male nurses in hospitals.Methods:From September to October 2020, the practice environment and turnover intention of male nurses in Qinghai Province were investigated by using the method of convenience sampling and using the general data questionnaire, the Nurse Practice Environment Assessment Scale and the turnover intention table.Results:A total of 155 registered male nurses in Qinghai Province participated in this survey, and the overall evaluation score of the practicing environment of nurses in Qinghai Province was (74.38±22.63) points, among which the highest score was that nurses could write nursing records in time (85.24±20.99) points, and the lowest score was that nurses had the opportunity to participate in the internal management of the hospital (55.03±30.55) points. The total score of resignation intention was (14.34±4.35) points.Conclusion:The overall evaluation of the practicing environment of male nurses in Qinghai Province is fair, and their turnover intention is high. Nursing managers should attach importance to the cultivation of male nurses' feelings towards hospitals and professions, so as to reduce their turnover intention and stabilize the nursing team of male nurses.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yifei Buqi recipe combined with montelukast sodium on elderly patients with bronchial asthma and its influence on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), interleukin 10 (IL-10) and interleukin 18 (IL-18).Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019, 62 elderly patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Quzhou were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with Yifei Buqi recipe combined with montelukast sodium tablets, while the patients in the control group were treated with montelukast sodium tablets.Both two groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effect, main symptom scores, changes of pulmonary function and inflammatory mediators, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group [96.77%(30/31)] was higher than that of the control group [74.19%(23/31)] (χ 2=4.679, P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of asthma[(1.02±0.26)points], cough[(0.73±0.18)points] and chest tightness asthma[(0.69±0.21)points] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(1.85±0.32)points, (1.64±0.27)points and (1.38±0.34)points]( t=11.208, 15.614, 9.613, all P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α [(105.46±13.19)ng/L] and IL-18 [(169.84±16.47)ng/L] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(148.78±17.56)ng/L and (248.73±26.57)ng/L], while IL-10 level [(36.57±6.48)ng/L] in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(28.25±5.67)ng/L] ( t=10.982, 5.380, 14.051, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Yifei Buqi recipe combined with montelukast sodium has obvious curative effect on elderly patients with bronchial asthma.It can alleviate symptoms, alleviate inflammation, with less adverse reactions and good drug safety.

Objective :To explore influence of different doses of clopidogrel combined aspirin on platelet related inde—xes and safety in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods : A total of 92 UAP patients treated in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into large dose clopidogrel combined group (received 150mg／d clopi—dogrel combined aspirin ) and routine dose clopidogrel combined group (received 75mg／d clopidogrel combined aspi—rin) ,both groups were continuously treated for three months .Therapeutic effect , medication safety , level of thrombolytic granule membrane protein (GMP)—140 ,maximum platelet aggregation rate (LTA—PAmax ) and ADP—induced maximum platelet amplitude (MAADP ) were compared between two groups .Results : After three—month treatment ,there were no significant difference in total effective rate ,incidence rate of major adverse cardiovascular events ,GMP—140 level ,LTA—PAmax and MAADP between two groups , P＞0. 05 all.Incidence rate of severe hemor—rhage in large dose clopidogrel group was higher than that of routine dose group (6.52% vs.2. 17%) without signifi—cant difference ( P＝0.609).Conclusion : Increased dose of clopidogrel combined aspirin doesn＇t obtain significant therapeutic effect ,but may be risk of hemorrhage for unstable angina pectoris ,which calls for clinical attention

Objective To investigate the role of NRAGE subcellular localization in the EMT and radioresistance of esophageal cancer cells.Methods EMT model cells were established by the treatment of TE13 cells with TGF-β1.To verify the establishment of EMT model and the phenotype of EMT-like TE13R120 cells,EMT marker mRNA and protein were detected by Real-time PCR and Western blot,respectively.Real-time PCR was also used to detect the expression of NRAGE mRNA in three groups.Total NRAGE protein,cytoplasm protein and nuclear protein were measured by Western blot.Results It was found that TGF-β1 could induce morphological alterations of TE13 cells from epithelial to mesenchymal and change the expressions of EMT maker E-cadherin and vimentin (t =13.56,-232.84,P ＜ 0.05),indicating the successful establishment of EMT model cells.Similar expression trends of EMT makers were observed in TE13R120cells (t=15.84,-54.54,P＜0.05).NRAGE mRNA (t=-8.73,-5.62,P＜ 0.05) and total protein in both EMT model cells and TE13R120 cells were higher than that in TE13 cells,especially for the nuclear proteins.However,no differences in NRAGE cytoplasm protein expression were found among the three groups.In addition,there were also no difference of NRAGE mRNA (t =-0.88,P ＞0.05),cytoplasm and nuclear protein between TE13R120 cells and EMT model cells.Conclusions The radioresistant cell line TE13R120 has the EMT-like phenotype that may cause cell radioresistance by changing the subcelluar localization of NRAGE.

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) is one of the ocular fundus diseases and can cause severe visual impairment or blindness.The occurrence of PCV may be related to certain proteins.The imbalance between angiogenesis stimulating factors and inhibiting factors can cause choroid vascular abnormalities,which promotes PCV formation.Matrix metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases can regulate extracellular matrix metabolism and subsequently regulate the choroid neovascularization.Increase of oxidized low density lipoprotein can break down the balance between matrix metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases,which promotes the choroid neovascularization.The decrease of elastin can lead to damage and expasion of blood vessel walls,and promote the choroid neovascularization.Some inflammatory factors,such as TGF-β,TGF-α,IL-6 and monocyte chemo attractant protein-1 etc,are also associated with the choroid neovascularization.In addition,it was also found that the expression levels of C-reactive protein,complement factors and thioredoxin in PCV patients are higher than those in the normal control.This article reviewed research progression in the related proteins during the process of PCV.

The experience was summarized for the maintenance of the clinical laboratory equipment. The problems and countermeasures were proposed for the clinical laboratory equipment.

Objective To establish a reasonable method to evaluate nursing quality with both the quantity and quality of nursing taken into account.Methods Quantity indexes of nursing were analyzed with decision tree method (CHAID)in SPSS18.0,which included the number of patients admitted to wards,first grade' s nursing days,critically ill patients,emergencies,operations,intravenous infusions,intramuscular injections,oxygen inhalations,urinary tract catheterizations,gastric tube catheterizations,enemas and the average turnover rate of beds.After the quantity analysis,the nursing units were divided into different groups according to their workload.Then,we made a comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality with 12 indicators on the same group.Results Decision tree analysis can identify hierarchy relationship of various nursing quantity indicators and high-priority work quantity variables.Furthermore,it can establish the hierarchical rule based on the distribution of high-priority variables,and serve the purpose of classifying nursing units based on nursing workload.Conclusion The decision tree method can provide a same-level nursing workload platform for quality examination.This has minimized the influence of nursing workload discrepancies on nursing quality examination,and made nursing quality more comparable with nursing workload units of the same level,thus a scientific method for comprehensive nursing quality evaluation.

Objective To provide the morphology data for the study on the molecular mechanism of tumor metastasis,we observed the expression of podoplanin on the blood vessels and lymphatics in the human colonic carcinoma.Methods We observed the expression of podoplanin on the blood vessels and lymphatics in the colonic carcinoma from the patients of the operation in the defferent stages with the methods of HE staining and podoplanin immunohistochemistry staining. Results Podoplanin has not been stained,but podoplanin was positively expressed on the colonic carcinoma lymphatics.And, The podoplanin expression positive rate of the colonic carcinoma were increased along with the increase of tumor stages and occurence of lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion Podoplanin choosed to express in lymphatics in the colonic carcinoma and could correctly distinguish the blood vessels and lymphatic vessels,could be regarded as the specific marker to mark lymphatic vessel. And, The podoplanin expression positive rate of the colonic carcinoma were increased along with the increase of tumor stages and occurence of lymph nodes metastasis.It indicates,It was correlated with colonic carcinoma lymphatical metastasis that the count of lymphatic vessels were increased in the colonic carcinoma along with the tumor advancing.

OBJECTIVE To investigate bacterial contamination of throat spray in different patient groups before and after using it and explore the satisfactory disinfection methods for decreasing the rate of hospital acquired infection.METHODS The methods were used in accordance with Disinfection Technology Criteria.We compared the germicidal effect of five kinds of methods.RESULTS Bacterial contamination was very serious after using throat spray,many bacteria,even pathogens,as well as the normal flora from the region of nasopharynx had been found there.Bacterial contamination was more serious in ENT department patient than in endoscopy patient after using throat sprays.Burning,alcohol,iodophor and disinfectants containing iodine with alcohol were better than oxidized potential water method on disinfection effect.CONCLUSIONS Much attention should be paid to the contamination of throat spray,selecting the most effective disinfection methods,hospital infections caused by invasive manipulation could be prevented when correct methods are adopted.

Objective To observe the expression of PECAM-1 in colorectal cancer in rat and to explore the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis of tumor. Methods Wistar rats were used to make the animal model of primary colorectal cancer,by using HE staining,the cancer type and progression of cancer were devided.By immunohistochemistry staining,the expression of PECAM-1 in tumor tissue,blood vessels and lymphatic vessels were observed. Results PECAM-1 expression in blood vessels and lymphatic vessels were observed in normal tissue,while its expression on tumor tissue and lymphatic vessels decreased according to the cancer progression.Conclusion PECAM-1 may be involved in the early process of tumor cells adhering to the endothelium;decreased expresson of PECAM-1 on lymphatics may be related with lymphangiogenesis and the opening of endothelial junction of lymphatic vessels.

Objective To analyse the expression patterns of the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) at the protein and mRNA level,and to detect the biological function of VEGFR-3 in the lymphangiogenesis of the embryos. Methods A total of 61 specimens of skin were investigated by immunohistochemical staining with a polyclonal antibody against VEGFR-3 in embryo 15-day-old(E15) and in embryo 21-day-old(E21).The expression of VEGFR-3 mRNA was studied in situ hybridization. Results The positive expression of VEGFR-3 can be seen in lymphatic vessels of the embryonic skin.The occurrences of VEGFR-3 protein in lymphatic vessels in E15 and in E21 were 38.71%(12/31) and 73.33%(22/30) respectively,the expression level of VEGFR-3 protein in E21 was significantly higher than that in E15(?~2=7.408,P

Objective To study the ultrastructural features of initial lymphatics of gastric carcinoma,to discuss the metastasis mechanism of malignant cells by lpmphatics. Methods The postoperative samples of patients with gastric cancer were obtained in center,peripheral and normal region of cancer.Common Resin-embedded specimens were made.Lymphatics were located by hemithin sections under light microscope and observed by ultrathin sections under electron microscope. Results There were no lymphatics in carcinomatous centre region.Compared with normal region,there were more initial lymphatics in peripheral region of gastric carcinoma.The lumina were dilated and irregular and the endothelium were destroyed;The organelle of endothelial cells changed obviously.The distribution and morphology of the lymphatics did not changed evidently in the normal region.Conclusion These results suggest that amount,ultrastructure and morphology of lymphatics changed in peripheral region of carcinoma;Gastric cancer cells may invade lymphatics via destroyed parts of endothelium or interendothelial openings.

Objective To study the morphological changes of lymphatics in transplant tumor of mice. Methods H22 cells were inoculated under the armpit skin of KM mice. Tumor was obtained two weeks after inoculation. HE staining was used to observe the development of tumor. 5'-nase-alpase double staining was performed to observe blood vessels and lymphatics. Ultrastructures of lymphatics were observed with electron-microscopy. Results Tumor occurred in all the mice. Under microscope there was none of lymphatics in the center of the tumor, a few lymphatics and a lot of blood vessels could be seen in periphery of tumor. Under TEM damage of the organelles could be seen in the endothelial cell of lymphatics. Conclusion Neonatal lymphatics can be seen in transplant tumor caused by H22.

Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor D(VEGF-D) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) in lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of colon carcinoma by observing the expression of VEGF-D and VEGFR-3,and calculated lymphatic vessel density(LMVD) in colon carcinoma. Methods The expressions of VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 were observed by SP immunohistochemistry in 55 colon carcinoma samples of different stages and differentiation degrees.LMVD in colon carcinoma was calculated by using Podoplanin as the specific marker of lymphatic endothelium. Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3) in rat colorectal cancer,and to provide an experimental material for the role of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in cancer progression and metastasis via lymphatics. Methods The expressions of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in colorectal cancer induced by MNNG were observed by immunohistochemistry staining. Results There was no expression of VEGF-C in normal colorectal tissues,but VEGFR-3 expressed in the lymphatic endothelium.The protein of VEGF-C mainly expressed in the cancer cells and the positive rates were 75% and 100% respectively in the early and the mid-terminal stages of cancer.The positive expression of VEGF-C in the early stage of cancer was higher than that in mid-terminal stage(P
