RESUMO

Objective To observe the effects of different TCM exercises for preventive treatment of diseases on sleep quality and multidimensional mental health level of college students. Methods According to the willing of the research objects, 132 college students were divided into Yijinjing group, Baduanjin group, Wuqinxi group, Tai Chi group, and jogging group. They exercised 45 min each time, 5–6 times per week, received central guidance every two weeks, and exercise intensity was timely adjusted based on master of physical activity and reaction to the situation of college students, for 2 months. PSQI, BFS, SDS and SAS before and after intervention in each group were observed. Results After intervention, five kinds of exercises could improve sleep situation of college students, and had their own focus in sleep quality, falling-asleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, sleep medication, daytime dysfunction. There was statistical significance in BFS activity score, thought score, anger score, excitation score, and depression score after intervention in Yijinjing group compared with before intervention (P<0.05); There was statistical significance in activity score, total joy score, calm total score after intervention in Wuqinxi group compared with before intervention (P<0.05). There was statistical significance in SAS total scores of college students in Yijinjing group, Baduanjin group, and jogging group after intervention compared with before intervention (P<0.05). There was statistical significance in SAS standard scores of college students in Yijinjing group, Baduanjin group, and jogging group after intervention compared with before intervention (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in SDS scores in the five groups before and after intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion 5 kinds of exercises can improve the sleep quality from different aspects. Yijinjing group and Wuqinxi group can improve the mental health of college students, of which Yijinjing group can bi-directionally regulate the positive and negative psychological indicators of college students.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate and compare the curative effect between delayed percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with acute myocardial infarction presenting 12-24 hours from symptom onset and medical therapy on acute myocardial infarction patients presenting with ST-segment elevation (STEMI). Methods Using a prospective, open, parallel, controlled research approach,186 patients with STEMI were divided into delayed PCI group(n=89),which received PCI within 12-24 hours after STEMI and medical therapy group(n=97),which received medical therapy after STEMI. All patients were followed up 1-6 months with average follow-up (5.6 ± 1.4) months. Data of hospitalization period, the cardiac structures detected by echocardiography such as left atrial diameter (LAD), left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF,left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS),composite end point events and major adverse cardiac events(MACE)were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with medical therapy group, the hospitalization cycle was significantly shorter in delayed PCI group. Data of the LAD and LVDd were significantly decreased, but LVEF and LVFS were increased in delayed PCI group compared with those of medical therapy group at 30 d and 6-month follow-up. The incidence of MACE and composite end point events were significantly less in delayed PCI group than those of medical therapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion Delayed PCI treatment can decrease the time of hospital stay and decrease the incidence rates of MACE and composite end point events, and improve left ventricular function and prognosis of patients.

RESUMO

The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical significance of RBC blood group serological test in nonmyeloablative allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (NAPBSCT) of ABO group incompatibility in 4 patients with acute leukemia. ABO and MN blood group of donors and recipients were determined by hemagglutination test and Rh blood group by Diana Gel phenotype Rh card. The changes of blood group in recipients were observed and implant of donor cells was monitored by short tandem repeat-PCR method. The results showed that in 2 cases of 4 recipients the marrow cells appeared mixed chimera of donor and recipient cells, and blood group changed to donor type in 1 of the 2 cases on 100 days after transplantation. In another 2 cases, the marrow cells appeared mixed chimera without blood group chimera on 154 days after transplantation, and rejection of the transplant occurred in 1 of the 2 cases. The determination of hemagglutinin titer showed that the implant rate of donor cells was lower in the recipients with higher hemagglutinin titer and blood group chimera did not appear, conversely, the implant rate was higher in the recipients with lower titer and blood group chimera appeared early. It is concluded that examination of RBC blood group in NAPB SCT can indirectly reflect effectiveness of transplantation, contribute to decide the intensity of conditioning protocol and immunosuppressive therapy after transplantation, estimate prognosis and guide blood transfusion during transplantation.
