RESUMO

Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor with very poor prognosis. In the past decade, the surgical technique has made significant progress, but it has not brought desired effect in improving the survival outcome of pancreatic cancer patients. With the development of the concept of cancer treatment and the emergence of precision medicine, the surgical centered multidisciplinary treatment and collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode has gradually become the mainstream. Accurate preoperative assessment of pancreatic cancer has become a breakthrough for further improving the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer. From the perspective of precise assessment, this paper mainly summarized the status and progress on the following four aspects: the preoperative diagnosis and staging, the resectability evaluation, the neoadjuvant therapy strategy and efficacy evaluation of neoadjuvant therapy in pancreatic cancer, and also discussed the shortcomings and challenges in the field of precise assessment, finally in order to make the preoperative assessment of pancreatic cancer more precise and standard, and to provide useful reference for future research work.

RESUMO

The change of kirenol, darutigenol and darutoside in Siegesbeckia and its first to ninth processed products were studied, and the ten fingerprints were compared, which provided the experimental basis for the study of Siegesbeckia processing tech- nology. The samples were analysed by HPLC on a SunFire-C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonitrile (0.1% formic acid)-water (0.1% formic acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL x min(-1). Column temperaturewas 30 °C and the detected wavelength was 215, 320 nm. The calibration curves of kirenol, darutigenol and darutoside were linear in the range of 2.180-26.16, 2.900-34.80, and 1.012-6.072 mg x L(-1), respectively, and the average recoveries were 96.4%, 97.2% and 96.3% wit RSD 2.2%, 1.7% and 2.4%. This method was simple, the result was stable and had good repeatability, recovery and precision. The re- sult was the basis of the chemical contents variation in the processing of Siegesbeckia Herbs and further clarifying the effect of the changing.

RESUMO

Quality survey of different species of Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma was made by determining the content of hederagenin and oleanolic acid from Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma. The result showed that only a few samples of Clematis chinensis met the quality standard for Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the changes in activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in gingival tissue of a chronic periodontitis rat model in normoxia and hypoxia condition, and explore the role of MMP-2 in the development of high altitude periodontal diseases. Methods Thirty-two adult SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (8 each): normal control group (N group), normoxia periodontitis group (P1 group), hypoxia control group (H group) and hypoxia periodontitis group (P2 group). The chronic periodontitis rat model was reproduced in P1 and P2 group, and the rats were kept either in normoxia condition or hypoxia condition in a hypobaric chamber in which a condition simulating 5000 meter high altitude was established. Rats without periodontitis in N and H group were treated with the same conditions as control. The activation of MMP-2 in gingival tissue of rats in each group was measured by gelatin zymographic analysis. Results The grey values of activated MMP-2 in N, P1, H and P2 group were 13.72?6.22, 37.23?4.40, 14.45?6.51 and 45.44?4.79, respectively. The value was higher in H group than in N group, in P2 group than in P1 group (P
