One case of postoperative facial paralysis after first branchial fistula / 临床耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志

Pus overflow from patent's fistula belew the left face near mandibular angle 2 years agowith a little pain. Symptoms relieved after oral antibiotics. This symptom frequently occurred in the past six months. Postoperative facial paralysis occurred after surgery, and recovered after treatment. It was diagnosed as the postoperative facial paralysis after first branchial fistula surgery.

Salivary gland acinar cell carcinoma is a rare low grade malignant tumor,which always occurs in the parotid,submandibular and sublingual salivary glands,but extremely rare occurs in the nasal septum.This paper reports a case of the salivary gland acinar cell carcinoma that located in the nasal septum.
