RESUMO

Objective To learn the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged 15-24 years in Shaoxing for making targeted prevention and control measures among young people. Methods To analyze the HIV/AIDS cases' distribution, route of transmission and reported route according to the cases which were reported 2003-2016 and aged 15-24 years. Results There were 325 cases had been reported. The epidemic had spread outward to each county, and transient population was accounted for 64.00%, and the ratio of male to female was 2.46:1. Career was widely dispersed, and farmers/migrant workers accounted for 31.08% , and students accounted for 10.15% . Homosexual transmission accounted for 41.29% , and heterosexual transmission accounted for 51.08% . The cases that were locality census register/high school education or above/unmarried adolescent, and professional for business services and student's homosexual transmission ratio was higher than that of heterosexual transmission. Voluntary counseling and testing was the major detection route which accounted for 16.9%. Conclusion The results showed that the male who aged 15-24 years was the most susceptible population. It is necessary to carry out effective measures to prevent and control HIV/AIDS transmission among young people, especially MSM and out-of-school youth.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the detection rate of depression among junior middle students in Shaoxing city, and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods Based on the cluster random sampling method,A total 3 397 students from junior middle school were recruited to be evaluated by Depression Self -Rating Scale for Children (DSRSC).Results The overall detection rate of depression was 37.74%.The average score was (1 3.24 ±5.01 ).Multiple -factors analysis showed that female (OR =1 .31 2,95%CI =1 .1 26 -1 .528),senior grade (OR =1 .284,95%CI =1 .1 70 -1 .409)and non -only -child (OR =1 .390,95%CI =1 .1 95 -1 .61 8)were the risk factors of depression, light study burden (OR =0.661 ,95%CI =0.589 -0.742),more close friends (OR =0.728,95%CI =0.666 -0.796),outgoing personality (OR=0.875,95%CI =0.81 3 -0.942)and satisfaction with body figure (OR =0.678,95%CI =0.625 -0.735)were the protective factors of depression. Conclusion The prevalence of depression among junior middle school students in Shaoxing was high.Intervention measures need to be strengthened for the psychological health especially among population with depressive symptoms.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the prognostic factors of community -acquired pneumonia (CAP)among children. Methods A total of 783 children with CAP admitted to hospital from 2009 to 2012 were selected.Related information including baseline data was extracted from the hospital health records and analyzed by univariate and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The logistic regression analysis showed that obnubilation (OR =5.866,95%CI =2.020 -17.033),dysphoria (OR =1.420,95%CI =1.038 -1.942),multi -infection(OR =1.376,95%CI =0.993 -1.907) and polypnea(OR =1.026,95%CI =1.004 -1.049)were the independent risk factors that influenced the prognosis of patients with community -acquired pneumonia. Conclusion More attentions should be paid to CAP children with the symptoms of obnubilation, dysphoria, multi -infection and polypnea.

RESUMO

Objective To obtain the weight coefficient of indicators for evaluating the service capacity of maternal and child health care institution at county level. Methods Expert scoring method and CRITIC method were used to calculate the subjective weight coefficient and objective weight coefficient respectively, then comprehensive weight coefficient of each indicator was calculated. Results A total of 25 indicators were selected, among which the minimum comprehensive weight coefficient was 0.033 4 and the maximum was 0.050 4.The 5 lowest weight coefficient indicators were the proportion of financial subsidies accounted for general income (X12),number of equipment valued above 10,000 Yuan (X7),number of available beds (X6),annual person -time number of hospitalization (X22)and annual person -time number of outpatient and emergency treatment (X21).The 5 highest weight coefficient indicators were the outpatient expenditure each time (X25),mortality rate of pregnant and lying -in women (X18),proportion of medical expenditure accounted for total expenditure (X13),indicators of the average hospital stay each time (X9)and diagnosis coincidence rate of hospital admission and discharge (X19).Conclusion This weight coefficient of indicators focuses more on the public health service and the comprehensive weight coefficient calculated by combining subjective weighting method and objective weighting method is more reasonable.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo explore factors that affecting the outcome of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) therapy.

METHODSFactors on the results of therapy were analysed through a case-control study.

RESULTSThe common symptoms of SLE were fever, joint pain and skin eruption on face while the common provocation factors of SLE were infection and birth. Through multivariate logistic regression analyses, factors that influencing SLE result of treatment were tachycardia, diastolic pressure step-up, complement C(3) reduction, anti-ds-DNA antibody, SLE relapse and brain syndrome with the OR values as 2.28, 2.34, 2.42, 2.47, 1.98 and 5.56, respectively.

CONCLUSIONThe symptom and clinical characteristics of SLE were complicated. SLE treatment result could be influenced by tachycardia, diastolic pressure step-up, complement C(3) reduction, anti-ds-DNA antibody, SLE relapse and brain syndrome suggesting that the prognosis of SLE patients should be comprehensively considered.
