RESUMO

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have become an important treatment option for many patients with malignant melanoma in the past few years. ICIs can restore and promote the function of effector T cells to specifically recognize and kill tumor cells, and systemically enhance anti-tumor immune response of the body, so they are a good treatment option for patients who have a high risk of recurrence after surgery or are at an advanced stage of disease (unresectable or metastatic melanoma). The main targets of current ICIs are programmed cell death-1 receptor and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4, which are two key receptors for central and peripheral immune tolerance respectively. This review mainly discusses clinical efficacy of different ICIs, potential biomarkers for predicting response to ICIs and ICI-related adverse reactions.

RESUMO

Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Zhong Feng Kang on model mice with cerebral ischemia and after restoration of blood flow. Methods: To make the model of cerebral ischemia and after restoration of blood flow with thread embolism, and measure the area of cerebral infarction and observe cerebral pathologic change. Results: Zhong Feng Kang could reduce the area of cerebral infarction, improve cerebral pathologic change on model mice. Conclusion: The results confirmed that the clinical data of Zhongfengkang would provide a basis of pharmaceutical application

RESUMO

Objective: To assay the contents of the five heavy metals in 10 different kinds of herbal pieces. Methods: With reference to 《The Professional Import and Export Stands for Medicinal Herbs and Preparations》, and 《Handbook of Chinese Hygienic and Physiochemical Assaying for Food》 (1997), plumbum and cadmium with the help of graphitic furnace atomic absorption spectometry; niccolum with atomic absorption apparatus; hydragyrum with apparatus for determination of mercury and arsenium with the arsenic stain were measured, respectively. Results: It is showed that 18 of 35 Samples did not come up to standard of the heavy metals; 7 of 10 different kinds of herbal pieces did not come up to standard of the heavy metals according to the issued standards.

RESUMO

AIM: To discuss the mechanism of action of Zhiyu Granules on treating diabetic peripheral neuritis. METHODS: The model of diabetic peripheral neuritis in mice was induced by streptozotocin. The effect of Zhiyu Granules on the contents of sciatic nerve inositol in model mice through ELSD(evaporative light scattering detector) was examined, and the activity of Na~+-K~+ pump in sciatic nerve was measured, and the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in erythrocytes were detected, and the ultrastructures of sciatic nerve, pancreas and kidney in model mice were observed by electric microscope. RESULTS: Zhiyu Granules could increase the contents of sciatic nerve inositol in model rats, and enhance the activity of Na~+-K~+ pump, and improve the ultrastructures of sciatic nerve and pancreas cell.Zhiyu Granules couldn't improve the ultrastructure of renal corpuscles,or affect the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in erythrocytes of model mice yet. CONCLUSION: Zhiyu Granules is effective in clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritis.
