RESUMO

Objective Blood trace and extraction is the important premising for forensic medicine appraisal reliability, this paper puts forward the blood trace and extraction method of using pyramidon. Methods Using pyramidon and benzidine to treat diluted fresh blood, and using Chelex-100 reagent treatment after the DNA in blood samples, and then applying the technology of PCR-STR and fluorescence detection test sample STR typing, observing the STR classification results and the detection sensitivity of DNA, comparing the different influence of two method on subsequent DNA - STR inspection. Results The pyramidon method can detect the minimum hemoglobin concentration is 25μg/mL,which was lower than 5μg/mL of the benzidine method. The results showed that the effective typing rate of the benzidine method was 18.09%, which was significantly lower than 96.67% of the method of the pyramidon method. The tail length of the detection group was 52.40±9.21, and the Oliva tail moment was 43.29±4.85%, and the tail intensity was 16.25±2.35, which was significantly higher than that of the pyramidon group (P < 0.01). Conclusions The sensitivity of the pyramidon method is moderate, and the influence of the following STR subtype and the nuclear DNA of the sample is significantly lower than that of benzidine, which can be used in the pre-experiment of blood stain in forensic medicine.

RESUMO

Objective To systematically review the efficacy of hypotensive resuscitation for traumatic-hemorrhagic shock. Methods Randomized controlled trails (RCTs) or quasi-Randomized controlled trails (qRCTs) were searched in Pubmed,Embase and the Corchrane Library from inception to August 2015.Two reviewers respectively picked out the useful data and performed quality evaluation.Metaanalysis was carried out with RevMan 5.3 software, risk ratio (RR) and its 95% confidence interval (CI) were pooled to estimate the enumeration data, and GRADE 3.6.1 software was used to rate the level of evidence. Results The results of meta-analysis and GRADE rating system which included 4 studies showed that:compared with conventional resuscitation, hypotensive resuscitation was associated with lower total mortality [RR =0.77,95% CI:0.62-0.95,P =0.01;n =984,GRADE rating:moderate],and 24-hour mortality [RR =0.47,95% CI:0.24-0.91,P =0.03;n =281,GRADE rating:moderate],but the subgroup analysis of total mortality showed that there were no significant differences in mortality between the subgroup of blunt or penetrating trauma and the subgroup of penetrating trauma. Conclusions Hypotensive resuscitation reduced total mortality and 24-hour mortality, and the quality of the evidence was moderate. The future studies should do further research to explore the efficacy of hypotensive resuscitation for different types of trauma.

RESUMO

Produced by bone cells and stored in the matrix.bone ceil growth factor can contribute to the regulation of bone growth.Gene regulation has its role in bone development. Many factors of this kind have been founded recently. They play their role during the bone formation and absorption processes in the way of autocrine and paracrine. The genes of core binding factor α_1(Cbfα_1)and estrogen receptor α(Erα)have been the recent years'hot factors that are related to the bone development,Gene polymorphism refers to variation on gene level which often occurs in the non-coding domain or the domain bearing no important regulatory function in gene order. This article reviewed the research status of the relation between Cbfα_1 and Erα gene polymorphism with bone development.
