RESUMO

Objective To establish the degree of gray incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from differenct producing areas of Gansu Province and conduct quality evaluation. Methods Ten samples of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from different producing areas in Gansu Province were collected and the gentiopicroside, total iridoid gycoside, extractives, total ash, acid-insoluble ash content of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith were tested. The quality evaluation of grey incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. was established by grey incidence model. Results The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation items were in the range of 0.394–0.652. Among them, the relative correlation degree of samples from 6 producint areas were greater than 0.50, which had high quality evaluation. The relative correlation degrees of the rest samples from other producing areas were less than 0.50, which had low quality evaluation. The sample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from Zhuoni County Liulin Township Observatory had the most highly correlated with the optimal reference sequence (0.652) and so the best in quality; The sample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith. from Zhang County Sancha Town Langwang Ditch had the most lowly correlated with the optimal reference sequence (0.394) and so the worst in quality. Conclusion This method and quality evaluation model can be used for the quality evaluation for Gentiana officinalis H.Smith., which can provide acertain experimental basis for the development and utilization of new resources.

RESUMO

[Objective]To provide a reference for the effects of potassium on quality formation of medicinal material. [Methods] Withpotassium, traditional Chinese medicine, growth and development, physiological characteristicsandeffective medicinal substancesas the key words, from June 2012 to March 2017 in the Pub Med, CNKI, WANFANG, VIP, the effects of potassium on the growth and development, production and quality formations, plant physiology, resistance acquirement, medicinal substances in medicinal material were systematically summarized. [Results] A total of 71 articles were retrieved, of which there were 50 valid literatures. At present, the related researches mainly focus on the relationship between potassium and growth and development, yield and quality formation, effective medicinal substances metabolism of Chinese herbs. [Conclusion] Some progresses have been made in this field. But this paper pointed out the problems in this field and put forward the directions about further research of effective medicinal substances metabolism and its mechanism, establishing multiple factor, multilevel nolinear synthesis model.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo study the physiological and biochemical changes during storage of angelica seeds with different moisture contents.

METHODThe dynamic changes of percentage and index of seeds germination, relative conductivity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, contents of soluble sugar and protein were determined at an interval of every two months.

RESULTUnder the conditions stored in sealed paper cups at 15 degrees C for 10 months, the germination percentage of angelica seeds with 2.85% of moisture content was kept above 85%. With moisture content reducing, the increase rate of relative conductivity decreased, the down trend of SOD activity and protein content were weakened, and soluble sugar content kept stable.

CONCLUSIONIn cool conditions, a modest low moisture content of seeds can be beneficial to prolong the longevity of angelica seeds, while high moisture content will accelerate the deterioration process of the seeds.
