RESUMO

As an important new Chinese medicine international culture promotion platform,Overseas Chinese Medicine Center (OCMC) should seize the opportunity of the "Belt and Road" Initiatives to be the main force and national team of transmitting Chinese medicine overseas.Through the research and practice of OCMC expanding Chinese medicine territory,the author adopted "Chinese medicine + " mind in four directions (i.e.,breaking a passage by characteristic traditional Chinese medicine treatment,developing characteristic Chinese medicine education,enhancing Chinese medicine talent localization,seeking high-level international cooperation of scientific research,and etc.) to impel OCMC spreading Chinese medicine culture to the world.

RESUMO

Based on the empirical study in Britain,this paper revealed several problems in the cross-cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM):the obstacles are still immense,the system is not complete,the tools are simple,the communication capacity is limited,and the "de-Sinofication" is obvious.The proposals are made as that,applying the concepts of communication and multi-disciplines,accomplishing the system to run as a huge systematic project,creating more means and increasing the capability of communication,conducting the cross-cultural communication training,cultivating talented people,developing domestic TCM to support the abroad TCM,operating as government-leaded projects to enhance national cultural soft power,contesting for supremacy and intellectual property rights in the worldwide TCM areas.

RESUMO

Objective To study laparoscopic microwave ablation (LWMA) in treating colorectal cancer liver metastases,and to evaluate its local efficacy and the factors influencing long-term survival.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 24 patients with hepatic metastases after radical surgery of colorectal cancerin.These patients were treated with LWMA in Wenzhou People's Hospital from April 2012 to April 2017.The complete ablation,major complication,overall survival and disease-free survival rates were determined,and the factors influencing survival were analyzed.Results 71 tumor lesions in 24 patients were treated with LWMA.After the initial LWMA,complete tumor ablation was achieved in 70 lesions (98.6%).There were no serious adverse reactions and perioperative deaths.Conclusions LWMA had good short-term and long-term results.There were no serious adverse results.LWMA is an efficacious and safe treatment for patients with CRLM.
