RESUMO

Aim To reveal the aetion mechanism of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim (TTM) in the treatment of myoeardial ischemia ( MI) by using network pharma¬cology combined with molecular docking.Methods Compounds of TTM were detected and fished out from TCMID, TCM@TAIWAN , BATMAN-TCM database, and the literature data from PubMed , CNK1, and WAN- FANGD database.PharmMapper database was used to find the targets related to compounds, and DISGeNET, GeneCards, DrugBank and OMIM databases were used to find the targets related to Ml.The predictive targets of TTM in the treatment of Ml were obtained.Cytosca- ope 3.1.2 Software and String database were used to build compound-target network and PP1 network.Gene ontology ( GO ) functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes ( KEGG ) pathway enrichment analysis were performed by utili¬zing the CludterProfiler Software package of RStudio software.The molecular docking was used for verifying the results of network analysis.Results The 10 active compounds of TTM were screened , and 13 core targets of Ml were predicted, such as ALB, EGFR, MAPK1 , CASP3,ESR1 ,etc.A total of 28 Ml-related signaling pathways were fished out.The results of molecular docking showed that the core active ingredients had good binding activity with the key targets.Conclusion TTM may play a role in the treatment of Ml through regulating multiple ingredients, multiple pathways, and multiple targets.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To research the preparation technology and dissolution of Blumea volatile oil suppository.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>In order to establish the content determination and methodology inspection method of Blumea volatile oil plug, the extraction process of Blumea volatile oil was optimized by using orthogonal test. Optimization on the investigation to the suppository matrix by melting time, appearance and dissolution was carried on. The best prescription craft was determined by determining the best molding temperature, dosage of the matrix and complementary makings. The determination method of dissolution was established by investigating different dissolution method and its impact on the preparation of dissolution.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The best conditions of steam distillation extracted Blumea volatile oil was as followed, the ratio of gardenia to liquor 1:6, 2.5% drug amount of sodium, 8 hours of extracting time. The optimum temperature for mold was 60-65 degrees C. Preparation technique of Blumea volatile oil suppository was stable, which after 45 minutes and 3 h in pH 4.5 PBS released at least 70% and 90%.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Blumea volatile oil suppository with rational prescription, simple preparation and good stability.</p>

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To assess the diagnosis and treatment of invasive lung aspergillosis after liver transplantation.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Routine sputum culture was performed. Itraconazole and fluconazole were used to prevent fungal infection prophylactically. Amphyotericin B was only used on aspergillosis. In 54 patients receiving, liver transplantation, 3 patients with lung aspergillosis were reviewed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Of the 3 patients 2 died and 1 recovered.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Over-immunosuppression is a main risk factor for aspergillosis. Amphotericin B is still the best choice for the treatment of aspergillosis and its gradual, interrupted, low concentration administration, cooperated with itraconazole can ease the side effects.</p>
