RESUMO

Objective To study the prevalent situation of the traffic illegal behaviors ,characteristics of high occurrence and its related risk factors among the residents in Yunnan during 2010 to offer the scientific basis for making the related strategy and countermeasure of road traffic injury prevention and control .Methods By adopting the multistage stratified proportion random cluster sampling method ,the permanent residents aged over 18 years old were randomly sampled from each family for conducting the survey during 2010 .Then the prevalent situation and characteristics of unsafe traffic behaviors were analyzed .Results the oc‐currence rate of unsafe traffic behaviors was 59 .09% .The helmet wearing rate was 40 .45% ,the wearing rate of safe belt in drivers was 46 .75% ;the drunk driving rate was 18 .05% ;The fatigue driving rate was 29 .06% ;the rate of driving without license was 16 .25% .The populations of having high traffic illegal behaviors were male ,ethic minorities ,unmarried people and blue‐collar work‐ers .Conclusion The unsafe traffic behaviors of Yunnan residents is still serious .

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo investigate the executive functions of the frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients.MethodsFifty-five epilepsy patients (twenty-five frontal lobe epilepsy patients and thirty temporal lobe epilepsy patients) and fifty age, gender and education matched healthy controls were evaluated by means of Mini Mental State Examination ( MMSE ).Executive function was assessed using Stroop color words test and trail making test.ResultsMMSE total score of frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients were ( 26.02 ± 0.30) and (25.82 ± 0.67 ),respectively. There was significant abnormality between epilepsy patients and the controls (P <0.05).Compared with normal control group,FLP group and TLP group took longer time and their score was lower in stroop color words test (P<0.05).There were significant difference between FLP and TLP on card B and C's reading time, correct number and strcop interference effects (P<0.05).The epilepsy patients performed significantly worse than the controls in whole trail making test (P<0.05).The scores indicate that the TLE group outperformed the FLE group on all analysis values (P < 0.05 ).ConclusionThe frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy patients have executive function deficit. The FLE group has prominent deficits in executive functioning.

RESUMO

In this studies, an anticancer peptide was isolated from the enzymatic hydrolysate of Mytilus coruscus.CCK-8 assay was used as guide in activity screening through the isolation process of membrane filtration, DEAEsepharose chromatography, Sephadex G-25 exclusive chromatography and RP-HPLC. An anticancer peptide was obtained and identified as Asp-Leu-Tyr.

RESUMO

The extracts of marine mollusks( Abalone, Aplysia, Sepia, Arcagranosa linnaeus, Cyclina sinensis, Myti-lus coruscus, Chlamys farrei, Meretrix meretrix, Ostrea, Sinonovacula constricta and Solen gradis) classified as poly-saccharides, proteins and peptides, possess the antitumor, anti-aging, and anti-bacterial activities. Cancer patients undergoing long-term chemotherapy usually suffer from the damage to vital organs, and resistances affecting the outcomes of chemotherapy. Therefore, it is imperative to search for anti-cancer drugs with low toxicity and high efficiency. At present, several marine mollusks are being studied. Summary on the antitumor activities of the marine mollusks extrats is presented, which might provide a basis for the development of marine anti-cancer drugs.
