RESUMO

The current clinical evidence and underlying mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) were summarized, so as to better optimize clinical treatment. The relevant articles of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of IBS in recent years were retrieved and summarized. We found that the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of IBS was relatively reliable. However, the mutual relationships among various mechanisms of action such as abnormal gastrointestinal motility, high visceral sensitivity, intestinal microenvironment disorders, and abnormal intestinal-brain interactions need to be further explored. The authors believe that in-depth explorations of the bidirectional regulation of "gut-brain axis", the law of changes in the abundance and diversity of intestinal flora, and the establishment of a more ideal animal model of TCM syndrome differentiation are useful ideas for subsequent research.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the application of de-correlation algorithm to laser speckle blood flow imaging technique and study the blood flow velocity. Methods The principle and algorithm were analyzed for de-correlation laser speckle blood flow imaging.A laser speckle imaging platform was established, and de-correlation laser speckle blood flow imaging algorithm was used to execute microfluidic target experiment and animal experiment.De-correlation algorithm was applied to obtaining blood flow image and velocity curve of microfluidic target.Cross-correlation curve on the original speckle images were got with cross-correlation algorithm, and the original images corresponding to the peak points were selected to undergo computation with de-correlation algorithm,so that the minute information could be augmented on the blood vessel. Results The de-correlation laser speckle blood flow imaging algorithm could be used to obtain the blood flow information and velocity information during microfluidic target experiment and the animal experiment. Conclusion The de-correlation laser speckle blood flow imaging algorithm is feasible in laser speckle imaging, and has good application prospects.

RESUMO

A transmitting and receiving system used in high frequency ultrasound imaging is introduced and has been used for image collection of 10MHz, 20MHz and 50MHz HF ultrasonic imaging equipment. Its experimental results show that this transmitting and receiving system is capable of obtaining a better quality of medical images.

RESUMO

Based on the pulse-coded transmitting and wide-band receiving system, this paper describes A research of phase inversion technique to extract high-frequency ultrasonic tissue harmonic information by making use of wide-band ultrasonic transducer on frequency of 20 MHz, 35 MHz and 50 MHz. The results indicate that adopting the method in this paper is with better fundamental frequency inhibition and at the same time can increase the amplitude of second harmonic information effectively. This method is superior to that traditoncal one by using RF filter to extract tissue harmonic information.
