RESUMO

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the appropriate X-ray angle which image can represent total proximal of femur according to the anatomic shape of the femoral neck section. Methods The anatomic parameter of the femoral neck section was observed and measured. Found the femoral neck was contained with three main surfaces of anterior surface, posterosuperior surface and posteroinferior surface. A model of surface fluoroscopy has been made by covering aluminum foil papers on the three surfaces of femoral neck. Taking the midpoint of the femoral neck as the fluoroscopy center, the C-arm was rotated at an interval of 10° between 0° and 170°, and the three aluminum foil paper models were taken for X-ray projection respectively. The X-ray angle with the smallest image of aluminum foil paper was taken as the appropriate X-ray angle of the surface. A penetrating model of the femoral neck internal fixation was made of three Kirschner wires penetrating through the anterior, posterosuperior and posteroinferior surfaces of femoral neck. The images of the penetrating Kirschner wires were observed through the traditional anteroposterior, lateral view and the three appropriate X-ray angle views obtained from the above test. Results The length of the three main surfaces accounts for 80. 95% of the circumference of the femoral neck. The anterior surface coronal angle was 18°, the posterosuperior surface coronal angle was 65°, and the posteroinferior surface coronal angle was 165°. The Appropriate X-ray angle of the three surfaces were 20°, 70° and 170° respectively. In the images of the three appropriate X-ray angles, the penetrating Kirschner wires of anterior surface, posterosuperior surface and posteroinferior surface of the femoral neck could be clearly observed respectively, while the penetrating Kirschner wire could not be completely found in the traditional anteroposterior and lateral images. Conclusion Traditional anteroposterior and lateral fluoroscopy can not accurately display the three-dimensional structure of femoral neck. By increasing the appropriate X-ray angle of 20°, 70° and 170°, the reduction quality and bony violation from internal fixation implants on the anterior surface, posterosuperior surface and posteroinferior surface of the femoral neck could be observed respectively.

RESUMO

Objective: To prepare pH-sensitive drug releasing As2O3 loaded liposome (CaAs-LP) and evaluate it in vitro. Methods: CaAs-LP was prepared by thin film dispersion and ion precipitation method. The particle size, PDI, and Zeta potential of CaAs-LP were measured by Malvern particle size analyzer; The morphology of the liposome was investigated by transmission electron microscopy; The drug loading and entrapment efficiency of CaAs-LP by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum. In vitro release characteristics of CaAs-LP under different pH conditions were investigated by dialysis bag method. MTT assay was used to investigate the toxicity of carrier and CaAs-LP to MCF-7, U87 and HepG2 cells. Results: The prepared CaAs-LP were spherical and well-dispersed with particle size of (117.16 ± 1.94) nm. The encapsulation efficiency and the drug loading rate of CaAs-LP were (74.31 ± 2.11)% and (8.31 ± 0.13)%, respectively. In vitro release studies showed that CaAs-LP had the characteristics of sustained release and pH sensitive drug release, which can achieve specific drug release in the tumor environment. The carrier displayed remarkable biocompatibility in MCF-7, U87, HepG2 and L02 cells. MTT assay showed that the median lethal concentrations (IC50 values) of MCF-7, U87 and HepG2 cells were 11.91, 4.90 and 19.41 μmol/L, while L02 was 27.59 μmol/L, respectively, which showed strong inhibiting effect on tumor cells. Conclusion: CaAs-LP reveals significantly sustained and pH sensitive release characteristics. CaAs-LP is a potential drug delivery system against solid tumor with tumor micro-environment responsive.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the therapeutic effect of pre-acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) on exercise-induced fatigue.@*METHODS@#A total of 50 subjects were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, 25 cases in each one. In the observation group, acupuncture was applied at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) before exercise, once a day, consecutive 5-day treatment was required. In the control group, there was no intervention. The subjective fatigue perception score, serum levels of lactate and lactate dehydrogenase, heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after exercise were observed in the two groups.@*RESULTS@#Compared before exercise, the subjective fatigue perception scores, serum levels of lactate and lactate dehydrogenase and heart rates after exercise were increased in the two groups (0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Pre-acupuncture at Neiguan (PC 6) and Zusanli (ST 36) can effectively reduce the subjective fatigue perception score, serum levels of lactate and lactate dehydrogenase and heart rate to improve exercise-induced fatigue.

RESUMO

Chrysanthemum coronarium is an economically important plant in Asia, and used medicinally, ornamentally and as a vegetable. In April 2017, leaf spot disease on C. coronarium was observed in Shiyan, Hubei, China. A single-spore isolate was obtained and identified based on morphology and sequence analysis using four regions (rDNA ITS, GAPDH, EF-1α, and RPB2). The results indicated that the fungus is Alternaria argyranthemi. The pathogenicity tests revealed that the species could cause severe leaf spot and blight disease on the host. This is the first report of leaf spot disease on C. coronarium caused by A. argyranthemi in the world, which is also a new record of Alternaria species in China.
