RESUMO

Overactivity of the bladder (OAB) has become a serious social and public health problem. Although the study of OAB has been carried out for a long time, the occurrence mechanism is still unclear. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is an important technology to study the central nervous system functional activities. It has been applied in the OAB mechanism research, diagnosis and treatment. However, the mechanism is still unclear, and it is vulnerable to patients' basic disease and emotional state. This article review of the current research progress and application of fMRI in OAB, an overview of current research Results , and hope to provide some clues for the study of the mechanism of OAB.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the therapeutic effect of dermis-fat graft combined with Medpor implant shaped by reverse engineering technique in the correction of the progressive hemifacial atrophy.

METHODSA skull model was made by rapid prototyping and the bony deficiency model was acquired with reverse engineering technique. The Medpor implant was shaped precisely based on the deficiency model and implanted with dermis-fat graft at the same stage.

RESULTS11 cases were treated successfully without infection, necrosis and rejection. The patients were followed up for six months to one year with satisfactory cosmetic improvement. The dermis-fat graft survived without obvious absorption.

CONCLUSIONThe technique can correct both the bony and soft tissue deficiency for progressive hemifacial atrophy. It is very practical and easily performed with reliant results and less morbidity.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the changes of the concentration of Ca2+, contents of cAMP, CaM and activity of Ca2+/CaM-PK II in pheochromocytoma PC12 cells after combined soman and hypoxia injury. Methods The changes of [Ca2+], and activity of CaM, cAMP and Ca2+/CaM-PK II in PC12 cells were studied after combined soman and hypoxia injury with radioimmunoassay. Results The changes of [Ca2+], the contents of CaM, cAMP were significantly higher in hypoxic and soman intoxicated group than in soman intoxicated group and control group under hypoxia; but the activity of Ca2+/CaM-PK Ⅱ were significantly decreased. Conclusion [Ca2+], CaM, cAMP and Ca2+/CaM-PK Ⅱ exert important role in the damage of PC12 after combined soman and hypoxia injury.
