RESUMO

The individualization of cancer treatment has brought about revolution in clinical practice. In recent years, EGFR-TKI has shown good anti-tumor activity in non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR positive mutation. Compared with the first-generation EGFR-TKI, the third-generation EGFR-TKI significantly increased the effective rate, progression-free survival and overall survival of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation, especially the brain metastases. And the third-generation EGFR-TKI also showed the benefits of disease-free survival as the post-operative adjuvant therapy for operable EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. Moreover, the third-generation EGFR-TKI in combination with radiotherapy showed obvious advantages in the treatment of locally advanced and advanced oligometastatic EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective To observe the evaluation of multi‐tumor marker protein chip in breast cancer with neoadjuvant chemo‐therapy ,and to find high saitivity tumor makers ,then evaluate the clinical significance .Methods Forty health examination persons (control group) and sixty‐four breast cancer patients(experimental group) were accepted with multi‐tumor marker protein chip in‐spection ,then we evaluated the markers of diagnosis .The experimental group patients were accepted four cycles preoperative chem‐otherapy with TAC plan ,and tested multi‐tumor marker protein chip three weeks after therapy .Then we evaluated the clinical sig‐nificance of the markers above‐mentioned .Results The positive rate of CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT was 32% ,27% ,21% and 19% in the experimental group ,it indicated significant change compared with the control group (P<0 .05) .And it indicated signifi‐cant reducing change of CA153 ,CA125 and CEA in the experimental group (P<0 .05) after therapy .The sensitivity would be in‐creased when the four markers were tested combined .Conclusion CA153 ,CA125 ,CEA and FT could be used as assistance diagno‐sis index ;CA153 ,CA125and CEA could keep consistence to the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and have clinical value .

Objective To discuss the influence of blood exchange transfusions on hemato- microenvironment of neonates with hyperbilirubinemian.Methods Blood exchange transfusion was performed in 35 neonates.Mean transfusion volume was (136.9±27.4) ml/kg.The speed of blood exchange transfusion was 92 ml/(kg·h).Blood bilirubin,blood electrolyte,blood routine and blood sugar levels were measured before,during and after the transfusion.Results Serum total bilirubin (TB) decreased by 53.78% after blood exchange,but there was no change in Na~+,Cl~-,and blood sugar (P>0.05),and K~+ was remarkably decreased from (4.45±2.40)mmol/L to (3.87±0.52)mmol/L (t=21.979,P<0.05).TB,Hb,PLT,WBC,Ca~(2+) were decreased[TB from(511.52±80.21) μmol/L to (236.41±66.54) μmol/L;Hb from (145.20±11.70) g/L to (128.66±2.54) g/L;PLT from (207.84±70.67)×10~9/L to (134.86±48.61)×10~9/L;WBC from (16.90±10.56)×10~9/L to (8.94±7.44)×10~9/L,and Ca~(2+) from (1.26±0.32) mmol/L to (0.99±0.22) mmol/L,P<0.05 or <0.01].Conclusions Blood exchange transfusion can not influence Na~+,Cl~-,and blood sugar,but has remarkable effect on total bilirubin,Ca~(2+),Hb,K~+,PLT,and WBC.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the morphological damages of hyperbilirubinemia on rat central nervous system, and evaluate the therapeutic effects of different routes of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) administration. Methods Totally 90 Wistar rats were inflicted to hyperbilirubinemia models and then divided randomly into 3 groups:untreated group (BG),treated-1 group (T_ 1 G), treated-2 group (T_ 2 G), and another 30 rats served as control group (CG). bFGF injection were given at 30 min, 1, 3, 5 and 7 d by abdominal cavity (T_ 1 G,) and cranial cavity (T_ 2 G). GAP-43 expression levels and the micro-morphological features were observed with immunohistochemical assay and transmission electron microscopy respectively at 2 nd, 8 st, 28 st and 60 st day. Results ①Hyperbilirubinemia rat model was verified by gross and microscopic observation, bilirubin concentrations in the plasma and brain.②Compared to CG, the expression level of GAP-43 was significantly up-regulated in BG, T_ 1 G and T_ 2 G, especially in the later 2 groups (P
