RESUMO

The author tried to trace incidence and seasonal prevalence of mites [human scabies, sheep mange and dusting mites]. This paper summarizes the correlation between the different species of mites and the climatic condition was carried out in Egypt. The present study showed that the three types of mites occur all over the year. Human scabies have three peaks: the first in May, the second in August and the third in November, but the sheep mange increasing in number during winter forming a peak in January. Finally the dust mites prevalence showed three peaks: The first in March followed by the second in May and the third in August. It was clear that mites effected greatly by climatic condition [temperature and relative humidity]
