RESUMO

To construct an intelligent appointment register platform for clinical examination in large-scale hospitals can improve the utilization efficiency of medical resources and shorten the waiting period of patients for examination. In this study, a knowledge base of medical examination information was built through the investigation of general hospital, and all examination systems and items were integrated into the appointment register platform, so that all examinations were appointed based on the principle of completing all tests in the shortest time, thus building a unified intelligent appointment register platform for the hospital. From that, the average appointment register procedure of examinations has been shorten after launching the intelligent platform, labor costs of appointment register center and inpatient legwork have been saved, all examinations of inpatients can be finished in 48 hours, and patient satisfaction has been improved obviously.

RESUMO

Objective To construct the evaluation index system of medical education for clinical departments in grade-three hospitals. Methods Questionnaire were answered by the clinical experts, medical education directors and VP for education in the grade-three hospitals.According to the principle of Delphi method, the survey included the basic situation of experts, the relative importance of each index and the degree of expert authority.SPSS 16.0 was used to analyze the data. Results The questionnaire recovery rate was 90%,with authority of the average value 0.88,and coordination coefficient 0.348.The coordination coefficient was tested by chi square test,P=0.000.Five first level indexes by the authoritative coefficient after correction (residency training, postgraduate education, academic education, continuing medical education, teaching for refresher doctors) of the weighted value (%) were 22、22、22、19 and 15 respectively. Conclusion The experts in this study represent strong and high enthusiasm and authority. After practical application, the index system is supposed to have practical application value.

RESUMO

In the evaluation of medical postgraduate scholarship, objective method is adopted to evaluate subjective indicators. According to the specific practices for experts and the views of students to establish a set of subjective and objective indicators combined with the evaluation index system, objective indicators including research ability, academic achievement, various school activities, subjective indicators such as ethics, communication and coordination ability, innovation ability etc. To evaluate the subjective index according to the analysis, the inherent requirements of subjective index application case scenario simulation and peer evaluation and other objective methods, we aim to eliminate the scholarship evaluation process of subjective indicators "passing" or "useless" phenomenon, more fair and equitable selection of truly outstanding students.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the curative effects of microsurgical clearance for supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 30 cases of supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 was carried out. According to the head CT images, the position of incision was determined. Under orotracheal intubation general anesthesia, a bone flap craniotomy was performed. A cortex fistula 2-3 cm in length was made. Then by using an automatic retraction device, the hematoma was revealed from the shallower to the deeper, and microscopic clearance of hematoma was completed. Results All the 30 cases of operation were successful. Re-examination of head CT scans on the first postoperative day showed hematoma was completely removed in 14 cases, was 90%cleared in 11 cases, and 80%in 5 cases. Four patients died within 4 weeks after operation (13.3%):2 patients died of cerebral hernia caused by brainstem function failure, 1 patient died of lung infection, and 1 patient died of multiple organ failure. The postoperative survival rate was 86.7%.The ADL grade assessment 3 months after operation showed gradeⅠin 7 cases, grade Ⅱin 9 cases, grade Ⅲin 6 cases, grade Ⅳ in 3 cases, and grade Ⅴin 1 case. Conclusion Microscopic hematoma clearance and open haemostatic intervention has advantages of little brain tissue damage, good haemostatic results, and satisfactory efficacy.
