RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application effects of wh ole process intelligent dispensing mode in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital ,and to provide reference for the intelligent construction of pharmacy department. METHODS :Combined with the working situation of inpatient pharmacy in our hospital ,the application of automated drug unit-dose dispensing machine (ADDM),intelligent tablet dispensing table (ITDT),medication detection machine (MDM)were introduced. The improvement of work efficiency and the error rate were compared with before and after the implementation of intelligent dispensing mode. The satisfaction survey of intelligent mode was carried out. RESULTS :Under the dispensing linkage mode of ADDM+ITDT+MDM , the time of oral drug dispensing was shortened by about 1.5 h per person ;pharmacists reduced by 2 persons;with the help of ADDM image database and image printing technology of drug bag ,the visual inspection method and the efficiency of drug check could be improved ;the introduction of ITDT standardized the management of dismounted drug ,and the work efficiency of dispensing dismounted drug by ITDT (daily dispensing back-up time as index )were improved 23.29%-38.93%,compared with manual dispensing. The introduction of MDM improved the efficiency of intelligent check ,all drug information could be traced , and the work efficiency [daily (total)check time as index] were 65.64%-74.78% higher than that of manual check ;the error rate of three machine dispensing linkage mode was 70.32% lower than that of ADDM+manual check and dispensing mode ,52.44% lower than that of ADDM+MDM linkage mode ,and the overall satisfaction of nu rsing staff was 97.97%. RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate ( MgIG) in the treatment of patients with liver damage after closed abdominal trauma. Methods:Totally 84 cases of patients with closed abdominal trauma were randomly divided into the observation group (n=42) and the control group (n=42) according to the random number table. The control group was given the conventional treatment, while the observation group was treated with MgIG additionally. The treatment course was 14d. The clinical efficacy and the level changes of albumin, prealbumin, TBiL, AST and ALT before and after the treatment in the two groups were stud-ied and compared, and the adverse reactions during the treatment course were also compared between the groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (90. 48%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(69. 05%, P<0. 05). After the treatment, the plasma albumin and prealbumin levels in both groups were significantly increased (P<0. 05), and those in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The serum TBiL, AST and ALT levels in both groups were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0. 05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment course in both groups. Conclusion:MgIG in the treatment of liver damage after closed abdominal trauma shows notable effect, which can improve liver function obviously with high safety and reliability.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND:Culture condition,isolation method and efficiency are different in reported human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells,which lack of unified identification standards.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a high-efficiency and economical culture system for human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem calls(hUCMSCs).OBJECTIVE:To isolate hUCMSCs and induced differentiate into adipocytes and osteblasts.METHODS:The hUCMSCs were isolated form human umbilical cord by tissue adherence and digested with collagenase.The morphology,proliferation and immunophenotype of the 3rd passage cells were analyzed,and then cells were induced to osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation in vitro.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The hUCMSCs isolated from human umbilical cord by tissue adherence and digested with collagenase could be cultured and proliferated in vitro.Flow cytometry analysis revealed that the hUCMSCs were positive for CD29 CD44,CD59,CD105,but were negative for CD40,CD86 and HLA-DR.These calls could be induced to differentiate into adipocytes and osteblasts under proper inducing conditions.The hUCMSCs retained the appearance and phenotype even after being expanded more than 40 passages in vitro.This confirmed that the existence of MSCs in human umbilical cord and they had the capacity of differentiating into adipocytes and osteblasts.
