RESUMO

The aim of the study was to look for the chemical constituents of the herb of Lysimachia foenum-graecum. The herb of Lysimachia foenum-graecum was extracted with 70% EtOH. The isolation and purification was performed with a combination of multi-column chromatography and the structure was determined by spectral analysis. The flavonoid compound was obtained and elucidated as kaempferol-7-O(4"-(E)-p-coumaroyl-)-alpha-L-rhmanopyranosyl)-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->4)-alpha-L-rhmanopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. It is a new flavonoid compound.

RESUMO

@#ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Jiuqiang Naoliqing (JNQ) on the behavior of Kunming mice.MethodsSpontaneous movement, Morris Water Maze, Rotarod, anti caffeine test, sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium, subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium, and anti pentylene tetrazol test were adopted to evaluate the behavioral changes. ResultsCompared with the control group, the low dose of JNQ can increase spontaneous movement of the mice, the middle and high dose of JNQ can increase time on the rotating rods. JNQ can also increase sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium test and percent of falling asleep in subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium test, as well as antagonize caffeine's effect on mice. ConclusionJNQ can also do sedative and hypnotic effect on Kunming mice as well as improve their ability of balance and coordination.

@#ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Jiuqiang Naoliqing(JNQ) on the TXA2 and PGI2 level in spontaneous hypertension rat (SHR) plasma.MethodsThe plasma was separated after the SHR and Wistar rats were treated with JNQ at the dose of 0.133g/kg,0.265g/kg,0.530g/kg and 1% carboxymethyl cellulose respectively for 5 weeks. The level of TXB2 and 6 keto PGF1α ,stable metabolin of TXA2 and PGI 2,in SHR plasma was tested by radioimmunoassay.ResultsThe level of TXB2 and the ratio of TXB2/6 keto PGF1α (T/P) in SHR plasma increased significantly(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the concentration of 6 keto PGF1α between Wistar rats and SHR plasma(P>0.05). JNQ could increase the generation of 6 keto PGF1α and decrease the level of TXB2 and T/P in SHR plasma after treated with different dosages for 5 weeks.ConclusionJNQ may improve the balance between TXA2 and PGI2 in SHR plasma.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate various activities of dissolved matter of glycyrrhizic acid of Radix Glycyrrhizae and the powder by supermicro-pulverization.</p><p><b>METHOD</b>The contents of glycyrrhizic acid in different samples were tested.</p><p><b>RESULT</b>The dissolved matter of glycyrrhizic acid was greatly increased by supermicro-pulverization. The more time used for grinding, the smaller the size of the powder, and the easier the glycyrrhizic acid would be dissolved.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Supermicro-pulverization is helpful to the dissolved matter of glycyrrhizic acid of Radix Glycyrrhizae, and the size of powder exerts great influence on dissolved matter of glycyrrhizic acid.</p>
