RESUMO
Purpurolides D-F (1-3), three new polyoxygenated bergamotanes bearing a 6/4/5/5 tetracyclic ring system, were isolated from the endophytic fungus Penicillium purpurogenum IMM 003. Their structures were unambiguously elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analyses, C NMR chemical shifts calculations coupled with the DP4+ probability method, and the calculated and experimental electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compounds 1-3 showed significant inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase (PL). The result highlights that the presence of 3-hydroxylated decanoic acid moiety at C-14 is important for increasing the inhibition potency against PL.
RESUMO
Objective:This study compares the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) appearance of two types of breast tissue markers to investigate the appropriate clinical application of the markers. Methods:Breast MRI of 69 patients (78 masses) with breast tissue markers had been placed were analyzed retrospectively from November 2015 to August 2018 in our hospital. The sizes and shapes of breast tissue markers were assessed in axial fat-suppressed T2-weighted images, T1-weighted images and contrast-enhanced T1-weighed images. Results:The length of the coil nickel-free stainless steel markers were greater than ribbon titanium markers, with statistical difference in fat-suppressed T2-weighted images ( P=0.039). In contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images, all coil nickel-free stainless steel markers showed >6 mm diameter and round shape, and ribbon titanium markers showed >6 mm diameter ( n=20) or ≤6 mm diameter ( n=8), and round ( n=20), dot ( n=7) or band ( n=1) shapes. The categories of sizes and shapes in two types of breast tissue markers both had statistical significance ( P<0.001, P<0.001). Conclusions:Small breast lesions with breast tissue markers are not suitable for MRI evaluation. The artifact of ribbon titanium markers is smaller than coil nickel-free stainless steel markers, so they have less impact for lesions. The choice of the breast tissue markers and image evaluation methods should depend on the different clinical conditions.
RESUMO
@#【Objective】 To explore the differences of clinical medicine ,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and pathology in multifocal and multicentric breast cancer(MMBC)and unifocal breast cancer(UBC). 【Methods】 In this retrospective analysis,55 MMBC and 68 UBC patients with pathology confirmed from April 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled, and the characteristics and difference of routine pathological types, molecular subtypes and MR enhancement types were compared. The relationships between MMBC ,UBC and the methods of clinical treatment were studied by correspondence analysis(CA).【Results】Significant difference was observed between routine pathological types of MMBC and UBC(P < 0.001). The high grade invasive ductal carcinoma was more frequent in maximal lesions of MMBC than in UBC lesions, whereas there was no statistical correlation between molecular subtypes, molecular subtypes and MR enhancement types(P = 0.265,P = 0.152). However, there was statistical difference in masses enhancement(P = 0.013). CA showed that the molecular subtypes of MMBC and UBC were the key factors for clinical treatment. In addition ,HER- 2(+)and Luminal B type breast cancer showed high correlation with treatment method, while triple-negative showed low correlation with treatment method.【Conclusions】The pathology types of the maximal lesions of MMBC were less aggressive than UBC lesions. There was significant correlation between clinical treatment and molecular subtypes of MMBC and UBC. Therefore, individualized treatments are recommended on the basis of biological characteristics in both MMBC and UBC.
RESUMO
Dihydrochelerythrine was isolated from the ethanol extract of Corydalis yanhusuo by chromatographic and recrystallization techniques. To our knowledge, this is the first report that dihydrochelerythrine was found to be unstable. The NMR, HPLC, and LC-MS were applied to monitor the structural conversion process of dihydrochelerythrine. The results showed that when dissolved in polar deuteration solvent (e.g., DMSO-₆ & MeOD), dihydrochelerythrine is directly converted to chelerythrine gradually. However, if used non-polar reagent (e.g.,CD₂Cl₂), the sample of dihydrochelerythrine undergoes the formation of pseudobase, chelerythrine, and bimolecular ether then followed by oxidation to oxychelerythrine as the major final product. Which leads to this phenomenon maybe is that the C-6 in dihydrochelerythrine is highly reactive to nucleophiles, and is easily converted to different derivatives in different solvents attributed to the solvent effect. This finding will contribute to the extraction and isolation, bioactivity screening, and quality evaluation of medicinal materials containing dihydrochelerythrine and other similar derivatives.
