RESUMO

Objective Investigate the effect of valsartan combined with statins on coronary heart disease and its effect on BNP and CRP.Methods 92cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected, which were treated in hospital from March 2015to March 2017, and were divided into the study group (46cases) and control group (46cases) .The patients of all two groups were treated with conventional treatment. The patients of control group were treated with valsartan (40mg/d, oral;if no hypotension after 3days of treatment, the dose increased to 80mg/d) , and on the basis of control group, the patients of study group were treated with atorvastatin calcium capsules (20mg/d, in 0.5hafter dinner) .The patients of two groups were all treated for 6months in a row.Compare the adverse reactions and changes of the levels of blood lipids, coronary plaques, BNP, CRP and LVEF of two groups. Results After the appropriate treatment, the TG, TC, LDL-C levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the HDL-C, LVEF levels of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the lipid plaque, fibrous plaque, calcified plaque, mixed plaque levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);The BNP, CRP levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);There were acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart failure and other adverse events occurred in both two groups, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion Valsartan combined with statins in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can improve blood lipid levels, reduce coronal plaque area, inhibit inflammatory response, which makes it worthy of clinical promotion.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo study the pollen germination in vitro and pollen tube growth of Scutellaria baicalensis.

METHODTwo years-old S. baicalensis that in the experiment field of Shangluo university were used as the materials. The effects of culture medium, sucrose, PEG, pH value, culture time and temperature on the pollen germination and tube growth of S. baicalensis were investigated using the method of liquid culture.

RESULT AND CONCLUSIONThe results showed that 100 g x L(-1) sucrose was helpful for the germination and growth of pollens. However, higher concentration of sucrose would inhibit strongly pollen germination and the growth of pollen tubes. PEG could accelerate pollen germination and tube growth, and the optimal concentration was 150 g x L(-1). The optimum culture medium was BK and BK + 10% sucrose + 150 g x L(-1) PEG (pH 5.8) , and the latter was more benefit for pollen germination and tube growth. The pollen of germination was better at 25-35 degrees C, and it was the best at 30 degrees C for 2-3 hours, while pollen tube growth was slower at 25 degrees C.

RESUMO

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of 38 cases of cardiac surgery with full sternotomy through minimal skin incision. Methods A total of 38 cases of selective cardiac surgery were performed from June 2004 to December 2005.The operation was conducted under full sternotomy through a skin mini-incision.Results The operation was successfully completed in all the 38 cases. The total operation time was 175~359 min(mean,84 min),the drainage volume was 110~760 ml(median,380 ml),and the postoperatine hospital stay,7~32 d(mean,10 d).Postoperative short-term complications included 1 case of arrhythmia and 2 cases of pyrexia, all of which were cured. No thoracotomy for hemostasis was required. The incision healed by first intention without infection or separation.Follow-up examinations for 3~18 months(mean,9 months) in 38 cases showed significat improrement of symptoms. The left ventricular ejection fraction after operation was 0.45~0.73(mean,0.62).Conclusions Full sternotomy through minimal skin incision for cardiac surgery is safe and micro-traumatic.This procedure provides advantages of simplicity of performance,no need of special surgical instruments, and good cosmetic outcomes.
