RESUMO

Objective:To explore the application value of the suction-flushing electric coagulation in surgery of the traumatic splenic rupture. Methods:The clinical data of 31 patients with traumatic splenic rupture in the Affiliated Huai′an No.1 People′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2013 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with suction-flushing electric coagulation. Results:The intraoperative hemorrhage was 100 to 1 200 (551 ± 90) ml, the operative time was 60 to 210 (113 ± 36) min, and the postoperative fluid drainage volume was 120 to 650 (367 ± 66) ml. All patients recovered successfully after surgery, electrocoagulation hemostasis was performed in 5 patients with splenic rupture, 25 patients with total splenectomy, and spleen preserving surgery in 1 patient with spleen preserving surgery after pancreatic body transection. There were no splenic infarction, splenic infection and portal vein thrombosis after 1 to 6 months′ follow-up.Conclusions:Suction-flushing electric coagulation is convenient and effective in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the correlations of pro-angiogenic miRNAs with risk and severity in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods After angiographic documentation, 10 patients with CAD and 10 healthy controls (HCs) were enrolled for screening the differently expressed microRNAs (DEMs) (exploration stage). Blood samples of 142 patients with CAD and 140 age- and gender-matched HCs with the same eligibility were collected (validation stage). And the plasma levels of DEMs were measured by real-time qPCR. Results In the exploration stage, miR-19a, miR-92a, miR-126, miR-130a, miR-210, miR-296, and miR-378 expression levels were higher, but miR-221 expression was lower in patients with CAD than in HCs. In the validation stage, plasma expression levels of miR-126, miR-130a, miR-210, and miR-378 were decreased in patients with CAD. Multivariate logistic regression revealed that miR-19a, miR-126, miR-130a, miR-210, and miR-378 were independent protective factors for CAD. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis displayed that testing of a combination of miR-19a, miR-126, miR-130a, miR-210, and miR-378 was of good value in predicting the risk of CAD, with an AUC of 0. 768. Additionally, miR-126 and miR-210 were negatively associated with Gensini scores. Conclusion miR-126, miR-130a, miR-210, and miR-378 could serve as promising biomarkers for predicting the risk and severity of CAD.

RESUMO

) was updated in 2014 on the basis of the version 2011. Inof the updated version, the evidence quality grade and GRADE were adopted for the evidence evaluation and recommendation grading in methodology, and the clinical feasibility was stressed. In text, the recognition of modern medicine was updated, the sta-ging treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion was emphasized, the inclusive articles were expanded and the important indexes of efficacy evaluation were increased and highlighted. The paper aims to provide the instruction for the application ofof the version 2014.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo study the role of hepatic arteriography before precise hepatectomy in primary liver cancer,Methods207 patients with primary liver cancers resected from 2005 to 2010 at Air Force General Hospital of Chinese PLA were studied retrospectively. There were 81 patients who received routine hepatectomy and 126 who received precise hepatectomy with hepatic arteriography before surgery.ResultsAnalysis showed that precise hepatectomy was superior to routine hepatectomy for lesions less than 1.0 cm (81.48% vs 18.18%),with less operative time (168.20±35.81 min vs 221.75±30.33 min),volume of resection, blood loss (168.20±35.81 min vs 221.75±30.33 min),transfusion rate (256.13±185.24 ml vs 436.97±590.12 ml),and hospital stay (20.53± 12.41 d vs 25.72±17.27 d),(all P<0.05).Hepatic arteriography did not affect liver function before precise hepatectomy.ConclusionsHepatic arteriography was significantly better in showing blood vessels of the primary liver cancer, and in detecting liver metastases or satellite lesions of less than 1.0 cm before surgery.

RESUMO

Objective To detect the expression of CK19 in sentinel lymph node for breast cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods SLNs of 30 patients with breast cancer were successfully detected with methylene blue, both SLN and ALN were examined by hematoxylin and eosin staining ( HK staining). The expression level of CK19 in SLNs were assessed by RT-PCR and Western Blot for mRNA and Protein respectively. Results Detection positive rate of SLN melastases was 26. 67% (8/30) by HE staining, and 1 case of false negative. Through RT-PCR,12 cases, including all the positive cases detected by routine pathological examination, were detected to be positive in the expression of CK19mRNA, with a positive rate of 40. 0% ( 12/30) , and a positive rate of 36. 67% (11/30) for CK19 was observed by Western Blot There was a significant difference between RT-PCR or Western Blot methods and routine pathological examination ( P < 0.05 ) for the detection efficiency of SI.Ns melastases. Conclusions CK19rnRNA may be a potential tumor marker for detecting micrometastasis in SLNs of breast cancer. The combined utilization of locating SLNs and detecting CK19 mRNA expression by RT-PCR instead of histopathological examination can greatly enhance the detection efficiency of SLN micrometastasis of breast cancer.

RESUMO

Objective To study the cell-cycle specificity of tamoxifen-induced apoptosis in the ER(+) breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods ER(+) MCF-7 cell line (in vitro) and primary cultured ER(+) breast cancer cells (in vivo) were treated with tamoxifen, and the cell cycle specificity of cell apoptosis and the apoptotic rate were dertermined by flow cytometry. Results Both MCF-7 and primary cultured breast cancer cells were induced to apoptosis with G 0/G 1 phase specificity by tamoxifen. And the apoptotic rate in MCF-7 was higher than that in primary cultured breast cancer cells. Conclusion Tamoxifen could induced G 0/G 1 phase specific apoptosis in the ER(+) breast cnacer cells, and tamoxifen-induced apoptotic rate was higher in vitro than in vivo.
