RESUMO
El proceso de atención de enfermería es la aplicación del método científico en la práctica asistencial de la disciplina, de modo que se pueda ofrecer cuidados sistematizados, lógicos y racionales. El artículo que presentamos tiene como objetivo describir un sistema de acciones y operaciones para desarrollar la habilidad diagnosticar en el proceso de atención de enfermería y ser aplicado en la docencia de manera que contribuya en la calidad del egresado. A partir del análisis del perfil profesional y del grado de desarrollo científico-técnico alcanzado y su relación con la identificación de los problemas que constituyen la base del plan de cuidados en el proceso de atención de enfermería se estructuran las acciones y operaciones con una secuencia lógica para llegar al diagnóstico.
The process of nursing primary health care is the application of the scientific method in the assistencial practice of this discipline in such a way that it can offer systematic, logical and rational care. The present article has the objective to describe a system of actions and procedures to develop the ability of diagnosing in the process of nursery primary health care and be applied in teaching to favour the increasement of the egressed quality. Actions and procedures have been structured with a logical secuence to reach the diagnosing, starting with the analysis of the professional profile, the level of scientific and technical development reached and its relation with the identification of problems that constitute the base of the patient plan of care in the process of nursery primary health care.
RESUMO
El artículo describe aspectos significativos de la conformación histórica del método clínico y hace referencia a personalidades que influyeron desde la medicina hipocrática hasta el siglo XX, detallándose los valores éticos y morales que lo caracterizaban y sus desafíos ante la sociedad. Se significa la necesidad de una reforma de pensamiento de los profesionales de la Medicina, que permita abrir nuevas perspectivas y contribuya a la reflexión siendo revertido en una conducta humanista y atención médica con calidad, con la respectiva satisfacción de la población tal como se pide en los lineamientos del Partido.
The article describes significant aspects of the historical formation of the clinical method and refers to personalities that influenced since The Hippocratic Medicine until the 20th Century, making emphasis on the ethical and moral values that characterized it and its challenges before the society. The need for a reform of the medical professionals thinking is meant, which allows to open new perspectives and contributes to the reflection being reversed in a humanist behaviour and a qualified medical care, with the respective satisfaction of the population as requested in the guidelines of the party.
RESUMO
Se presentan los resultados de una investigación de intervención educativa desarrollada entre septiembre del 2010 y septiembre de 2011 en el área urbana del policlínico Mario Muñoz Monroy, Vertientes, Camagüey, con el objetivo de desarrollar una intervención educativa para fortalecer la resiliencia de madres adolescentes, en el policlínico Vertientes. Se aplicó una encuesta a madres adolescentes, que consideraban su maternidad como algo estresante, para determinar los factores que influían en esta percepción. Se realizaron sesiones de trabajo por encuentros para facilitarles herramientas que contribuyeran al fortalecimiento de la resiliencia ante este evento de la vida.
This work reflects the results of an educative intervention research, developed from September/2010 to September/2011, in the urban area that belongs to Mario Muñoz polyclinic in Vertientes, Camagüey. The objective was to strengthen the resilience of adolescent mothers in Vertientes polyclinic. Several adolescent mothers, that considered their pregnancy something stressing, were polled in order to determine the factors that were causing this perception on them. Various meetings and working sessions took place to strengthen their resilience during this important period of their lives, pregnancy.
