RESUMO

【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between the titer of anti-A or anti-B antibodies before and after the absorption of IgG anti-AB antibodies in the serum of type O mothers with ABO hemolytic disease of fetus and newborn (ABO-HDFN) and the total bilirubin in the serum of the children. 【Methods】 Serum samples from 119 children diagnosed with ABO-HDFN and their mothers sent to the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center from January to December 2020 were selected, and clinical data of the children were collected. Three hemolysis tests and serum total bilirubin (TBIL) determination were conducted on the children. IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody titers were tested before and after the mother′s serum absorbed IgG anti-AB antibodies. Statistical analysis was conducted on the IgG antibody titers and the TBIL results of the children. The differences in TBIL results corresponding to different IgG antibody titers were compared. The Spearman test was used to analyze the correlation between the IgG anti-A or -B antibody titers and TBIL results before and after the absorption of IgG anti-AB antibodies. 【Results】 There were differences in the TBIL results corresponding to IgG anti-A or anti-B titers at different levels in the serum of type O mothers after absorption by IgG anti-AB antibodies (F=8.401, 19.622, P0.05). The IgG anti-A or anti-B titers of maternal serum absorbed by IgG anti-AB antibodies were positively correlated with neonatal TBIL results (r=0.487, 0.629, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 There is a positive correlation between the titer of IgG anti-A or anti-B antibodies in the serum of type O mothers after absorbing IgG anti-AB antibodies and the TBIL results of ABO-HDFN children. The trend of increased total bilirubin in newborn serum ban be accurately predicted by detecting the titer level of IgG anti-A or anti-B antibodies in the serum of mothers after absorbing IgG anti-AB antibodies.

RESUMO

HER3 belongs to the human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER) family which also includes HER1/EGFR/erbB1, HER2/erbB2, and HER4/erbB4. As a unique member of the HER family, HER3 lacks or has little intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity. It frequently co-expresses and forms heterodimers with other receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) in cancer cells to activate oncogenic signaling, especially the PI-3K/Akt pathway and Src kinase. Elevated expression of HER3 has been observed in a wide variety of human cancers and associates with a worse survival in cancer patients with solid tumors. Studies on the underlying mechanism implicate HER3 expression as a major cause of treatment failure in cancer therapy. Activation of HER3 signaling has also been shown to promote cancer metastasis. These data strongly support the notion that therapeutic inactivation of HER3 and/or its downstream signaling is required to overcome treatment resistance and improve the outcomes of cancer patients.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of patients withclinical features of patients with neuromyelytis opica and spectrum of neuromyelytis opica(NMOSD) and neuromyelitis optica (NMO).Methods With a retrospective study,From February 2013 to September 2016,a total of 72 NMO patients in Navy General Hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected as the NMO the NMO group and the other 72 patients of NMOSD patients were selected as the NMOSD group. The results of two groups of patients with general demographic data, ocular symptoms, spinal cord and brain MRI,influence NMO-IgG were recorded. Results There were no significant differences in gender and age compared between the two groups (P > 0.05).The clinical characteristics, frequency and duration in the NMOSD group compared to the NMO group were significantly different (P < 0.05).In the NMOSD group, there were 8 patients who were decreased vision,4 patients were visual field defect,3 patients were discoloration,5 patients were diplopia. While in the NMO group,32 patients were decreased visual acuity,14 patients were visual field defect,12 patients were color vision,21 patients were diplopia. There were statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).In the NMOSD group, there were 8 patients were MRI of the spinal cord were normal,64 patients were abnormal and 32 patients of brain lesions in the head MRI.In the NMO group,MRI of the spinal cord were all abnormal, and there were 28 patients were brain lesions in the head MRI.The serum positive rate of NMO group was 41.7%,and the serum positive rate of NMOSD group was 59.7%.The sensitivity of AQP4-Ab antibody to NMO was 44.4%,the specificity was 75%,the sensitivity of AQP4-Ab was 61.1%,and the specificity of NMOSD was 75%.Conclusion The NMOSD is more with female patients, the first symptom is more with the spinal cord that the gray matter involvement in the spinal cord, and the performance of complex,NMO-IgG antibody can be used as a support for NMOSD diagnosis.
