Visual analysis of literature on intestinal flora and bone metabolism by Citespace / 西安交通大学学报(医学版)

【Objective】 To analyze the literature on the relationship between gut microbiota and bone metabolism, identify the current research hotspots and difficulties, and provide research ideas and directions for the clinical prevention and treatment of bone metabolism related diseases. 【Methods】 Based on the Citespace literature visualization analysis software, the co-occurrence and cluster analysis of keywords and other information of the included 394 literatures were performed, and the visual map was drawn. 【Results】 Among the included literatures, the keywords such as inflammatory bowel disease, T cells, dendritic cells, short-chain fatty acids, and chronic kidney disease appeared with high frequency. The cluster of intestinal alkaline phosphatase, metabolic osteoarthritis, dendritic cells, and signaling pathway was the current research hotspot. Recent years have witnessed a rapid increase in published articles in this field, with the United States as the leading origin. 【Conclusion】 The mechanism by which gut microbiota interferes with the immune system and regulates bone metabolism to maintain bone homeostasis is still the core of current research.

Evaluación del soporte social: análisis de literatura en la base de datos ebsco, Búsqueda académica entre 2001 y 2011 / Evaluation of social support: analysis of the literature in the database ebsco, Academic Search between 2001 to 2011

Este estudio analizó la literatura existente sobre soporte social en la base de datos ebsco, Academic Search de 2001 a 2011. Para alcanzar ese objetivo se hizo una búsqueda por los artículos que presentaran las palabras social support y scale en el resumen. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 107 registros. Se verificó que existieran oscilaciones en la cantidad de estudios a lo largo de los años. Las revistas que más publicaron fueron Aging & Mental Health y Quality of Life Research. En cuanto al país de actuación profesional del primer autor, predominaron Estados Unidos e Inglaterra. Fueron utilizados 34 instrumentos diferentes para la evaluación del soporte social. También se observó una escasez de información referente a las cualidades psicométricas en las descripciones de los instrumentos.

This study aimed to analyze the literature on social support in the database EBsco-Academic Search between 2001 and 2011. It was based on a search for items that had the words "social support" and "scale" in the abstract. The sample consisted of 107 studies. It was verified in the results that there were fluctuations in the number of studies over the years. Aging & Mental Health and Quality of Life Research were the journals which published the most. On the country of residence of the first author, the countries that dominated were United States and England. 34 different instruments were used to assess social support. We also observed a lack of information concerning the psychometric qualities in the instruments descriptions.

Allergic Shock Induced by Mailuoning Injection: Analysis of 31 Cases / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the general regularity and characteristics of allergic shock which was caused by Mailuoning injection so as to prevent its recurrence and promote the rational use of drugs. METHODS: ADR reports about anaphylactic shock induced by Mailuoning injection which were publicly published in medical journals in China during 1994 Jan～2009 June were retrieved and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: A total of 31 cases of anaphylactic shock induced by Mailuoning injection included 1 death case, of which 21 cases were in males and 10 in females. Anaphylactic shock mostly occurred within 10 min after administration with a total of 25 cases. 25 cases occurred among patients aged above 40 years accounted for 83.87% in total. CONCLUSION: There are many correlated factors that allergic shock is induced by Mailuoning injection with serious consequence. So doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to it.

Analysis of 65 Cases of Ciprofloxacin Lactate-induced Adverse Reactions / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of ARDs induced by ciprofloxacin lactate.METHODS:Using philometric method,65 cases developing drug adverse reactions to ciprofloxacin lactate,reported in domestic journals during the past 2 years,were analysed.RESULTS:Of the ARDs in 65 cases,40 were allergic reactions(61.5%),13 reactions of nervous system(12.3%),3 kidney function damage(4.6%),1 liver function damage,1 cardiovascular reaction(1.5%) and 6 reactions of urinary system.CONCLUSION:The ARDs should be under consideration in choice of ciprofloxalin lactate.

Analysis of ARDs Induced by PPA-containing Drugs in 120 Cases / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of ARDs induced by PPA-containing drugs in 120 cases METHODS:Using literature metrological method,120 cases of ARDs induced by PPA-containing drugs,reported in China in recent 9 years,were analysed RESULTS:Of 120 cases,66 had cardiovascular reactions(55 6%),13 had reactions of nervous system(10 8%),29 had allergic reactions(24 2%) Among 24 cases of allergic reactions,4 revealed allergic shock(3 3%)and one died of severe allergic shock(0 8%) The reaction of 89 cases were classified as A-type reaction and that of 31 cases as B-type reaction CONCLUSION:There is a controversy over the safty of PPA-containing drugs

Review of Literature about Adverse Reactions to Astragalus Injection in41Cases / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and preventive measures of the ADRs associated with astragalus in?jection.METHODS:ADRs to astragalus injection in41cases,reported in domestic medical journals from1988～2003,were col?lected and analysed.RESULTS:The ADRs to astragalus injection were independent of patient's sex and age.ADRs occured du_ ring intravenous drop in32cases(78.05%)mostly within30min after injection,and24cases(41.46%)had ADRs at a second time or repeated injection.The clinical manifestations of ADRs were varying,of which the allergic reaction was the commonest one including anaphylactic shock.CONCLUSION:Clinical physicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the ADRs of as?tragalus injection and rationally use the preparation.

Collective Review of55ADRs Induced by Houttuynia Cordata Injection / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of the ADRs associated with Houttuynia cordata injection(HCI).METHODS:An analysis was conducted on55cases of ADRs induced by HCI reported in domestic medical jou_ rnals in recent years.RESULTS:The ADRs of HCI were not related to the dosage given.The onset of ADRs was commonly within30min during infusion.The ADRs mostly occurred in groups of patients under age20and from30to59years of age.The ADRs could involve multiple organs and systems,and the clinical manifestations were varying,of which allergic reaction was the commonest one including anaphylactic shock.CONCLUSION:The mechanism of allergic reaction induced by HCI remains to be further studied.Clinical physicians,nurses and pharmacists should pay more attention to the ADRs of HCI.
