RESUMO
A presente revisão sistemática objetiva investigar como as produções do conhecimento que envolve as ginásticas competitivas têm discutido a temática formação continuada de treinadores. O estudo seguiu as etapas da revisão sistemática e a coleta foi realizada nas bases de dados Lilacs, Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus e SportDiscus, utilizando os termos "formação profissional, ginástica, professional training e gymnastics" no período de 1987 a 2018. Dentre os cinco artigos selecionados, quatro abordam a ginástica artística e um a ginástica rítmica, não sendo encontrados estudos de outras ginásticas, identificando que são escassos os estudos que tratam especificamente sobre a formação de treinadores de ginásticas competitivas. Os estudos abordam problemáticas do campo da educação física e esporte, como a fragilidade dos conteúdos sobre a formação de treinadores nos cursos de bacharelado em educação física. Destaca-se a necessidade de uma formação continuada específica para os profissionais atuantes nas ginásticas competitivas.(AU)
The present systematic review aims to investigate how the production of knowledge involving competitive gymnastics, have discussed the theme of continuous training coaches. The research was developed from the systematic review stages and the data collection was performed in the databases Lilacs, Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus and SportDiscus, through the terms: "professional training, gymnastics, professional training and gymnastics" through 1987 to 2018. Among the five articles selected, four deal with artistic gymnastics and one with rhythmic gymnastics, no studies of other gymnastics were found, identifying that there are few studies dealing specifically with the formation of coaches of competitive gymnastics. The studies deal with problems of the field of physical education and sport, as the fragility of the contents about the coaches' formation in the bachelor degree courses in physical education. This results stands to the need for a specific continuous training for the professionals in gymnastics.(AU)
