RESUMO

Objective: To establish a cell culture model of cervical-loop epithelial cells from Wistar rat lower incisors on culture bottle coated with rat tail collagen. Methods: The effect of self-made rat tail collagen on the culture of cervical-loop epithelial cells was observed. The cells were identified by immunohistochemistry staining. Results: Cervical-loop epithelial cells in Wistar rat lower incisors grew well in self-made rat tail collagen. The cervical-loop epithelial cells exhibited positive expression for integrin-β1 and monoclonal antibody CK in immunohistochemistry staining. Conclusion: The cell culture model of cervical-loop epithelial cells in Wistar rat lower incisors with self-made rat tail collagen can be helpful to research tooth development mechanism.

RESUMO

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in the treatment of different grade of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods:898 cases with CIN treated by LEEP were retrospectively analyzed. Operation time, blood loss during the operation, changes of histopathologic results and high-rick HPV before and after the operation were studied. The diagnosis and treatment results by LEEP were evaluated. Results: The average operation time was 5.1 minutes. The average blood loss during the operation was 5.6 ml. The concordance rate of pathologic results under colposcope before operation and after LEEP was 77.73% (698/898) .96 cases had increased CIN grade after LEEP(10.69%). The HPV-DNA loading dose after operation declined significantly (P< 0.01). Conclusions: The detection rate of invasive cervical cancer by LEEP is higher than multiple punch biopsy under electronic colposcope. LEEP is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of CIN, and it can eliminate high-rick HPV at the same time of ablating the cervical lesion.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effects of loop electrical excision procedure(LEEP)on pregnancy of patients with cervical epithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods 83 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade II~III have been diagnosed.Cervical loop trip were 38 cases for all of the observation group, did not undergo cervical loop were 45 cases for all the control group.observed pregnancy. Results There are significant differences in premature delivery between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Reasonable 1oop electrical excision procedure will not increase the risk of pregnancy.
