Stroke is the second cause of human death, while except the blood vessels recanalization, there is no effective drugs supported by evidence-based medicine. At home and abroad in recent years, a biological marker in peripheral blood after acute cerebral infarction attracted a lot of attention. This article explained the clinical pharmacological indexes closely related to the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction and clinical evaluation of Chinese materia medica (CMM) in treatment of acute cerebral infarction from four perspectives such as the injury of brain tissue, inflammation, blood coagulation/thrombosis, and vascular regeneration, in order to further explain the mechanism of action of complex components in CMM and to provide references for the research and development of CMM injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction big varieties to provide meaningful reference.

RESUMO

Objective: To analyze the quality of different batches of Reduning Injection which could provide references for the quality of other Chinese materia medica injections. Methods: In accordance with the national drug st andards YBZ08202005-2009-Z, we analyzed and added up the quality of Reduning Injection by collecting different batches. Results: Different batches of Reduning Injection was analyzed according to the current implementation of quality st andards. The results showed that 45 batches of Reduning Injection all conform to the provisions. Their quality was relatively uniform. Conclusions: Chinese materia medica injections, especially compound Chinese medicine injections, should be strictly quality-monitored before being used in clinic to make sure their quality is stable and uniform, so as to avoid the below-st andard quality in the process of treatment, and adverse reactions of patients.
