RESUMO
Introducción: la aparición y desarrollo de la cirugía video laparoscópica, ha provocado un importante impacto sobre las ciencias quirúrgicas. Su desarrollo comienza en los albores del siglo XX, principalmente en Europa, y alcanza su mayor desarrollo en la ginecología. El perfeccionamiento del instrumental laparoscópico, ha permitido el auge de esta técnica, respetando siempre los principios quirúrgicos básicos de la cirugía tradicional. Objetivo: este artículo tiene como objetivo, describir los instrumentos básicos y especializados, necesarios para la realización. Conclusiones: la revisión del tema permite conocer las características e indicaciones en el uso de los instrumentos básicos y especiales, necesarios para la realización de la colecistectomía video laparoscópica.
Introduction: the beginning and development of the video-laparoscopic surgery, has signified an important impact on the surgical sciences. Its development began in the dawn of the XX century mainly in Europe, and reached its highest development in the gynecology. The improvement of the laparoscopic instrumental has allowed the heyday of this technique, following always the basic surgical principles of the traditional surgery. Objective: the objective of this article is describing the basic and specialized instruments, necessary for its successful achievement. Conclusions: the theme review allows knowing the characteristics and indications for the usage of the basic and special instruments, necessary to carry up the video-laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
