Objective: Medical therapy to prevent persistent ectopic pregnancy (PEP) after conservative laparoscopic operation was investigated. Methods:236 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into three groups according to the time of hospitalization. 83 cases were in group A, hyperosmolar glucose was injected into the fallopian tube lumen after laparoscopic salpingostomy. 81 cases were in group B, MTX was injected in the same way, 72 cases were in group C as control group. Serum β-HCG was tested for four times, before the operation, the first, third and a week after the operation respectively. Results:There were 6 patients of PEP in this study. One patient in group A, one patient in group B, the rest four patients in group C. The incidence of PEP was not statistically significant between group A and B( P>0. 05), while the difference was significant between group A and C ( P<0. 05). Serum β-HCG in three groups descended significantly in the first 24 hours after operation, but there were no differences among these groups. As for the descending of β-HCG in day 3 and 7, there was no difference between group A and B, but the difference was magnificent between group A and C( P < 0.05). Conclusions: Compared with the MTX, hyperosmolar glucose is an effective and safer method to prevent PEP.

Osteochondroma is one of the most common benign tumors of the axial skeleton, but is rarely found in the facial bones and extremely rare in mandibular condyle. The clinical signs and symptoms of osteochondroma of mandibular condyle may resemble those seen in patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Condylectomy have been the first choice for treatment of osteochondroma, but it may be with some complicaitons, loss of condylar vertical height, etc. A 57 years old female patient who had an osteochondroma on left mandibular condyle visited to our clinic. We did surgically remove the mass with favorable result, so we present the case with review of literatures.

Ojective To investigate therapeutic results of conservative operation with laparoscopy for all kinds of patients with tube pregnancy. Methods 62 patients with tube pregnancy were performed the conservative surgery, fenestration on the position of tube pregnancy or take out embryos from the tube crevice combined with injection of MTX under laparoscopy. Results all of 61 patients' tube were retained successfully. no complications occurred, urine HCG recovered to normal levels two weeks after operation. Only one patient continue to pregnancy and completely recovered after intramuscular injection MTX. 18 patients were carried out HSG 1～4 months after operations. 15 patients' tube among them were unobstructed. Opening rate was 88.3%. Within postopeative four years, 12 patients were repregnant. Pregnancy rate was 66.7%. Conclusions Tube pregnancy conservative treatments under laparoscopy not only is safe and minimal invasion, but also had less complications, therefore it is a more suitable method for retaining the fertile females' tubes.

Objective To study the clinical outcome of breast conserving treatment of breast ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS).Methods The data of 62 patients with pathologically proven DCIS who underwent breast conserving operation and adjuvant radiotherapy were retrospectively compared with 62 concurrent cases of stageⅠ or Ⅱ infiltrating ducatl carcinoma who received breast conserving operation and adjuvant readotherapy.Results The recurrence rate in DCIS cases was 6.4%(4/62),among them,3 cases belonged to comedo type;the recurrence rate in early infiltrating type of ductal breast carcinoma was 19.3%(11/62)(P
