RESUMO

Objective To provide direction for the improvement of quality control of hospital preparations and ensure the safety for clinical use by analyzing the hospital preparation deviations in recent three years. Methods A retrospective analysis on 59 minor hospital preparation deviations from 2017 to 2019 was conducted. Brainstorming, fishbone drawing and, Minitab software were used to analyze the root causes of deviations from five aspects: personnel, machine, materials, methods and environment. The preventive and corrective measures were implemented. The results were evaluated. Results 1 significant deviation (1.7%), 24 major deviation (40.7%), and 34 minor deviation (57.6%) were identified among the 59 casses of preparation deviation. With the implementation of preventive and corrective measures, the total number of deviations in 2018 was significantly reduced compared to that in 2017. The total number of deviations in 2019 was about the same as that in 2018. The human factors need to be focused. Conclusion The pharmaceutical preparation deviations in our hospital have been reduced. The further quality improvements for pharmaceutical preparations will be carried out by following the regulations of pharmaceutical production quality management standards and pharmaceutical production supervision and administration measures.

The purpose of this study was to assess the hygiene status of 145 child-care foodservices, which were newly registered in the Center for the Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) in Changwon, Gyeongnam. Sanitary inspection checklist (40 food safety items) of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) was used by the CCFSM in Changwon, Gyeongnam. Average score from the total safety items in 145 child-care foodservices was 21.41 points out of 40 points. Score gaps between the lower group (71 foodservices, 13.92 points) and higher group (74 foodservices, 28.61 points) showed a significant difference (P<0.001). The top five priorities of sanitary measures needing corrective actions for child-care foodservices were as follows: 'provide hand washing and sanitizing tools, and supply manuals on how to wash hands properly', 'supply record form for access/inspection', 'conduct education for cooks on standards in the selection of sanitizer for raw vegetables and proper methods to wash and sanitize raw vegetables', 'provide a refrigerator and a freezer with installed thermometers and temperature record monitoring logs', 'encourage separation of contamination operating zone and clean zone or conduct training for cooks on ways to prevent cross-contamination by performing work separately by the hour'. For the higher group, most were national/public facilities (83.3%), whereas in the lower group, private facilities (62.1%) were more common than national/public ones (37.9%). Therefore, a significant difference (P<0.001) was detected in the two groups. These private facilities should be supported.

A prática de ato infracional pode levar o adolescente ao cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas. O desenvolvimento de ações assertivas junto a essa população tem-se mostrado em grande desafio. Este trabalho apresenta relato de experiência de Estágio Básico em Psicologia Social junto ao Programa de Liberdade Assistida, realizado no Centro de Referência Especializado em Assistência Social, em município do sudoeste goiano. Foi oferecida aos adolescentes a possibilidade de cumprir parte das medidas socioeducativas através da participação em grupos abertos organizados por estagiários de psicologia, cuja participação deu-se em caráter voluntário. O grupo tinha como finalidade problematizar questões afetivas e sociais vivenciadas na adolescência. No decorrer de 12 encontros, entre novembro de 2012 e março de 2013, participaram 15 adolescentes. Os temas abordados eram sugeridos pelos participantes e versaram sobre família, reinserção social, identidade, preconceito e drogas. A experiência, além de contribuir com o processo de formação profissional dos estagiários, mostrou-se como contexto rico para a ressignificação dos atos praticados pelos adolescentes, bem como contribuiu para a construção de novos projetos de vida...


The practice of unlawful activities may lead the teenager to be under correctional measures. The development of assertive actions within this population has proven itself as a challenge. This paper presents an internship experience report carried out in the Supervised Freedom Program, at the Specialised Social Assistance Reference Centre, in a county in the southwest of Goiás. Teenage students were offered the opportunity to voluntarily participate in open groups organized by Psychology interns, as a way of facing part of disciplinary measures with a socio-educative nature. The group, formed by 15 students, aimed at discussing emotional and social issues experienced in adolescence during 12 meetings between November 2012 and March 2013. The topics covered were suggested by the participants and included issues about family, social reintegration, identity, prejudice and drugs. The experience, in addition to contributing to the process of professional training of the interns, has provided a rich context that established new meanings for acts performed by the adolescents, as well as collaborated to the development of new life projects...


La práctica de la infracción puede llevar a los adolescentes a cumplir con las medidas educativas. El desarrollo de acciones asertivas con esta población ha demostrado ser un gran desafío. En este trabajo se presenta un relato de experiencia de prácticas junto al Programa de Libertad Asistida en el Centro de Referencia Especializada en Asistencia Social en un municipio del sudoeste goiano. Se ofreció a los adolescentes la posibilidad de cumplir con parte de las medidas socioeducativas por medio de su participación en grupos abiertos organizados por estudiantes de psicología, cuya participación era en carácter voluntario. El grupo tuvo como objetivo discutir los problemas emocionales y sociales con experiencia en la adolescencia. En el curso de 12 reuniones entre noviembre de 2012 y marzo de 2013, los participantes fueron 15 adolescentes.
