RESUMO

Objective To investigate the correlation between the characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) manifestations by abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography and the diagnosis of clinical pathological type.Methods Totally 110 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from August 2013 to February 2013 were selected as objects.The patients were examined by the abdominal color doppler and vaginal color doppler.The blood flow in the ovaries and the ovarian physical indexes were compared according to the different ultrasonography.The correlation between different ultrasonic diagnosis and the subtypes of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were analyzed.Results The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) for the peak blood flow (PSV) and end-stage blood flow velocity (EDV) in the ovary artery after vaginal color ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound comparison.There was no statistical significance (P > 0.05) in the pulsation index (PI) and resistance index (RI).Transvaginal colour to exceed to the artery blood flow changes reflect more clear,transvaginal colour to exceed to the patients with ovarian physical indicators reflect more accurate,has significant difference compared with abdominal colour to exceed the significance (P < O.05).There was a significant difference between the diagnosis of transvaginal color ultrasound diagnosis and the diagnosis of abdominal ultrasound (P < 0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal colour to exceed more accurately reflect the change of ovarian blood flow and the physical index,safe,convenient,and more suitable for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,can understand ovarian pathological physiology change at the same time,patients can clear follicle ovulation condition,identify patients with polycystic ovary syndrome classification,is helpful to clinical treatment of personalized adjustment.

RESUMO

This study was aimed to screen main active site to reduce blood lipid from Xin-Mai (XM) capsule and establish HPLC fingerprint of the site, in order to study the correlativity between active site and relevant fractions of its herbs. Solvent extraction was used to separate XM capsule into different polar fractions. Intraperitoneal injection of 75% egg-yolk emulsion was used to establish mice hyperlipidemia models. And the active site was screened. Chromatographic fingerprints of the site and relevant fractions of its herbs were configured by HPLC analysis. The retention time of peaks was utilized as index to evaluate the correlativity. The results showed that lipid-lowering effect of ethyl acetate extract and garlic essential oil was significant (P<0.01). Fingerprint of the active site in XM capsule was established with 28 fingerprint peaks and the assignment results of 27 peaks were indicated. It was concluded that the active sites to reduce blood lipid of XM capsule were ethyl acetate extract and garlic essential oil. The established fingerprint method can effectively determine the correlativity between the active site and its relevant fractions, which contributed to pharmacodynamic material foundation and quality standard.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines Sanhuang dropping pills and provide experimental basis for the quality control. METHODS: The analytical column was Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). Gradient elution was used with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1%(V/V) phosphoric acid in water. Ten batches of products were selected to establish the characteristic mode of HPLC fingerprint.The correlativity between fingerprint peaks of Sanhuang dropping pills and its component herbs was analyzed. RESULTS: The HPLC fingerprint consisted of 24 common peaks, among which 23 peaks were assigned by parallel comparison with the fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis chinensis, and Rheum undulatum Linn, and 9 peaks were identified by comparison with the chemical reference substances. CONCLUSION: The established HPLC fingerprint reflects the general character of Sanhuang dropping pills, which enhances the level of quality control of the product.

RESUMO

Objective To study the correlation between ABO blood groups and leukemia and lymphoma, and the regional difference. Methods A case-control study had been conducted. The distribution of ABO blood groups was investigated in leukemia patients, lymphoma patients and controls, respectively. Also ABO blood group distribution of leukemia and lymphoma were compared in different areas. Results The distribution of ABO blood groups between patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and health person was significantly different (χ2 = 21.23, χ2 =8.36, χ2 = 9.39,P <0.05). There were regional differences in the ABO blood groups distribution of leukemia and lymphoma,especially ABO blood groups were significantly different in leukemia patients (χ2 = 50.65, P <0.05).Conclusion ABO blood groups might be a genetic susceptible factor of leukemia and lymphoma, but the geography might be a major influential factor.

RESUMO

Objective: To probe into the relationship between changes of sex hormone levels and TCM syndrome differentiation in climacteric women.Methods: According to TCM syndrome differentiation,55 cases of women in menopause were divided into three groups: kidney yang deficiency,kidney yin deficiency and the normal;the correlation between the three types and E2,FSH and LH was explored by statistical methods,and then they were compared with procreative women.Results: In all the 55 cases,kidney yin deficiency covered 70.90%,kidney yang deficiency covered 16.36%,the normal covered 12.72%;changes of E2 correlated positively with symptom scores of kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency;changes of FSH and LH correlate negatively with that of kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin deficiency.And they all correlated closely with menopause.Conclusion: the main syndrome type of climacteric women was kidney yin deficiency;E2↓,FSH↑ and LH↑ was expression of physiological kidney deficiency of climacteric women.

RESUMO

Object To study the correlativity between the in vivo release of healthy volunteers and the in vitro dissolution of XIANGHE SUPPOSITORY(XS). Methods The electromagnetic stirring method was used to determine the in vitro dissolution of XS, and the in vivo release was got by the indirect method, assaying the content of the left XS after it had released in administering system, HPLC was used for the determination of XS with the index of variant content of berberine hydrochloride. Results A good correlativity was shown between the percentage of in vivo release and in vitro dissolution of XS. Conclusion In vitro dissolution test under the given conditions could indicate the in vivo absorption of XS.

RESUMO

AIM:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Compound Naomaitong effective parts,and to study the correlation analysis between fingerprint peaks and the effective fraction and its relevant herbs. METHODS:The chromatographic fingerprints of the effective fraction and the relevant fractions of its herbs were configured by HPLC/PDAD analysis. The relative deviation of retention time was utilized as indices to evaluate the correlation, the wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS:The fingerprint of Compound Naomaitong effective parts was established and 36 copossessing fingerprint peaks were indicated. The assignment results of 14 peaks effective parts of fraction were indicated. CONCLUSION:The quality of Compound Naomaitong effective parts can be controlled by the HPLC fingerprint.
