Objective To observe the clinical effect of escitalopram in the treatment of alcohol -dependent patients with depressive symptoms and its influence on social function recovery .Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,80 alcohol -dependent patients with depressive symptoms in the Seventh People 's Hospital of Wenzhou were selected and divided into two groups by random digital table method ,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with escitalopram.The control group was treated with placebo for 2 months.The scores of depression,social dysfunction screening scale , quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment for 1 month and 2 months,the depression scores of the observation group were (15.02 ±2.23)points and (9.02 ±2.12)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(20.13 ±2.12) points,(15.24 ±2.15) points] ( t =10.504,13.029,all P <0.05).After treatment for 1 month and 2 months,the scores of the screening scale for social functional defects in the observation group were (2.85 ±1.23)points and (0.89 ±0.52)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group [(4.13 ± 1.62)points,(2.52 ±1.16)points]( t=3.930,8.110,all P<0.05).The scores of physical health ,mental health, physical life,social function and total quality of life in the observation group were (87.47 ±5.69) points,(84.63 ± 5.21)points,(87.16 ±5.24) points,(85.46 ±5.95) points and (86.12 ±5.95) points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group [(79.58 ±5.93)points,(76.72 ±7.82)points,(79.28 ±5.57)points,(75.92 ± 5.45) points,(78.46 ±5.85) points] (t=5.995,5.257,6.435,7.384,5.733,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram in the treatment of alcohol -dependent patients with depressive symptoms has good effect ,not only helps to improve the depression,but also helps to promote the recovery of social function of the patients ,and the safety is relatively high.

RESUMO
La personalidad dependiente corresponde a un conjunto de características guiadas por comportamientos de sumisión, de extrema tolerancia y sobrevaloración a las parejas. Se visualiza por medio de las creencias irracionales que expresan necesidades, deseos, sentimientos, temores e ideas, las mismas que en conjunto forman la personalidad y que requieren el estudio de sus características para proponer soluciones. Por lo que, se realizó una investigación descriptiva correlacional, con el objetivo de analizar el tipo de personalidad de mujeres indígenas y las creencias irracionales de la Comunidad de Nizag del cantón Alausí, durante el periodo junio-noviembre del 2016. La población estuvo conformada por 104 mujeres indígenas de la cual se seleccionó a 42 mujeres, por medio de muestreo intencional en base a criterios de inclusión. Los resultados se obtuvieron por la aplicación de dos baterías psicométricas, se pudo observar que el 40% de la población de estudio presenta personalidad dependiente y en iguales proporciones con un 35,7% creencia irracional N°8 "Se necesita contar con algo más grande y más fuerte que uno mismo y Para un adulto es absolutamente necesario tener el cariño y N°1: la aprobación de sus semejantes, familia y amigos, mediante análisis estadístico se demostró la no existencia de correlación entre las dos variables.
Dependent personality is a set of characteristics guided by behaviors of submission, extreme tolerance and overvaluation to couples. Irrational beliefs express needs, desires, feelings, fears and ideas, which together form the personality and require the study of their characteristics to propose solutions. Therefore, a correlational descriptive research was carried out in order to analyze the personality type of indigenous women and the irrational beliefs of Nizag Community of Alausí town, during the period June-November 2016. The population consisted of 104 indigenous women, but 42 ones were selected by means of intentional sampling based on inclusion criteria. The results were obtained by the application of two psychometric questionnaires. It was observed that 40% of the study population showed a dependent personality and in equal proportions with a 35.7% irrational belief No. 8 "You need to have something bigger and stronger than oneself and it is absolutely necessary to have affection and No. 1 for an adult: the approval of their peers, family and friends". It was demonstrated the non-existence of correlation between the two variables through statistical analysis.

BACKGROUND: As the number of smartphone users is increasing, smartphone addiction is a recent concern. The purpose of the present study was to examine the mediating effect of loneliness on the relationship between smartphone addiction and dependent/ avoidant personality trait in Adults. METHODS: A total of 550 adults (male 116, female 434) were selected and rated smartphone addiction scale, dependent and avoidant personality trait scales, and loneliness scale. Pearson correlation coefficients, Structural Equation Model Analysis and Sobel test using SPSS version 21.0 (IBM, New York, NY, USA) and AMOS version 21.0 (IBM, New York, NY, USA) were conducted. RESULTS: Dependent and avoidant personality significantly were related smartphone addiction and loneliness. Finding in structural equation modeling indicated that the loneliness partially mediated the relationship between dependent personality and smartphone addiction, but did not mediated the relationship between avoidant personality and smartphone addiction. CONCLUSIONS: This study confirmed partial mediation effect of loneliness on the relationship between smartphone addiction and dependent personality. This finding suggests that future intervention for smartphone addiction should focus on reducing of loneliness and proper coping with loneliness.

Este estudo tem como objetivo demonstrar o impacto da intervenção cognitivo-comportamental na redução das queixas características do Transtorno de Personalidade Dependente (TPD). Foi sujeito uma universitária de 24 anos, submetida a 28 sessões, utilizando Entrevistas, Critérios Diagnósticos para TPD, Inventário Beck de Depressão e Inventário de Ansiedade Traço-Estado, e para intervenção, estratégias e técnicas cognitivo comportamentais. Foram abordadas queixas específicas e prioritárias, histórico de vida e familiar, plano de tratamento e motivação, discussão de crenças disfuncionais acerca do diagnóstico, aquisição de estratégias de enfrentamento e treino de autonomia. Os principais resultados demonstraram redução significativa das queixas características do TPD e sintomas de depressão, e aquisição de repertório comportamental e cognitivo para um melhor funcionamento biopsicossocial. Os dados obtidos foram compatíveis com a literatura acerca da comorbidade entre TPD, depressão, ansiedade e o impacto positivo da intervenção cognitivo-comportamental
This paper reports a case of Dependent Personality Disorder (DPD) treated with Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT). A 24 years old female college student was treated with 24 sessions of CBT,which included the use of interviews, the Beck Depression Inventory, the Trait State AnxietyInventory and CBT techniques. The patient's main complaints, history, data about familyfunctioning, treatment plans and patients motivation regarding treatment, dysfunctional beliefsabout diagnosis, coping strategies and autonomy training were discussed during treatment. Themain results of the treatment were an important reduction on DPD and depression symptoms, andthe development of a behavioral and cognitive repertoire which improved her psychosocialfunctioning. The use of CBT on the management of DPD, the comorbidity of DPD and depression ethe positive results of the treatment support the current literature about the problem
