RESUMO

Objective:To assess the value of S-Detect and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the differential diagnosis of Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System(BI-RADS) 4 breast lesions.Methods:A total of 104 breast lesions in 100 patients diagnosed as BI-RADS category 4 by conventional ultrasound were prospectively enrolled, and all of them were received S-Detect and CEUS examination at the same time. Taking pathology as the gold standard, ROC curve was constructed to compare the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound, S-Detect, CEUS and their combination.Results:Among the 104 BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions, 63 were benign and 41 were malignant. The sensitivities of conventional ultrasound, S-Detect, CEUS and S-Detect combined with CEUS were 73.17%, 87.80%, 87.80%, 90.24%; the specificities were 57.14%, 60.32%, 68.25%, 77.78%; the positive predictive values were 52.63%, 59.02%, 64.29% and 72.55%; the negative predictive values were 76.60%, 88.37%, 89.59% and 92.45%; the accuracies were 63.46%, 71.15%, 75.96% and 82.69%; and the areas under the ROC curve (AUC) were 0.652, 0.741, 0.780 and 0.840. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of S-Detect and CEUS diagnosis were improved compared with conventional ultrasound. The AUC of combined diagnosis was higher than that of S-Detect, CEUS alone, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The AUC of CEUS was higher than that of conventional ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences in AUC between any two of other groups (all P>0.05). Conclusions:The combined application of S-Detect and CEUS could achieve complementary advantages, which is of great significance for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant in BI-RADS 4 breast lesions.

【Objective】 To compare the effectiveness of the old mode of blood isolation and batch release (the old mode) and the new mode in Chengdu, so as to provide basis for optimizing working strategy. 【Methods】 1) The blood testing report was released one by one in the old mode but released uniformly in accordance with the blood batches classified by blood storage and supply department in the new mode. 2) In the old mode, apheresis platelet samples were detected by serological testing first and nucleic acid testing(NAT) later, and whole blood samples were reasonably arranged according to blood inventory and detection workload. In the new mode, platelets samples collected within our center headquarters were detected by serological test and NAT simultaneously, while those collected outside the center complied with the old strategy. As for whole blood, the same batch samples classified by blood storage and supply department should be arranged to the detection line with the fewest samples.3) The turnaround time(TAT) in the laboratory (referred to as sample TAT) and the TAT in the blood to-detect stock (referred to as blood TAT) in two phases(year 2016 vs 2018, pre- and post- the new mode), involving 164 748 and 179 488 blood samples, were compared by SPSS25.0 software. The constituent ratio of the TATs were compared with Chi-square test, and the difference of blood TAT between old and new mode were compared with Mann-Whitney U test. 【Results】 1) Significant difference was noticed in constituent ratio of TATs between old and new mode (P<0.05). 2)The blood TATof apheresis platelets using the new mode was 0.95(QR: 0.22)days, with the median 0.20 days shorter than that the old mode.. The blood TAT of whole blood in the new mode was 3.77 (QR: 1.99) days, with the median 0.90 days shorter than that in the old mode, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Compared with the old mode, the new mode showed the following advantages: 1) It can realize the unified issuing of testing reports of blood with the same batch, contribute to the early discovery of errors that occurred during blood donation process, and located the errors wihin intra-batches for investigation. 2) It can advance the issuing of blood testing reports of the same batch. 3) It can make the flow of samples and blood with the same batch between different departments more standardized and orderly, and optimize the process of blood sorting thus shortening blood TAT. 4) It can realize the counting and checking of samples, within the same batch, at different states, so as to minimize the error issuing of unqualified blood and to-detect blood, and is more conducive to ensure the quality, safety and timely supply of blood.

OBJECTIVE@#To evaluate the value of ultrasound S-Detect in the diagnosis of breast masses.@*METHODS@#A total of 85 breast masses in 62 female patients were diagnosed by S-Detect technique and conventional ultrasound. The diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound and S-Detect technique was analyzed and compared with postoperative pathological results as the gold standard.@*RESULTS@#When operated by junior physicians, the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound was significantly lower than that of S-Detect technique (P < 0.05), but this difference was not observed in moderately experienced and senior physicians (P>0.05). S-Detect technique was positively correlated with the diagnostic results of senior physicians (r=0.97). Using S-Detect technique, the diagnostic efficacy did not differ significantly between the long axis section and its vertical section (P>0.05). Routine ultrasound showed a better diagnostic efficacy than S-Detect for breast masses with a diameter below 20 mm (P < 0.05), but for larger breast masses, its diagnostic efficacy was significantly lower than that of SDetect (P < 0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#S-Detect can be used in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses, and its diagnostic efficiency can be comparable with that of BI-RADS classification for moderately experienced and senior physicians, but its diagnostic efficacy can be low for breast masses less than 20 mm in diameter.

Objective:To explore the value of s-detect combined with elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods:The ultrasound diagnosis data of 136 patients with breast mass examined by ultrasound in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from April 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The breast lesions diagnosed as BI-RADS 3 or above were analyzed by conventional ultrasound, strain elastic imaging strain ratio (SR) and S-Detect Computer-aided Diagnosis (CAD) technology successively and were used for cross-sectional study. The corresponding benign and malignant judgment results were obtained, and the efficacy of individual diagnosis and combined diagnosis were compared and analyzed.Results:Conventional ultrasound, SR, S-Detect alone and conventional ultrasound+SR, conventional ultrasound+S-detect, conventional ultrasound + S-detect +SR combined diagnosis of breast tumors, the area under the receiver operating curve (AREA under the receiver operating curve) Characteristic curve, AUC) were 0.776, 0.839, 0.802, 0.861, 0.832 and 0.870, respectively. SR, S-Detect, conventional ultrasound +SR, conventional ultrasound + S-detect and conventional ultrasound +SR+ S-detect were compared with conventional ultrasound group, Z values were 1.49, 0.70, 2.76, 2.52, 2.96, respectively, and P values were 0.137, 0.484, 0.006, 0.012 and 0.003, respectively. The difference was statistically significant. The accuracy of conventional ultrasound +S-Detect+SR was the highest (84.1%), compared with pathological results, its Kappa value was 0.687, showing the strongest consistency. Conclusion:S-detect combined with strain elastography assisted by conventional ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant breast tumors.

Abstract This issue stems from the need for tools to analyze and make decisions around complex systems, where they apply the rules for linearly dependent sets, with the purpose of providing a visual tool, which serves to support complexity reduction processes. Two great precedents are Armstrong's Axioms, which has been applied from its publication to the present for database normalization, the other is set theory, a fundamental pillar of the Structured Query Language; based on them, together with the second-order logic, which adds qualifiers for subsets or properties, this work has been prepared, with an explanatory metrology with a qualitative approach, in an axiomatic system. As a result, a support tool has been provided to analyze complex systems naturally, by breaking cycles and detecting patterns, without interfering with existing models; however, for large systems it can be difficult to address it in its entirety, so it is recommended to divide by subsystems. With this work a technique has been accomplished, repeatable by anyone, but with a strong theoretical foundation. This work has great utility for the normalization of relational databases and an enormous potential for application in the design of systems beyond computational systems, it is also useful for understanding dependencies by their axiomatic nature.


Resumen Este tema nace de la necesidad de herramientas para analizar y tomar decisiones en torno a sistemas complejos, donde apliquen las reglas para conjuntos linealmente dependientes, con el fin de proporcionar una herramienta visual, que sirva de apoyo a procesos de reducción de la complejidad. Dos grandes precedentes son los Axiomas de W. Armstrong, el cual se ha aplicado desde su publicación hasta la actualidad para la normalización de bases de datos, el otro es la teoría de conjuntos, pilar fundamental del Lenguaje de Consultas Estructurado; en base a ellos, junto con la lógica de segundo orden, la cual añade cualificadores para subconjuntos o propiedades se ha elaborado este trabajo, con una metrología explicativa con enfoque cualitativo, en un sistema axiomático. Como resultado se ha proporciona una herramienta de soporte para analizar sistemas complejos de forma natural, rompiendo ciclos y detectando patrones, sin interferir con los modelos existentes; sin embargo, para sistemas de gran tamaño puede ser difícil abordarlo en su totalidad, por lo que se recomienda dividir por subsistemas. Con este trabajo se ha consumado una técnica, repetible por cualquiera, pero con fuerte fundamento teórico. Este trabajo tiene gran utilidad para la normalización de bases de datos relacionales y un enorme potencial de aplicación en el diseño de sistemas más allá de los sistemas computacionales, también resulta útil para la comprensión de dependencias por su naturaleza axiomática.

Objective To analyze the distribution of syphilis infection, serological test results and HIV infection in inpatients of a general hospital in Chengdu, so as to provide effective theoretical basis for the effective prevention and treatment of syphilis. Methods To collect the clinical data of syphilis infected patients in a general hospital in Chengdu from January 2014 to October 2020.The syphilis infection rate of men and women in different age groups, the distribution of syphilis infection departments, the education level, industry and marriage of the infected people were analyzed.The Department Distribution of syphilis infection,and compare the positive rates of tpsab,TPPA and trust in syphilis infected patients,as well as the combined HIV infection rate in syphilis patients of different genders. Results From January 2014 to October 2020,206455 cases of syphilis were screened in our hospital,of which 4760 cases were infected with syphilis,accounting for about 2.31%;there were 2843 males and 1917 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.48:1;the age distribution of 41-50 years old was the most,followed by 51-60 years old,61-70 years old and 31-40 years old,and the age group of2=4.143,P=0.042;χ2=81.395,P2=63.699,P2=24.425,P2=4.237,P=0.039).Department Distribution: the top five departments were neurology, anorectal hemorrhoids and fistula, gastrointestinal surgery, orthopedics and urology. Among the 4760 patients diagnosed with syphilis infection, the proportion of those with education level of junior high school or below, service industry and married was higher.The positive rates of tpsab and TPPA were significantly higher than those of trust(χ2=6293.760,P2=102.886,P<0.001). Conclusion The syphilis infection of inpatients in our hospital is mainly middle-aged and old men, low education, people engaged in service industry, and the common departments are neurology department. Therefore, the early popularization and screening of this kind of population is of great significance.

Objective:To master the new cases and the condition of Keshan disease (KD) in key endemic areas and provide scientific basis for updating control strategies.Methods:In 2017, sentinel surveillance was carried out in some counties with substandard KD or serious historical KD. Two to three villages with more KD patients and the total population of 1 000 were chosen to investigate. All of the inhabitants were checked by physical examination and electrocardiography. Suspected KD patients were examined by echocardiography. KD was identified according to "Diagnosis of Keshan Disease" (WS/T 210-2011). The confirmed cases were followed up.Results:A total of 70 008 people were examined in 86 counties of 14 provinces. The ratio of male to female was 1.0 ∶ 1.2 (31 720/38 288). The total number of KD patients identified was 308, including 68 chronic KD and 240 latent KD. The detection rates were 44/10 000, 10/10 000 and 34/10 000, respectively. Totally 198 cases of chronic KD and 115 cases of latent KD were followed up, and the follow-up mortality was 8.1% (16/198) and 7.0% (8/115), respectively. In this year, 29 cases of latent KD and 5 cases of chronic KD were newly diagnosed.Conclusion:There are still a number of KD patients including new cases in endemic areas with high prevalence nowadays or in the past indicating the prevention and control of KD should be maintained.

Objective To analyze the detection of five markers of hepatitis B in different population in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020. Methods The data of 36 782 patients who underwent five markers of hepatitis B detection from Jan 2016 to Dec 2020 in 3 general hospital in Dazhou city were collected and analyzed statistically. Results HBsAg positive rate in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020 was 2.43%, and the annual change of HBsAg positive rate showed a decreasing trend (χ2= 57.274, P 2= 42.482 , P 2= 246.595 , P 2=18.645 , P<0.05) ; 1,5 positive rate (30.77%)and small three Yang (62.33%) in 35-54 aged people were highest; big three Yang(41.46%) in 15-24 aged people was highest; 60.11% people were negative for all the five markers, among of the highest was ≤5 age people (77.67%). Conclusions In the past five years, the positive rate of HbsAg in male was higher than that of female in Dazhou, and it was mainly in young adults,which should be regarded as the key object of prevention and treatment, and at the same time, attention should be paid to children, mainly focusing on the prevention and treatment of the three Yang and three Yang and the total negative pattern of the population, to do a good job of three-level prevention.

Compounds that selectively modulate multiple targets can provide clinical benefits and are an alternative to traditional highly selective agents for unique targets. High-throughput screening (HTS) for multitarget-directed ligands (MTDLs) using approved drugs, and fragment-based drug design has become a regular strategy to achieve an ideal multitarget combination. However, the unexpected presence of pan-assay interference compounds (PAINS) suspects in the development of MTDLs frequently results in nonspecific interactions or other undesirable effects leading to artefacts or false-positive data of biological assays. Publicly available filters can help to identify PAINS suspects; however, these filters cannot comprehensively conclude whether these suspects are "bad" or innocent. Additionally, these

@#In recent years, artificial intelligence(AI)technology has developed rapidly, and its practice and application in the medical field have brought new possibilities to the development of the medical industry. In the field of general ophthalmology, AI technology based on machine learning(ML)has greatly improved the efficiency of diagnosis, but less progress has been made in pediatric ophthalmology. At present, AI technology has been applied to the automatic detection of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP), pediatric cataracts, inspection of strabismus and refractive error, prediction of high myopia in the future, diagnosis of dyslexia through eye tracking and research of ophthalmic images. This article reviews the current status, progress, and future development of AI in pediatric ophthalmology.

Objective To evaluate the assistant diagnostic value of S‐Detect artificial intelligence system in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors . Methods Clinical data and ultrasound images of 201 patients undergoing breast ultrasound examination in Tongji Hospital from M arch 2018 to M ay 2018 were acquired . Two‐dimensional grayscale and color Doppler ultrasound images ,S‐Detect mode images and elastographic images of 220 breast lesions were analyzed . T he BI‐RADS categories of each lesion were divided into two groups :experienced group and random group .And according to w hether to refer to S‐Detect diagnostic results ,the BI‐RADS categories in experienced group were divided into A 1 group and P1 group .In additional ,the highest and lowest categories of the same tumor in random group were A 2 group ,and the diagnostic results of A 2 group combining with S‐Detect system were belonged to P2 group . T he ROC curves were plotted and the area under the curve ,sensitivity ,specificity or the accuracy of the different groups were compared . Agreements of diagnostic results between different groups were analyzed by Kappa test . Results Out of 220 breast lesions ,181 lesions were benign and 39 lesions were malignant . The S‐Detect artificial intelligence system had a relatively high diagnostic efficiency ,and the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of S‐Detect classification were 92 .3% ,90 .6% ,90 .9% , respectively . With its assistance ,the specificity and accuracy in the experienced group had an increasing trend ( A 1 group :86 .7% , 88 .6% ; P1 group :91 .2% ,92 .3% ) ,and the diagnostic accuracy in random group was significantly improved ( A2 group :63 .6% -85 .5% ; P2 group :93 .2% -94 .1% ) . Both S‐Detect system and elasticity score helped to improve the efficacy of ultrasound physicians in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions . But there were differences in diagnostic performance and assistant diagnostic ability between the two techniques . Conclusions S‐Detect technique contributes to the augment of diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound doctors in identifying breast cancer , improves the quality of random breast ultrasound examinations ,and reduces missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of breast examinations .

This study had designed, to explore prevalence of obesity and overweight, on two criteria, Indian and World Health Organization (W.H.O.), amongst students and staff of Era's Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow and Era Institute of Health Sciences and Research, Lucknow. As well as, assessment of association of oxidative stress with obesity. MBBS, Nursing and DMLT students as well as Hospital Laboratory Services (HLS) staff had included in this study. Study had carried out in Department of Biochemistry with collaboration of Department of Physiology and HLS. Results of this study had showed that, prevalence of obesity and overweight were high in staff with respect to students. The levels of reduced glutathione (GSH) were decreased in obese with respect to normal; on the other hand Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were increased in obese with respect to normal.

Objective To evaluate the value of S-Detect technology of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors. Methods Ninety-three thyroid tumors in 93 patients were enrolled in the group.A varied image features of the thyroid masses in gray-scale ultrasonography were analyzed by S-Detect technology and experienced doctor separately.The results were compared and the diagnostic ability were also compared between the two methods. Results There were 44 malignant tumors and 49 benign tumors in these thyroid nodules.The sensitivity of S-Detect technology in the diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumors was higher,up to 88.7%. In the five image features of the thyroid tumors in gray-scale ultrasonography,the result of composition of the mass obtained by S-Detect was the most consistent with that of the doctors and Kappa value was 0.89.Conclusions S-Detect is a kind of computer-aided diagnosis system,which is suitable for the ultrasound beginners in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.

BACKGROUND In high tuberculosis (TB) burden countries, there are few data on the performance of new molecular commercialised assays developed locally. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the performance of a new molecular commercialised assay for TB diagnosis (Detect-TB) in three laboratories. METHODS A total of 302 sputum samples from an equal number of patients with presumptive diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) were submitted for routine smear microscopy, culture, and Detect-TB assay at three different sites in Brazil (the cities of Caxias do Sul, São Paulo and Canoas). FINDINGS Seventy four (24.7%) TB cases were diagnosed (65 bacteriologically confirmed). When compared to smear microscopy/culture results, the overall sensitivity and specificity of Detect-TB assay was 84.6% (CI 95%; 73.7-91.6) and 93.1% (CI 95%; 89.1-95.8), respectively. When compared to bacteriological and clinical diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity and specificity of Detect-TB assay was 74.3% (CI 95%; 63.3-82.9) and 92.9% (CI 95%; 88.7-95.6), respectively. Among the three sites - Caxias do Sul, São Paulo and Canoas - the sensitivity and specificity were respectively 94.7% and 97.8%; 71.4% and 93.9%, 82.1% and 88.9%. MAIN CONCLUSIONS These findings suggest that the Detect-TB assay could be applied routinely in reference laboratories across different regions in Brazil.

Objective To investigate the value of S-Detect classification in differential diagnosis of breast mass . Methods The data of forty-seven patients with breast mass lesions ( n=61) from our hospital during January to December in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed . Both the man-made BI-RADS classification ( identified by three different specialist physicians with 2 ,5 and 7 years of experience , respectively) and computer S-Detect classification were performed . The sensitivity ,specificity ,accuracy , positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the man-made BI-RADS classification and S-Detect classification of the benign or malignant diagnosis of breast lumps were calculated . The ROC curve was further plotted ,and the area under the curve ( AUC) of each group was compared ,respectively . Results Sixty-one breast mass lesions were confirmed 36 benign lesions and 25 malignant lesions by pathological biopsy . The sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of man-made BI-RADS classification were as follows:2-year experience physicians 69 .4% ,72 .0% and 70 .5% ;5-year experience physicians:64 .0% ,92 .0% and 75 .4% ;7-year experience physicians:69 .4% , 92 .0% and 78 .7% . The diagnostic sensitivity , specificity , and accuracy of S-Detect classification were 80 .6% ,96 .0% and 86 .9% . The specificity ,accuracy and positive predictive value of S-Detect classification were significantly higher than those of 2-year experience physicians by BI-RADS classification ( P <0 .05) . The area under the ROC curve of each group was 0 .729 ,0 .786 and 0 .801 for 2 , 5 and 7-year experience physicians , respectively , and 0 .917 for S-Detect classification . Conclusions Compared with the man-made BI-RADS classification ,S-Detect classification has advantages in diagnosis of the benign or malignant of breast mass and is helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis , especially for junior physicians .

Objective:is toTo detect a new type of micro-injection pump, its flow rate of quality control testing and syringe pump through the comparative analysis, and study its accuracy and stability. Methods:A certain brand of injection flow rate accuracy and stability of drug pumps and syringe pumps were detected by the use of professional Fluke infusion device analyzer and a dedicated infusion line. Results:Compared the injection pump with syringe pump flow rate of errors, a flow rate was 1 ml/h, t. The errordeviation range of micro-injection pump flow rate is larger than the syringe pump, and a flow rate was 25 ml/h and 50 ml/h, both the same, . Wwith drug detection time went on, a flow rate of injection pump has tended to stabilize. After the flow rate is stable, the longer the detection time is, the overall error is smaller. At the time of 15 min, test data are in line with national testing standards. Conclusion:The combination of injection pump and infusion pump, the micro-injection pump can meet the growing demand for clinical departments, and its stability and accuracy can meet the national standards.

Objective To explore the values of combined detection of carcino embryonic antigen (CEA),carcinoma antigen 125 (CA 125),cytokerain 19 fragment 21-1 (CYFRA2 1-1),carcinoma antigen Scc-Ag (Scc-Ag) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) for diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Methods The concentrations of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,Scc-Ag and NSE in 198 patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group),50 with benign pulmonary disease (benign disease group) and 50 healthies (health control group) were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA).The concentration of Pro-GRP31-98 was detected by enzyme linked immunoassay.Results Six tumor markers in lung cancer group showed significant diffcrence compared with those of benign disease group and health control group (P < 0.01).The concentrations of serum tumor molecular markers were significantly higher in Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage group than those in [,Ⅱ stage group.Before the treatment,the concentrations of serum tumor molecular markers in lymph node metastasis group and lymph node recurrence group were significantly higher than those in no lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node recurrence group after the treatment (P < 0.01).The positive rate of CEA,CA125 in lung adenocarcinoma group,CYFRA21-1 and Scc-Ag in lung squamous cell carcinomas group and NSE and Pro-GRP31-98 in small cell lung carcinoma group were significantly different from the other two kinds of pathological types (P < 0.01).The positive rates of CEA and CA125 combinated detection in lung adenocareinoma,CYFRA21-1 and Scc-Ag combinated detection in lung squamous cell carcinomas,NSE and Pro-GRP31-98 combinated detection in small cell lung carcinoma was significantly higher than the individual detection respectively.The sensitivitv rates of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,Scc-Ag,NSE and Pro-GRP31-98 were 52.52 %,51.01%,48.99 %,53.03 %,49.49 % and 50.50 %,respectively.And the combinated detection sensitivity rate of the six tumor markers was 96.46 %,which significantly higher than that of a single marker (P < 0.01).Conelusions The tumor molecular markers of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,Scc-Ag,NSE and Pro-GRP31-98 may be the indicators in diagnosis of lung cancer.The combined detection of serum tumor molecular markers would significantly improve the sensitivity of diagnosis for lung cancers.At the same time,it should be valuablc for determination of clinical stage,histological type and follow-up studies of lung cancer.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of expression of P53,Ki67 in proliferation,invasion and metastasis of cancer cells of patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Eighty-six patients with esophageal carcinoma were selected as tumor group from January 2006 to May 2008.And another 86 patients without tumor were as control group.ABC-immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P53 and Ki67 in 172 cases of patients with esophageal carcinoma.Results The expression of P53 in patients with esophageal carcinoma was different from that in control subjects (x2 =4.045,P < 0.05),and the P53 expression rate in two group were 66.3% (57/86) and 51.1% (44/86) respectively.The rate of P53 expression reaching to + + in two groups was also significant (x2 =8.592,P < 0.01).Ki67 expression in patients with esophageal carcinoma was higher than that of control patients (76.7% (66/86) vs.60.5% (82/86),x2 =5.291,P < 0.05).Additionally,there was significant difference regarding of Ki6 expression reaching to + + positive(x2 =13.661,P < 0.01).Moreover,the expression of P53 and Ki67 were found to be a positively correlation(r =0.400,P =0.00).The expression of P53 and Ki67 were related with invasion and differentiation of cancer cells (x2 =3.945,5.794 respectively,all P < 0.05) and lymph node metastasis (x2 =5.570,4.354 respectively,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Over-expression of P53 and Ki67 were involved in the process of proliferation,invasion and metastasis of cancer cells in esophageal carcinoma,which coherently impacted the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.The combined detection of P53 and Ki67 seems to help the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer and evaluation of the degree of malignancy,invasion,metastasis and prognosis.Over-expression of P53,Ki67 might be served as a reference marker in screening for chemotherapy for esophageal cancer.

Objective Using the objective detection devices to explore the physical activity status in order to provide evidence reated to the physical activity intervention program on child obesity in elementary students.Methods Subjects were elementary students from grades 1-5 of 4 schools in Haidian and Dongcheng districts,Beijing.After measuring their height and weight,an motion sensor was applied to measure physical activities in these 379 pupils.Results Time on moderate to vigorous physical activities (MVPA) among pupils was 74.09 min and the ratio of meeting the recommended time of physical activity was 68.9%.The MVPA time in males (79.46 min) was more than that in females (66.07 min) (P<0.05),with the ratio of meeting the recommended physical activity time in males (78.0%) also larger than that in females (55.3%) (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between low age group and high age group (P>0.05),however,there showed significant difference in light physical activity time among the normal group,overweight group and the obese group (P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference found in MVPA time among the three groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion The ratio of meeting the recommend physical activity time was low.MVPA time should be increased to guarantee the athletic effects and to improve the health stutas in the pupils.
