El emprendedurismo femenino rural

En este artículo se muestra la participación económica de las mujeres en el espacio rural y se confirma que se involucran principalmente en la gestión emprendedora, realizando actividades por cuenta propia, la mayoría de ellas inicia su entrada en el mercado en condiciones de irregularidad e inestabilidad. La actividad emprendedora de las mujeres es diversa y abarca casi todos los sectores económicos. Esta investigación se realizó con base en un trabajo de campo llevado a cabo en 2014 en el municipio de Coatepec Harinas, Estado de México y con base en los censos del INEGI.

This article shows the economic participation of women in rural areas and confirms that women are mainly involved in entrepreneurial activity, carrying out activities on their own; most of them started entering the market in irregular and instability Entrepreneurial activity of women is diverse and covers almost all sectors of economic activity. Neste artigo, a participação econômica das mulheres é mostrado em áreas rurais e confirmou que principalmente envolver em gestão empresarial, a realização de actividades por conta própria, a maioria deles começar a sua entrada no mercado em condições de irregularidade e instabilidade. A actividade empresarial das mulheres é diversificada e abrange quase todos os setores da economia. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com base no trabalho de campo realizado em 2014 no município de Coatepec Harinas, Estado do México e com base no censo INEGI.

The Effect of Economic Participatory Change on Unmet Needs of Health Care among Korean Adults / 보건행정학회지

BACKGROUND: The objective of this research is to investigate and provide analysis of the economic participatory change affecting the unmet needs of health care in Korean adults. METHODS: We used Korea health panel 4th and 5th data of 10,261 adults. The method of investigation is threefold. First, We identified the regional factors affecting unmet needs of health care. Second, we analyzed the effect of economic participatory change as it affects the unmet needs of health care. Third, we also investigated whether there were discernable differences between the age subgroups. RESULTS: It was determined that influencing factors included sex, education, economic level, and health status. And after the subgroup analysis of age, we found that the economic participatory change was associated with the economical unmet needs of health care especially for those over 40 years of age. Also the population are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs. CONCLUSION: This study finds that there are some policy recommendations for the sake of medical service equality. Medical welfare policy for those 40 years of age and older has been identified as an area that needs improvement. And considering that those 40 years of age and older are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs, this study finds a need for government sponsored medical stipends or subsidizing of medical premiums, co-payment, and other fees.

Una aproximación comparativa de la participación económica de los adultos mayores: el caso de la ciudad de Monterrey y el Estado de México / A comparative approach to the economic participation of older adults: the case of the city of Monterrey and Mexico State

La cuestión de la inserción económica de los mayores de 65 años en México ha suscitado un interés particular debido principalmente a las altas tasas de participación que ostenta este grupo etario. La mayoría de las investigaciones tanto nacionales como regionales coinciden en que el sistema de protección social es un determinante fundamental para la decisión de participar o no en el mercado de trabajo por parte de los adultos mayores. Sin embargo, la comparación de escenarios diferentes no es una práctica hasta ahora muy utilizada en este tema y no se conoce profundamente la dinámica de éste fenómeno. The issue of economic participation of over 65 years in Mexico has attracted particular interest due mainly to high rates of participation that holds this age group. Most national and regional research agrees that the social protection system is a key determinant for the decision to participate or not in the labor market by older adults.
