RESUMO

[Objective] To explore the academic thought and clinical experience of JIN's acupuncture and moxibustion.[Methods] This paper summarizes the clinical academic characteristics of JIN's acupuncture in the aspects of mechanism, treatment, manipulation and acupoints.[Results] DrJIN deeply studied the theory of the eight extra meridians, and finally formed the unique JIN's acupuncture treatment based on the method.He supposed that the eight extra meridians were closely related to the liver and kidney, and came up with principles of treatment, such as distinguish deficiency from exces, emphasize on dredging and reinforcing meridians.He was also particular about choosing fine points of magical effect according to the condition. [Conclusion] JIN's acupuncture is unique in the treatment of different methods, and it inherits and develops the beauty of acupuncture in Zhejiang.

RESUMO

Correlation between meridians and viscera is the core of meridian theory, and eight extra meridians are a vital part of meridian system. Based on the running courses, diseases and modern researches of eight extra meridians, we found that governor and heel vessels were closely related to brain and kidney; conception and thoroughfare vessels were related to kidney and uterus; there was no defined relationship between link, belt vessels and viscera. The theory of eight extra meridians belonging to liver and kidney, and the clinical application of the eight confluence points provide evidence for the correlation between the eight extra meridians and viscera. The correlation research can fill up current meridian-viscus correlation theory and provide its new research thought.

RESUMO

The thoroughfare vessel is one of eight extra meridians and named sea of viscera, sea of blood and sea of twelve meridians. The thoroughfare vessel is closely related to qi and blood and has important guiding significance for clinical practice. Analysis of literature about the thoroughfare vessel finds that the literature of past dynasties has different descriptions of the initial site of the thoroughfare vessel. Qichong, infrarenal, Guanyuan and uterus were considered as its initial site. By summarizing the related statements of past dynasties, this article analyzes different initial sites of the thoroughfare vessel and considers that infrarenal uterus is the initial site of the thoroughfare vessel. That not only enriches and develops the physiological and pathological theories of the thoroughfare vessel and endows the thoroughfare vessel with more extensive contents but also provides more clinical guidance.

By making a detailed descriptions of this book in its characteristics of absorbing experiences from other famous doctors, comparing various thoughts of doctors, emphasizing acupuncture, moxibustion and drugs, and highlighting eight confluent points, we pointed out that the study and research of the this book have clinical guidance.

RESUMO

Purpose To observe the clinical efficacy of extraordinary vessels needling in treating vascular dementia. Method 39 cases vascular dementia were treated by acupoints selected from the eight extraordinary meridians and the time needling techniques such as eight methods of spiritual turtle, in accordance with time period and pattern identifition. Results 2 cases were cured, 30 cases improved and 7 cases failed; the total effective rate was 82.1%. Conclusion Extraordinary vessels needling has positive effects in treating vascular dementia.

0.05 ). It is indicated that both eight extra-meridians acupuncture therapy and Jin Sanzhen therapy can improve intelligence index of VD, and the possible mechanism is related to the regulation of central nervous system function, elimination of SOD and reduction of NE and NO secretion.
