Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on the anxiety and nursing satisfaction of cesarean parturients.Methods Seventy-two cases of cesarean parturients treated in our hospital between September 2013 and October 2014 were selected as the study object.These women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.Those in the control group were given routine nursing and those in the observation group were given routine nursing and empathy nursing.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression of patients in both groups were alleviated.The anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were respectively (31.16 ± 3.94) and (18.21 ± 2.97),lower than those in the control group,with the anxiety score of (43.19 ± 4.45) and the depression score of(43.19 ± 4.45) The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.01).After nursing,improvement on life quality of the patients was registered in both groups.The scores of cognitive function,physical function,emotional function,role function and social function of patients in the observation group higher than those in the control group.The comparative difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).Besides,the total score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was (118.53 ± 12.41),significantly higher than that in the control group which was (97.65 ± 6.81),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion For cesarean parturients,empathy nursing can better help to identify the patients' psychological changes and to establish closer bond between the nursing staff and the patients,which can provide guidance for them to cultivate positive mental state,help the staff to better understand their needs,pains and their pressure,thus lessen their anxiety and improve the nursing effect and satisfaction.

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on anxiety,depression and expectation of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods In our study,47 patients with myocardial infarction in the department of cardiology of our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 were assigned as the control group and another 47 patients with the same disease during August 2014 to July 2015 as the study group.The control group received conventional nursing treatment and the study empathy nursing in addition to the conventional nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of anxiety,depression and expectation using Zung anxiety self rating scale (SAS),depression self rating scale (SDS) and Herth hope index (HHI).Results On admission,the patients in the two groups showed no differences in the levels of anxiety,depression and expectation (P＞0.05).After intervention,the levels of anxiety and depression in the study were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the level of expectation was higher (all P＜0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing is effective for the relief of anxiety and depression in the patients with myocardial infarction as well as for their enhanced expectation for prognosis.

Objective To study the effect on quality of life and medication adherence after using participatory nursing care joint Empathy nursing for senile depression patients.Methods Select 90 cases of patients with depression as the study object in our hospital ,randomly divided them into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group,the observation group received participatory nursing care joint empathy nursing care,control group received conventional care,compared emotional state,the quality of life and treatment compliance in two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,depression and treatment adherence had no obvious difference between two groups,3,7,15 d after treatment,the im-provement in observation group were significantly better than control group,social ability,social interest, personal hygiene,depression score in two groups had no significant difference between in two groups,after intervention four factor score in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,comparison between groups had significant difference,P <0.05).Conclusions Participatory nursing care joint empa-thy nursing care using for senile depression patients can significantly improve the patient's emotional state, improve the treatment compliance and quality of life,has positive significance.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of empathy nursing on depressive emotion and life function in depressive patients and to improve treatment and nurse effect.MethodSixties depressive inpatients treated with antidepressive drugs were randomly assigned to receive general nursing and health education ( experimental group 31 ) and empathy nursing (control group 29).Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) and the hospital nursing work satisfaction questionnaire were used before and after intervention to evaluate the clinical and nursing effects of two groups.ResultsAfter interventions,the total score of HAMD was ( 16.7 ± 3.2) in experimental group and (20.2 ± 3.6) in control group,with significant difference between two groups.The social ability factor of score of NOSIE was (9.78 ± 2.13 ) in experimental group and ( 13.32 ± 3.22) in control group,and the scores of 3 other factors of NOSIE in experimental group was obviously lower than that in control group.The score ( 121.37 ± 11.25 ) of nursing work satisfaction in experimental group was obviously higher than that( 113.26 ± 9.72) in control group ( t =2.98).ConclusionsEmpathy nursing can improve depressive emotion and life function of patients with depression,and improve nursing work satisfaction.
