RESUMO

Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders,of which diarrhea-predominant IBS(IBS-D)accounts for the largest proportion.The pathogenesis of IBS-D is complicated and diverse,and there is currently a lack of clinically effective drugs.The establishment of animal models is an essential tool for further studies of the disease mechanisms,evaluation of clinical efficacy,and drug development,and the preparation and evaluation standards of models are important factors affecting the quality of the research.Based on the currently accepted pathogenesis of IBS-D and the previous modeling experience of our research group,this review systematically summarizes the evaluation method used in animal models of IBS-D in terms of diarrhea observation,visceral sensitivity tests,and intestinal motility tests,to provide a reference for future studies.

OBJECTIVE@#To summarize the evaluation methods of return to sports (RTS) after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) in recent years, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.@*METHODS@#The literature related to the RTS after ACLR was searched from CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and Foreign Medical Information Resources Retrieval Platform (FMRS) databases. The retrieval range was from 2010 to 2023, and 66 papers were finally included for review. The relevant literature was summarized and analyzed from the aspects of RTS time, objective evaluation indicators, and psychological evaluation.@*RESULTS@#RTS is the common desire of patients with ACL injury and doctors, as well as the initial intention of selecting surgery. A reasonable and perfect evaluation method of RTS can not only help patients recover to preoperative exercise level, but also protect patients from re-injury. At present, the main criterion for clinical judgement of RTS is time. It is basically agreed that RTS after 9 months can reduce the re-injury. In addition to time, it is also necessary to test the lower limb muscle strength, jumping, balance, and other aspects of the patient, comprehensively assess the degree of functional recovery and determine the different time of RTS according to the type of exercise. Psychological assessment plays an important role in RTS and has a good clinical predictive effect.@*CONCLUSION@#RTS is one of the research hotspots after ACLR. At present, there are many related evaluation methods, which need to be further optimized by more research to build a comprehensive and standardized evaluation system.

Objective:The Clinical Trunk Control Test (CTCT) is used to assess trunk function worldwide, particularly for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI), with good reliability and validity. In Japan, trunk function evaluation methods specialized for patients with SCI are scarce. The aim of the present study was to create a Japanese version of CTCT (CTCT-J) and verify its reliability.Methods:CTCT-J was created using the double-back translation format. The inter-rater reliability was calculated based on the total CTCT-J score and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for each item. The weighted kappa coefficient was calculated for each subtest. To verify internal consistency, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated for the CTCT-J total score and each item.Results:We enrolled 12 patients with SCI, including ten men and two women, with an average age of 51.9 ± 17.8 years. Nine and three patients had cervical and thoracic SCI, respectively. The ICC for inter-rater reliability ranged from 0.995 to 1.000 (p <0.05). The weighted kappa coefficient for each subtest ranged from 0.756 to 1.000 (p <0.05). In the internal consistency test, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all items was 0.995 (p <0.05).Conclusion:We created the CTCT-J with double back translation and verified its reliability. Good inter-rater reliability and internal consistency were observed, indicating its applicability in Japan.

High quality is the premise for the implementation of high quality and good price for decoction pieces, and grade is the most direct manifestation of high quality of decoction pieces. However, there is still a lack of scientific and reasonable methods for evaluating the grade of decoction pieces, and it is urgent to establish a widely recognized and unified standard for the grade of decoction pieces to ensure the quality of the decoction pieces and guarantee the safety and efficacy of clinical use. Based on this, this paper focused on analyzing the problems of the current grade evaluation methods, such as unclear distinction between quality standards and grade standards, unreasonable selection of grade evaluation indicators, and inaccurate application of mathematical statistical methods. Based on the analysis of the grade evaluation of decoction pieces, this paper proposed four criteria for establishing the grade evaluation method of decoction pieces, namely universality, comprehensiveness, reliability and convenience, in order to establish a more reasonable and unified grade standard for decoction pieces and promote the quality improvement of decoction pieces and the development of the industry.

AIM:To explore the correlation and consistency of three tear assessment methods in the diagnosis of dry eye, which include the Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt), tear meniscus height(TMH)measurement and a new generation of tear detection technology-Strip meniscometry tube(SMTube).METHODS: A diagnostic test study. A total of 183 dry eye outpatients(183 right eyes)in the Dry Eye Center of Henan Eye Hospital were enrolled from May to June 2021. The SⅠt, TMH and SMTube were performed on all patients, and the correlation and consistency of the measurement results were analyzed.RESULTS:The ocular surface disease index(OSDI)of all included patients was 43.75(31.25, 58.33), noninvasive breakup time(NIBUT)was 7.26(4.97, 9.37)s, and the results of SⅠt, TMH and SMTube were 6(2, 12)mm/5min, 0.18(0.14, 0.22)mm and 5(3,8)mm/5s, respectively; The results of correlation analysis: TMH was positively correlated with SMTube(rs=0.751, P<0.001), however, SⅠt had no correlation with TMH(rs=0.139, P=0.060)and SMTube(rs=0.019, P=0.799). The results of consistency analysis: TMH showed good consistency with SMTube(Kappa=0.794, P=0.044), however, SⅠt showed poor consistency with TMH(Kappa=0.271, P=0.074)and SMTube(Kappa=0.193, P=0.070)respectively.CONCLUSION:SMTube is a new, simple and convenient tool for evaluating tear volume. It has a good correlation and consistency with TMH measurement results. Therefore, it can replace TMH measurement, but cannot replace SⅠt in clinical application.

Objective:To design a set of evaluation index system for the medical service price reform mechanism, so as to provide reference for the evaluation of deepening the medical service price reform mechanism.Methods:On the basis of searching literature of medical service prices reformfrom August 2021 to March 2023, policy logic analysis and expert consultation were used to construct evaluation indexes for the medical service price reform mechanism, set evaluation index thresholds, and assign scores to index thresholds in different grades.Results:The evaluationindex system of medical service price reform mechanism included 5 level-1 indexes, 12 level-2 indexes and 35 level-3 indexes. After scoring, the scores of 5 level-1 indexes were 12, 24, 35, 21, and 8, respectively.Based on the percentile scoring method, the evaluation criteria were categorized into five grades: premium, excellent, good, average and failure.Conclusions:This study constructed a set of evaluation index system for the mechanism of medical service price reform, which had strong scientific and operability. However, due to the fact that medical service price reform in the new era is still in its initial stage, the index system need to be further optimized drawing on the practical experience of reforms in pilot cities.

Objective:To establish a performance evaluation system for medical equipment and conduct empirical research, providing a reference for the performance assessment and refined management of medical equipment.Methods:Based on literature research and expert consultation, a multi-dimensional medical equipment performance evaluation index system was constructed. Based on this indicator system, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to objectively evaluate the performance level of CT, MRI, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and ultrasound equipment of 6 hospitals in Hubei Province from 2019 to 2021.Results:The evaluation system included 4 first-level indicators including equipment service benefits, social benefits, economic benefits, and sustainable development benefits, including 9 second-level indicators and 21 three-level indicators. In the comprehensive evaluation of hospitals and equipments, there were obvious differences in the performance evaluation results of different types of equipment among hospitals. The comprehensive performance level of DSA was relatively lower compared to other devices. A longitudinal comparison was conducted on DSA equipment, and it was found that its economic benefits had declined and its social benefits had not been fully utilized.Conclusions:The establishment of a scientific performance evaluation system for medical equipment can effectively serve the decision-making and efficient operation of hospital equipment management. It can help hospitals continuously improve the level of refined management of medical equipment from the aspects of establishing management mechanisms and strengthening personnel management, and fully leverage the comprehensive benefits of equipment.

Scientific job value evaluation helps to improve the refined human resource management of hospitals. This study focused on the information management department from among administrative functional departments at a tertiary hospital. Starting from October 2022, the Hay′s evaluation method was applied to evaluate the job value of seven positions. Results of the job value evaluation were used in the design of job promotion pathways. The human resource business partner was responsible for diagnosing problems based on the hospital′s job value evaluation objectives, organizing the Hay′s evaluation, compiling evaluation results, and designing job promotion pathways. Job value evaluation results showed that the scores of the junior, intermediate, and senior levels in the software development position were the highest among all positions, with 118.02 points, 365.76 points, and 1 506.60 points, respectively. According to the hierarchical division result, the call center position was divided into 5 levels from P1 to P5, the system operation and maintenance position, hardware maintenance position, and network security position were divided into 6 levels from P1 to P6 respectively, while the data analysis position and software development position were divided into 8 levels from P1 to P8. The project management position had the highest technical requirements and must be undertaken by personnel of level P4 and above. It was divided into 5 levels from P4 to P8. The hierarchical coefficient of P1 level for each position was 1.0, while the hierarchical coefficient of P8 level for project management and software development positions was the highest, both at 24.4, while the hierarchical coefficient of P5 level for call center positions was only 5.0. Based on the results of job value evaluation, job requirements and assessment requirements for each position level could be designed, so that each employee could clearly understand their career development path. This study can provide reference for promoting the refined management of hospital human resources.

As adult stem cells, human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) have the potential for self-replication, renewal, and multidirection differentiation. Their unique biological function determines their wide clinical indications. Researchers can define the quality attributes of hMSCs according to clinical expectations. The quality study of hMSCs should consider microbiological safety, biological safety, cell biological properties, and biological effectiveness. Quality evaluation is a common physical, chemical, and biological evaluation method for hMSCs. Traditional product safety evaluation strategies cannot fully adapt to current technology and product usage characteristics. Researchers have developed new, effective evaluation methods based on current technology. In terms of product efficacy evaluation strategies, an efficacy evaluation system has been gradually established and standardized according to the intended clinical use and based on quality studies, which can enable researchers to evaluate hMSCs products more comprehensively at different stages and processes. In this paper, the progress of quality research and evaluation of human mesenchymal stem cells was reviewed to provide a reference for the utilization of stem cells in the field of regenerative medicine.

Objective:To explore the application effect of "connections, concepts, concrete practice and conclusions (4C)" teaching method combined with two-way evaluation method in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery, so as to provide reference for personnel training and quality control of practice.Methods:A historical controlled study was conducted to prospectively include the nursing interns received by the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 as the subjects of this study. The interns were divided into the control group (64 interns from May 2020 to May 2021) and the research group (93 interns from June 2021 to May 2022) according to the order of admission of nursing interns. The control group was taught by traditional nursing teaching method, while the research group was taught by "4C" teaching method combined with two-way evaluation method. The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation of nursing students in the two groups were compared after 6 weeks of practice. The self-directed learning ability of nursing students in the two groups was compared before and after 6 weeks of practice [Chinese version of self-rating scale of self-directed learning (SRSSDL)]. The evaluation of teaching quality between two groups of nursing students were compared. SPSS 25.0 was used for t-test and Chi-square test. Results:One person in the control group voluntarily quit the internship, and two in the observation group voluntarily quit the internship. Finally, 63 people in the control group and 91 people in the research group entered the study. There was no statistical significant difference between the two groups in baseline data ( P>0.05). At 6 weeks of practice, the scores of theoretical knowledge (87.96±4.62) and operation (92.60±4.25) in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(86.02±4.53) and (88.27±4.31)] ( P<0.05). At 6 weeks of practice, the total scores of learning awareness, learning behavior, learning strategies, learning evaluation, interpersonal skills and self-directed learning ability of the two groups were higher than those before practice, and the study group was higher than the control group ( P<0.05). After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks of practice, the scores of the two groups of nursing students in evaluating the teaching quality of the teachers increased gradually compared with that of the first week of practice ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The "4C" teaching method combined with the two-way evaluation method in the nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery can improve the nursing students' theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability and self-directed learning ability, and is conducive to the improvement of teaching quality.

@#The UPLC fingerprint of colistimethate sodium was established for the study of quality consistency.The chromatographic column was Acquity UPLC? Peptide CSH C18 (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 1.7 μm).The mobile phase A was phosphate buffer-acetonitrile (19∶1), and the mobile phase B was phosphate buffer-acetonitrile (1∶1).The mobile phase was in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The column temperature was set at 30 °C and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The similarity of the fingerprints was analyzed with the Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Tradition Chinese Medicine (Version 2012) in combination with content determination of multiple index components to evaluate the quality consistency of imported and domestic bulk drugs.The result showed that both the original and generic bulk drugs met the specified limit requirements in the European Pharmacopoeia standards, and that their UPLC fingerprints were highly similar, indicating that the quality of the two substances was consistent.Establishing a fingerprint for similarity evaluation and combining it with the results of indicator component content determination as a comprehensive evaluation method for the study of drug quality consistency of complex components has the characteristics of fast, accurate, and comprehensive, which is helpful for drug quality evaluation and provides ideas for the evaluation of antibiotic quality consistency of complex components.

Background Heavy metal pollution in cultivated land will affect crop yield and quality, as well as groundwater quality, ecological security, and human health. Objective To analyze the pollution status of heavy metal elements such as chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb) in cultivated soils of the Donghe River Basin in Chenzhou City, and to evaluate the environmental quality of local cultivated soil. Methods A total of 16 samples of cultivated soil from the Donghe River Basin in Chenzhou City were collected, and the contents of Cr, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, and Pb in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The Nemerow comprehensive pollution index method (the evaluation indicators included both Nemerow comprehensive pollution index and single pollution index), the geological accumulation index method, and the potential ecological risk index method were used to evaluate the soil environmental quality. Results The average levels of Cr, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, and Pb in the soil samples in the study area were 58.25, 49.50, 273.88, 137.76, 2.92, and 672.29 mg·kg−1, respectively. The average values of Cu, Zn, As, Cd, and Pb were all exceeded the background values of soil elements in Hunan Province. The single pollution indices of As, Cd, Pb, and Zn in soil were 4.40, 9.74, 5.85, and 1.15 respectively. The contamination of As and Pb reached 93.75% and 81.25% respectively. The geological accumulation indices of soil As, Cd, Pb, and Zn were 2.11, 3.71, 2.97, and 0.58, respectively, which showed heavy Cd pollution, moderate As and Pb pollution, and slight Zn pollution. The potential ecological hazard indices of soil Cr, Cu, Zn, As, Pb, and Cd were 1.63, 9.07, 2.90, 87.75, 113.18, and 695.76. 81.Twenty five percent of Cd samples showed heavy pollution and above, and 62.50% of Pb samples had moderate pollution and above. The Nemerow comprehensive pollution index was 7.72, which belonged to heavy pollution; and the comprehensive potential ecological risk index was 910.29, which belonged to high ecological risk. Conclusion There are certain differences in the results of different evaluation methods. The cultivated soils of the Donghe River Basin in Chenzhou City, is seriously polluted by heavy metals, and Cd, As, and Pb are the main polluting elements.

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diseases owing to its holistic view and more than 2 000 years of experience in the clinical use of natural medicine. The "holistic" characteristic of TCM gives birth to a new generation of research paradigm featuring "network" and "system", which has been developing rapidly in the era of biomedical big data and artificial intelligence. Network pharmacology, a representative research field, provides new ideas and methods for the research of the interdiscipline of artificial intelligence and medicine, the analysis of massive biomedical data, and the transformation from data to knowledge. TCM plays an important role in proposing the core theory of "network target" and promoting the establishment and development of network pharmacology, and has taken the lead in formulating the first international standard of network pharmacology--Network Pharmacology Evaluation Method Guidance. In terms of theory, network target can systematically link drugs and diseases and quantitatively interpret the overall regulatory mechanism of drugs. In the aspect of method, network pharmacology is developing towards a research model that combines computational, experimental, and clinical approaches. This review introduces the resent important progress of TCM network pharmacology in predicting drug targets, understanding the biological basis of drugs and diseases, and searching for disease and syndrome biomarkers. Under the guidance of Network Pharmacology Evaluation Method Guidance, the development of network pharmacology is expected to become more and more standardized and healthy. Network target will help produce more high-quality research outcomes in TCM and effectively boost the modernization and internationalization of TCM.

【Objective】 To establish the quantitative classification model of blood inventory warning for public health emergencies, so as to provide reference for practical application. 【Methods】 The classification model of blood inventory early warning for public health emergencies was constructed through literature review, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The constructed model was used to conduct fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the data of day 10 before, day 1/5/40 after the launch of Level I public health event response in Deyang Central Blood Station in 2020 and calculate the warning level. 【Results】 The warning levels of day 10 before, and day 1/5/40 after the response were blue, orange, red and blue, respectively, which were consistent with the actual situation of Deyang performing Level I public health event response at that time. 【Conclusion】 It is feasible to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the blood inventory warning classification model in public health emergency, which provides theoretical reference for practical application.

OBJECTIVE:To p rovide reference for pharmacoecono mic study in China. METHODS :The key steps in the operation process of efficiency frontier approach (EFA)were analyzed ;the similarities and differences of EFA with cost-utility analysis(CUA)and cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA)were compared on the basis of case demonstration ;the enlightenment of EFA to pharmacoeconomic evaluation and related decision-making in China were puts forward combined with the practice of China. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :The research framework of EFA could be roughly divided into 5 parts:cost calculation ,benefit definition,model establishment ,incremental analysis and sensitivity analysis. Benefit indicators were the measurement indicators of health output in EFA ,including clinical indicators and comprehensive indicators ,among which comprehensive indicators were more widely used. When constructing the efficiency frontier ,the benefit of the intervention measures was generally taken as the ordinate and the cost of the intervention measures as the abscissa. The cost-benefit coordinate points of each alternative intervention measure in a specific disease field constituted the cost-benefit plane frontier. Researchers conducted economic evaluation by judging the relative position between each alternative intervention measure and the efficiency frontier. Thewillingness to pay threshold was numerically equal to the reciprocal of the ray slope outside the efficiency frontier. Generally speaking ,EFA was similar to CUA and CEA. All of them needed to clarify the cost and health output ,model analysis , data source and uncertainty analysis ;however,EFA was different from CUA and CEA in intervention measures and control selection,expression form of evaluation results ,willingness to pay threshold ,etc. It is suggested that the payers in China can consider using EFA to calculate the willingness to pay threshold of specific disease areas to ensure the accessibility of some drugs in short supply ;establish a health insurance database of specific diseases to standardize the data quality and form a clear evaluation standard at the same time ,or combine a variety of pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods to enrich the application materials so as to ensure both clinical value and economy of the intervention measure.

As a novel transdermal drug delivery technology of minimally invasive, safe and efficient, microneedles have received increasing attention. The microchannels formation by microneedles onto the skin is a prerequisite and key for microneedles to deliver drugs. However, there is still a lack of systematic evaluation in skin microchannels. This review summarized influencing factors and evaluation methods in microchannels formation and healing by microneedles, including geometric parameters, materials for preparation, drugs, penetration parameters, differences among the skin of subjects, and presence or absence of occlusion. This review provides reference for other scholars to further study the effectiveness and security of microneedle applications.

RESUMO

The paper reviews systematically the main ancient medical books with the origin literature included on acupuncture prescription. It is found that the origin literature with acupuncture prescription in successive dynasties mainly focuses on Qin-Han and Jin-Yuan Dynasties. In Jin, Tang and Song Dynasties, as well as Ming and Qing Dynasties, the literature mainly records the experience of medical masters in the previous dynasties. By taking "headache" and "retention of urine" as examples, the origins on the literature of clinical acupuncture prescription are explored, the distribution rules and characteristics are summarized. Moreover, the evidences and evaluation method of quality grading were explored on the ancient books with the origin literature of acupuncture prescription involved.

Cellular model is one of the effective methods for studying Alzheimer's disease (AD). In recent years,the establishment of AD cellular model to simulate the pathogenesis of AD has become the focus of scholars. By sorting out the relevant literature of AD cellular models in recent years and further exploring pathogenesis of A D, this paper summarizes and systematically analyzes the establishment methods, evaluation indices and model characteristics of AD cellular models, in order to provide ideas and reference for the rational construction and in-depth study of AD cellular models.

RESUMO

The overall coverage rate of influenza vaccination in China has been only about 2% in recent years. At present, free influenza vaccination programs, also named the "Publicly-funded Influenza Vaccination Project", have been carried out for the specific groups (the elderly, school-age children, healthcare workers, etc.) through livelihood projects or policies to benefit the people in some areas of China, which has significantly increased the vaccine coverage in the target population. In order to promote the project to be launched in a scientific and orderly manner in more and more regions of China, we organized and compiled this consensus on implementation of publicly-funded influenza vaccination project, including the project's purpose, establishment, implementation, organization and management, which was based on the research of influenza vaccine application strategies in some European countries and the United States and combined with the relevant policies, technical guidelines and past experiences in China. Meanwhile, the evaluation indicators, such as vaccination rates, effectiveness, safety and cost-effectiveness, and relevant assessment methods were also comprehensively expounded, aiming to provide reference for regions that are willing to implement or have launched the project.
