RESUMO

The communication between professional health caregivers, which mainly composed of medical staff, and patients and their families plays an important role in hospice care. The effective doctor-patient communication can guide terminal patients and their families to establish a correct medical view, reduce excessive medical treatment, and improve the quality of life for terminal patients. This paper briefly described the communication context of hospice care, the communication subject and the current situation of hospice care, analyzed the problems and challenges encountered by professional health caregivers, which mainly including medical staff, in the communication context of hospice care diagnosis and hospice care, and made the prospects of the development of effective communication measures.

RESUMO

The extensive use of orthopedic implants in clinical practice has improved the therapeutic effect of osteopathic patient, brought good news to the health of patients. The use of orthopedic implants can help osteopathic patients recover organ functions, However, orthopedic implants are high-risk medical devices and need to be implanted into the human body for a long time. In the process of diagnosis and treatment, it is found that there are ethical problems, such as the informed consent of patients, excessive medical treatment and improper postoperative care leads to adverse events. In view of the above problems, this paper proposed to protect the rights and interests of patients by strengthening the communication between doctors and patients, standardize the informed consent process, standardizing medical behavior, avoid excessive medical treatment, and strengthening the training of medical staff, do a good job in postoperative care.

Objective:It discussed the decision-making mechanism of medical market on supply side and how the hierarchical medical system help inhibiting the excessive medical behavior.Methods:Establishing medical behavior choice model based on the perspective of supply side and hierachy diagnosis Results and Conclusion:In the case of incomplete information and rigid demand hypothesis,the patient would accept all the supplies doctor offered and there was structural unbalance in both general medical market and advanced medical market which meant the excessive medical treatment existed.Under the hierarchical medical system,distinguishing by primary medical institution,both generalmedical market and advanced medical market reached equilibrium which improved the social resource allocation efficiency and the patients' welfare at the same time.

RESUMO

Excessive medical treatment goes against the human rights of patients and therefore must be stopped.Main reasons include the impulse of existing medical benefit mechanism,the morality decline of medical staff,and patients' eagerness to shake off physical pain and psychological advocating for high-cost medical expenditure.This paper also comes up with relevant countermeasures including reversing the current healthcare mechanism,establishing an evaluation system for medical ethics of medical staff,and building up a monitoring mechanism for the development of clinical guidelines of evidence-based medicine.
