Congenital cytomegalovirus (cCMV) infection is a most common congenital infection, which may seriously affect children’s health. The early diagnosis and timely treatment of cCMV are readily missed due to its concealed symptoms, delayed onset and long disease course, leading to long-term disability of the patients. The current screening method is sensitive, non-invasive, inexpensive and convenient, which can effectively reduce the missed diagnosis of cCMV. This article explains the importance of cCMV screening and full course management, focusing on the screening methods, strategies and current problems, as well as the plans of full course management at different stages.
RESUMO
With the rapid development of digital technologies represented by artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, the concept of intelligent medicine has emerged. As an in-depth integration of the national strategies of " Healthy China" and " Made in China 2025" , intelligent medicine is widely used in the full-course management of the urological diseases, including disease screening, diagnosis, treatment strategy and follow-up. This article aims to review the application progress and prospects of intelligent medicine in urological diseases and provide references for the urologists.

With the improvement of medical standards, the pattern of disease diagnosis and treatment has also changed. Lung cancer is the most common malignancy and one of the most complicated diseases to diagnose and treat. Multi-disciplinary treatment (MDT) group has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors, but it has not been widely used in China. Therefore, it is discussed and summarized based on the diagnosis and treatment and management experience of our MDT team. The development status and promotion value of the "integrated diagnosis and treatment, full-course management" model of lung cancer are described.
