RESUMO

Studied with comparing the results of the method of zone which using the Hippophae rhamnoides and normal zone to 22 people who got narrow of lacrimal punctum. In the result of treatment the people’s lacrimal punctum was widen for 64.2% and 64.2% repeated who are zoned normal and the people’s lacrimal punctum was widen for 75% and 12.5% repeated who are zoned with oil of Hippophae rhamnoides after 14-21 days. Here after future, we need to use research the method of using the oil of hippophae hamnoidesfor eyes practice.

RESUMO

Four van Veen grab replicates where collected to sample macrofauna (organism retained on a 500 micron mesh sieve) at four stations in the Gulf of Nicoya, during October 24, 1997, January 16 and April 30, 1998. This information was used to search for any effects of trawling on the benthic fauna. Two stations where located in a trawled area, and two stations where in a protected area. Diversity (H') varied from 2.01 to 3.52 in the trawled area and from 2.13 to 2.78 in the protected area. Diversity was generally higher in the trawled area, and this was in contradiction to what we would have expected from other studies where the trend has been that trawling reduces diversity. Brittlestars and lancelets seemed to be the groups mostly harmed by the trawling, while amphipods where more abundant in trawled areas. The multivariate analyses did not reveal the patterns of faunal change as well as we hoped. This is surely because of our lack of more replicate samples. The multivariate analyses are easily confounded when few sites are analyzed. We have found differences in the type of fauna found in trawled and protected areas and, considering the differences in environmental variables in our stations and our lack of replication, this indicates that there are differences and a larger investigation is in order to reveal its magnitude.

RESUMO

Objective:To develop an inducible system for expression of GraB in E.coli for the purpose of investion of its function on genome DNA fragment. Methods:Amplified granzyme B cDNA by RT-PCR via extracting lymphocyte total RNA.Identified with endonuclease cut and DNA sequence analysis, the gene was inserted into E.coli expression vector pTrcHis2A,the pokaryotic expression plasmid pTrcHis2A/GraB was constructed and transformed into TOP10F.Results:After 8 h of IPTG in duction, the GraB was expressed 15% of total proteins by SDS-PAGE.Western blot assay proved the expressed hGraB to be of good antigenicity and high specificity. The recombinant protein purified by affinity chromatography has effect on GraB substrate.GraB was found to work directly on the genome DNA fragments, promoting its split. Conclusion:It is found that there may exist certain novel pathway for GraB-induced apoptosis.
