RESUMO

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion plus modern medication for lower-limb deep venous thrombosis. Method Ninety patients with lower-limb deep venous thrombosis were allocated, using a random number table, to control and observation groups. The control group received anticoagulant, thrombolytic and volume expansion therapy and the observation group, acupuncture and moxibustion in addition.Hemorheological indicators, D-dimer concentration and lower-limb venous blood flow velocity were measured before and after treatment. Result There were statistically significant pre/post-treatment differences in whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the control group of patients after treatment (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre/post-treatment differences in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrodeposition rate and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group of patients after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrodeposition rate and platelet aggregation rate between the observation and control groups of patients (P<0.05). D-dimer concentration was lower in the control group of patients at the end of 10 and 20 days of treatment compared with before with astatistically significant difference (P<0.05). D-dimer concentration was lower in the observation group of patients at the end of 5, 10 and 20 days of treatment compared with before with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). At the end of 5, 10 and 20 days of treatment, D-dimer concentration was lower in the observation group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). At the end of treatment, there was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in color Doppler-visualized lower-limb blood flow velocity in both groups of patients (P<0.05). At the end of treatment, lower-limb blood flow velocity was higher in the observation group of patients than in the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the total efficacy rate was markedly higher in the observation group of patients than in the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus modern medication is significantly more effective than medication alone in treating lower-limb deep venous thrombosis.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of safflower yellow pigment in the treatment of elderly pa-tients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with acute myocardial infarction. METHODS:A total of 102 elderly patients with dia-betic nephropathy complicated with acute myocardial infarction were selected from our hospital during Jan. 2013-Jun. 2015,and then divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table. Control group was given routine treatment as anticoagulation, regulating blood lipid, controlling blood glucose and blood pressure. Observation group was additionally given Safflower yellow pigment for injection 150 mg added into 0.9% Sodium chloride injection 250 mL,ivgtt, qd,on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed. Renal function indexes(UMA,Scr,BUN,TC,TG),cardiac function indexes(EF,SV,CO,CI),inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6, TNF-α)and hemorheological indexes(whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate)were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment. The occurrence of ADR was recorded in 2 groups. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 88.00% of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in renal function indexes, cardiac function indexes, inflammatory factors or hemorheological indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment, renal function index-es,inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes of 2 groups were decreased significantly, while cardiac function indexes were in-creased significantly;above indicators of the observation group was significantly better than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Safflower yellow pigment shows significant therapeutic effica-cy for elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with acute myocardial infarction, can significantly improve renal function and cardiac function, decrease inflammatory factor levels and improve hemorheological indexes with good safety.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of Breviscapine injection in treating migraine. METHODS: 81 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups: 42 in treatment group were treated with Breviscapine injection 20 mL added to 5% Glucose injection 300 mL iv gtt q.d, and 39 in control group with Flunarizine 10 mg po quaque nocte. The treatment lasted for 2 courses (1 course of treatment lasted 14 days) with an interval of 15 days between the two courses. The patients were followed for more than 6 months. The curative effects between the 2 groups were compared, and the variations in hemorheological indexes of the 2 groups before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS:The efficacy in the treatment was signficantly higher than in the control gorup(P
