RESUMO

Objective:To explore the feasibility and clinical value of holographic image technology in intracranial tumor surgery. Methods:A total of 40 patients with intracranial tumors in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from November 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases) based on the random number table. Patients in the experimental group underwent craniotomy assisted by holographic technology, while patients in the control group underwent conventional craniotomy. The Karnofsky performance status scores of patients before the operation and 7 days after the operation were recorded, and the self-rating anxiety scale was applied to evaluate the anxiety of the patients' families. Results:The head CT 12 h after surgery showed no tumor cavity hyperdensity in all patients. The head magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 72 h after surgery revealed 17 cases of total resection and 3 cases of subtotal resection in the experimental group; in the control group, there were 16 cases of total resection and 4 cases of subtotal resection. In the experimental group, 1 patient's left lower limb muscle strength was grade Ⅱ after the operation and recovered to grade Ⅴ-at discharge. In the control group, the left limb muscle strength of 2 patients was grade Ⅲ after the operation and recovered to grade Ⅴ at discharge. The patients with Karnofsky scores of 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 scores were found in 1 case, 5 cases, 8 cases, 6 cases, 0, respectively of the experimental group and 0, 4 cases, 9 cases, 6 cases, 1 case, respectively of the control group before the operation, and the difference was statistically significant ( P > 0.05); the patients with Karnofsky scores of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 scores were found in 1 case, 0, 0, 7 cases, 9 cases,3 cases, respectively of the experimental group and 0, 3 cases, 6 cases, 4 cases, 5 cases, 2 cases, respectively of the control group after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant ( P = 0.018). The difference of Karnofsky score before and after the operation in the experimental group was statistically significant ( P = 0.029), while there was no statistically significant difference in the Karnofsky score before and after the operation in the control group ( P = 0.241). There were 8 cases, 9 cases, 2 cases and 1 case of non-anxiety, mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety, respectively in the experimental group and 3 cases, 4 cases, 8 cases and 4 cases of non-anxiety, mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety, respectively in the control group before the operation; there were 9 cases, 9 cases, 2 cases and 0 case of non-anxiety, mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety, respectively in the experimental group and 2 cases, 5 cases, 9 cases and 4 cases of non-anxiety, mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, severe anxiety, respectively in the control group after the operation. The preoperative and postoperative anxiety scores of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (preoperative P = 0.016,postoperative P = 0.002). Conclusions:Holographic technology can assist in formulating an accurate surgical plan before intracranial tumor surgery, intuitively display the anatomical relationship between the tumor and its surrounding important tissues during operation, reduce the surgical side injuries and decrease the anxiety of the patients' family.

RESUMO

This paper reviewed the development of biological holography theory, discussed on the limitations of biological holography law, and explained the theoretical connotation and basis of the “three-level two-node and three-segment holographic theory” innovatively proposed by Academician TONG Xiaolin, aiming at inspiring new thinking on the theoretical research of biological holography. By observing the human body structure, Academician TONG Xiaolin finds that there is a similar law in the head, trunk, limbs, and fingers (toes) that there are two moveable joints (groups) dividing the part into three segments, and each segment contains all the information of the whole part, which is a holographic phenomenon. Accordingly, Academician TONG creatively put forward the “three-level two-node and three-segment holographic theory” of the human body, and “three levels” respectively refer to the original level trunk, the branch level limbs, and the end level extremities. The “two nodes” refer to the two joints (groups) of each level, and “two nodes” can be further divided into “three segments”. Therefore, there are “two nodes” and “three segments” in each level with a similar distribution pattern, which reflects the holographic distribution law that the part reflects the whole and the whole includes the part.

Introduction: Digital holographic microscopy has made it possible to incorporate the use of numerical and computer tools into optical microscopy. This in turn has led to great progress in the study of cells and tissues in several fields of medicine and related sciences. Objective: Describe the histological and morphometric characteristics of human thyroid follicles using digital holographic microscopy. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional histomorphometric study was conducted of human thyroid follicles using a digital holographic microscopy facility. Sample processing was based on inclusion technique by paraffin and hematoxylin-eosin staining. Ten to twelve holographic captures were made per sample, and the double propagation method was used for holographic reconstruction. Estimation was carried out of the area, perimeter, and greatest and smallest diameter of follicles and follicular cavities, and tri-dimensional reconstructions were made of holographic images. Arithmetic mean was determined as the measure of central tendency, and typical or standard deviation as the measure of dispersion. Results: Follicular parameters: area (5 140.31 ± 1 126.71 µm2); perimeter (2 961.54 ± 71.2 µm); greatest diameter (921.17 ± 24.34 µm); smallest diameter (746.67 ± 18.08 µm); epithelial height (7.92 ± 0.96). Follicular cavities: area (3 686.18 ± 1 023.52 µm2); greatest diameter (698.86 ± 19.55 µm); smallest diameter (581.15 ± 13.82 µm). Conclusions: A number of follicular parameters determined by digital holographic microscopy have not been reported by the literature consulted, and they are of interest to the histological study of human thyroid follicles(AU)

This thesis proposes a theoretical and methodological approach to the study ofinstitutions from the standpoint of the Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, demonstrating its applicability in the investigation of a psychosocial work-oriented rehabilitation program for users of mental health services. It substantiates the hypothesis that the holographic vision of the world, delimited by the articulation between theconcepts of psyche and unus mundus, allows a definition for institution and means of studying it which enable the valuing of developmental possibilities for this type of sociocultural organization. As a result of this academic research, five core conceptualand four methodological axes can be delineated: Regarding the conceptual framework, the first axis reveals the holographic vision of the world, the second refers to individuation as psychic self-regulation within the institution, the third corresponds tothe concept of institution enriched by that of institutional psyche, the fourth to the selforganization of this type of sociocultural organization and the fifth articulates psychic self-regulation with institutional self- organization, aiming to emphasize the autopoietic properties indicated by these definitions. As to the methodological aspect, the first axiscorresponds to the principle esse in anima which brings the holographic vision to the practical field of institutional study, the second defines the perception registered in the symbol of subjects as a means of carrying out this manner of research, the third refers to the three levels of synthetic and constructive hermeneutical readings, by which the symbols of individuals are studied from three different angles. The first level values...
