Objective To explore the effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching.Methods 129 students were collected by cluster sampling,then based on class unit,they were randomized into the experimental group (69 students) and the control group (60 students).The experimental group used hospital-school combined threedimensional teaching mode and the control group used traditional teaching mode.Then,both groups had finished an operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination and a self-report questionnaire for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing.Besides,the experimental group had a questionnaire survey of cognitive evaluation for the new teaching mode.Results The average score of operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination of the experimental group was (77.81 ±9.87),higher than the control group (70.35±12.37); The self-report score for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing of the experimental group was (3.94±0.45),higher than the control group (3.68±0.46).The students of the experimental group also considered that the new teaching mode improved their comprehensive knowledge and innovative abilities,critical thinking ability,humanistic care spirit,communication ability,team cooperation ability and innovation ability,etc.Conclusions The effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching was good,but it still had some limitations which needed us to pay attention to and to perfect.

OBJECTIVES: The objective of this report is to identify the utilization of hospital school service during hospitalization among patients in their childhood and adolescence with psychiatric disorders. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed the medical record of child and adolescent psychiatric who were hospitalized during March 2009 through October 2012. We compared the one-year successful schooling and outpatient follow up rate between users and nonusers of the inpatient hospital school service. The hospital schooling experiences of the users were investigated upon follow-up visits to the outpatient clinic. RESULTS: Sixty-three students received hospital school service during hospitalization among total 122 child and adolescent inpatients. Hospital school participants showed a significantly higher school reentry rate (61.9%) than non-participants (40.7%). However, there was no difference on follow up rate between the two groups. More than 60% of the 22 interviewed participants expressed an above-average level of satisfaction about hospital school service. CONCLUSION: Many patients with mental illness experience difficulty in receiving school education during treatment. That induces deterioration in disease, academic failure, poor social skills, low self-esteem, economic difficulties, and future job opportunities. The results of this study emphasize the importance of hospital school service and offer useful guidance for hospital school operation.

Neste artigo discute-se a capacitação de pedagogos e professores para o trabalho em classes hospitalares a partir da reafirmação do caráter multidisciplinar do campo do conhecimento, de onde emanam as práticas e saberes necessários à formação qualificada destes profissionais. Nesta perspectiva, a proposta apresentada aponta, em especial, a grande proximidade existente entre os desafios da formação de pessoal técnico e de nível médio do setor de saúde e aquele da formação de professores para classes hospitalares. A contribuição específica e inovadora deste artigo está, ainda, na sugestão de uma estratégia de ensino-aprendizagem baseada na utilização de narrativas literárias sobre saúde e doença - as chamadas Narrativas em Medicina. As propostas aqui sugeridas não estão detalhadas operacionalmente. Diga-se, também, que foram pensadas para atender a demandas de educação profissional continuada, ou seja, se prestariam prioritariamente a professoras em serviço, o que não impede, contudo, suas adaptações para os contextos dos cursos superiores de Pedagogia e Licenciaturas.

Este artigo objetiva discutir a experiência de projeto de extensão e de estágio curricular obrigatório da última fase do Curso de Pedagogia (CED/UFSC), nas habilitações de Orientação Educacional e Supervisão Escolar, desenvolvido junto ao Setor de Pedagogia do Hospital Infantil Joana de Gusmão (HIJG). Tal experiência, desde o ano de 2000, tem trazido resultados positivos tanto para o trabalho do hospital como para a formação de novos pedagogos. Estágio curricular e extensão universitária se entrelaçam, atendendo as exigências de formação universitária, ao mesmo tempo em que fornecem assessoria e efetivo trabalho para a comunidade. Destaca-se a organização da classe hospitalar de 5ª a 8ª série para atender alunos/pacientes internados no HIJG e a produção de materiais informativos sobre o trabalho da classe hospitalar como os principais resultados desse estudo.
